本发明公开了一种锌合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,采用68号全损耗系统用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、抗乳化剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、抗氧抗腐剂、分散剂等。本发明的组合物具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤,提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性,热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗。

技术领域
本发明一种锌合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
锌合金是以锌为基础加入其他元素组成的合金。常加的合金元素有铝、铜、镁、镉、铅、钛等低温锌合金。锌合金熔点低,流动性好,易熔焊,钎焊和塑性加工,在大气中耐腐蚀,残废料便于回收和重熔;但蠕变强度低,易发生自然时效引起尺寸变化。熔融法制备,压铸或压力加工成材。按制造工艺可分为铸造锌合金和变形锌合金。特点:1.相对比重大。2.铸造性能好,可以压铸形状复杂、薄壁的精密件,铸件表面光滑。3.可进行表面处理:电镀、喷涂、喷漆、抛光、研磨等。4.熔化与压铸时不吸铁,不腐蚀压型,不粘模。5.有很好的常温机械性能和耐磨性。6.熔点低,在385℃熔化,容易压铸成型。锌合金的主要添加元素有铝,铜和镁等。锌合金按加工工艺可分为形变与铸造锌合金两类。铸造锌合金流动性和耐腐蚀性较好,适用于压铸仪表、汽车零件外壳等。不同的锌合金有不同的物理和机械特性,这样为压铸件设计提供了选择的空间。
冷镦加工是利用模具在常温下对金属棒料镦粗(常为局部镦粗)成形的锻造方法。冷镦是另一种形式的镦锻工艺。更具金属型变理论,在常温下对金属坯料施加一定的压力,使之在模腔产生变形。按规定的形状和尺寸成形。冷镦工艺广泛应用于中小零件以及各种类型的标准件。
冷镦工艺的主要特征是无切削加工,材料利用率高,利用率达80~90%,且金属材料流线不会被切断,因此成品强度比切削加工或铸造成型零件强度更高,在一定的批量生产条件下,冷镦加工成本要比其它加工成本低得多,适用于通常需要切削件以及紧固件等形状对称的产品加工。产品的尺寸精度、重量精度及力学性能等都能达到较高的要求。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤,提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性,热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗的锌合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物。
