本发明公开了一种普通黄铜合金拉拔加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用50%的MVI 90BS基础油和50%的聚α‑烯烃复合作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、抗泡剂、防锈剂、粘附剂、填充剂、催冷剂等。本发明的组合物可减少摩擦,能润滑、冷却被加工的工件和模具,减少动力能耗,使变形均匀;延长工具使用寿命,控制工件材料的磨损;改善被加工金属表面的质量和公差;控制温度,减少加工变形;保持被加工金属新旧表面被氧化或钝化;使用安全,无毒;残留物不影响加工和操作,便于清洗。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种普通黄铜合金拉拔加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
黄铜是由铜和锌组成的合金。当含锌量小于35%时,锌能溶于铜内形成单相a,称单相黄铜,塑性好,适于冷热加压加工。当含锌量为36%~46%时,有a单相还有以铜锌为基的β固溶体,称双相黄铜,β相使黄铜塑性减小而抗拉强度上升,只适于热压力加工。
金属拉拔是一种古老的加工方法用途广泛,简单适用。它是通过模具孔减少加工材料的截面,获得高精度、高光泽度的管材和棒(丝)材的一种塑性加工工艺。拉拔通常是冷加工过程,是一种连续和稳定的工艺。由于拉拔过程中的摩擦热和模具磨损以及工件的表面质量要求,需要使用拉拔润滑剂进行润滑和冷却。拉拔润滑剂可降低拉拔应力和能耗,减少模具拉裂和保持较低的拉拔温度。选择适当的润滑剂,能保持拉拔过程的润滑膜对产品的表面光洁度有很大的影响。
对金属坯料施以拉力,使之通过模孔以获得与模孔截面尺寸相同的制品的塑性加工方法称为拉拔。大量的棒材、丝材和管材是采用拉拔工艺生产的,而摩擦在拉拔工艺中起着关键性的作用。选择相应的润滑剂是根据摩擦特性和冷却能力。流体润滑是拉拔中最为理想的润滑状态,能大大降低摩擦系数和摩擦表面温度,不发生磨损和粘结损伤,提高模具寿命和制品的表面质量。润滑剂要求具有良好的粘附性、耐温性、耐压性、能形成稳定的润滑膜,起到润滑和冷却的作用,拉拔后润滑膜易于清除,减少动力消耗,改善加工金属表面的质量和公差,提高光洁度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可减少摩擦,能润滑、冷却被加工的工件和模具,减少动力能耗,使变形均匀;延长工具使用寿命,控制工件材料的磨损;改善被加工金属表面的质量和公差;控制温度,减少加工变形;保持被加工金属新旧表面被氧化或钝化;使用安全,无毒;残留物不影响加工和操作,便于清洗的普通黄铜合金拉拔加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种普通黄铜合金拉拔加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的MVI 90BS基础油和50%的聚α-烯烃复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502和50%的含铜抗氧剂T542复合。
金属减活剂是苯三唑衍生物T551。
油性剂是牛脂。
摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451A。
极压剂是酸性亚磷酸三丁酯T304。
抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
抗泡剂是甲基硅油。
防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706和50%的烯基丁二酸T746复合。
粘附剂是聚异丁二烯T603D。
填充剂是全精炼石蜡60号。
催冷剂是石油磺酸钠T702。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的组合物可减少摩擦,能润滑、冷却被加工的工件和模具,减少动力能耗,使变形均匀;延长工具使用寿命,控制工件材料的磨损;改善被加工金属表面的质量和公差;控制温度,减少加工变形;保持被加工金属新旧表面被氧化或钝化;使用安全,无毒;残留物不影响加工和操作,便于清洗。

1.一种普通黄铜合金拉拔加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比50%的MVI90BS基础油和50%的聚α-烯烃复合作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种普通黄铜合金拉拔加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502和50%的含铜抗氧剂T542复合;金属减活剂是苯三唑衍生物T551。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种普通黄铜合金拉拔加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于油性剂是牛脂;摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451A。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种普通黄铜合金拉拔加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于极压剂是酸性亚磷酸三丁酯T304;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种普通黄铜合金拉拔加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗泡剂是甲基硅油;防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706和50%的烯基丁二酸T746复合。
