本发明公开一种合成抗燃液压油,属于液压油技术领域,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:合成基础油为95‑98%、抗氧剂为0.4‑1.0%、油性剂为0.03‑0.15%、增粘剂0.5‑3.0%、极压抗磨剂为0.4‑1.2%、防锈剂为0.1‑0.3%、抗乳剂为0.02‑0.06%、金属钝化剂为0.02‑0.04%、消泡剂为0.01‑0.06%。本发明合成抗燃液压不但具有良好的高温氧化稳定性能和闪点,还具有优秀的倾点,可在寒冷地区正常使用,另外该产品还具备了优良的抗磨性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及液压油技术领域,特别涉及一种合成抗燃液压油。
背景技术
液压油就是利用液体压力能的液压系统使用的液压介质,在液压系统中起着能量传递、抗磨、系统润滑、防腐、防锈、冷却等作用。对于液压油来说,首先应满足液压装置在工作温度下与启动温度下对液体粘度的要求,由于润滑油的粘度变化直接与液压动作、传递效率和传递精度有关,还要求油的粘温性能和剪切安定性应满足不同用途所提出的各种需求。
本发明所涉及的液压油是一种酯型抗燃液压油,主要取代矿物型抗磨液压油,用于航空、军工、电力、造纸、林业、钢铁、和冶金行业,适用于防火要求较高的液压系统作为液压工作介质。
目前,现有的酯型抗燃液压油主要存在以下几个问题:
1.市场常见的同类产品抗剪切能力差,抗磨及承载持久性一般;
2.废油不易排放,对环境有不良影响;
3.成本偏高。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种合成抗燃液压油,解决现有的液压油抗剪切能力差、抗磨及承载持久性不好的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种合成抗燃液压油,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:合成基础油为95-98%、抗氧剂为0.4-1.0%、油性剂为0.03-0.15%、增粘剂0.5-3.0%、极压抗磨剂为0.4-1.2%、防锈剂为0.1-0.3%、抗乳剂为0.02-0.06%、金属钝化剂为0.02-0.04%、消泡剂为0.01-0.06%。
其中,优选地,所述基础油为四聚蓖麻油酸酯、三羟基丙烷油酸酯、双季戊四醇饱和油酸酯、三丁基磷酸酯、三甲苯基磷酸酯、二叔丁基-苯基磷酸酯中的任意一种或几种。

其中,优选地,所述抗乳剂为胺的四聚氧亚丙基衍生物、乙二醇酯或乙二醇醚。
其中,优选地,所述金属钝化剂为噻二唑衍生物。
其中,优选地,所述消泡剂为甲基硅油。
本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明合成抗燃液压油为酯类抗燃液压油,寿命一般为4000小时以上,且排放后分解率可达到85%以上;与国内外一线品牌相比,成本较低,养护容易;
2.基础油采用油酸酯和磷酸酯以及饱和多元醇酯,大大提高有油品的燃点,另外也使产品具备了生物高分解率,对人身和环境不产生不良影响。
3.本发明成抗燃液压油性能检测表明,不但具有良好的高温氧化稳定性能和闪点,还具有优秀的倾点,可在寒冷地区正常使用,另外该产品还具备了优良的抗磨性能,通过和国内一线品牌的对比实验证明其综合性能极佳。

下面将结合本发明具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
下述实施例中,合成抗燃液压油采用下述制备方法制成:将合成基础油、抗氧剂、油性剂、增粘剂、极压抗磨剂、防锈剂为、抗乳剂、金属钝化剂和消泡剂加入到调和罐内,搅拌45-55min,温度控制在50-60℃范围内,过滤除去水分和杂质,即得成品。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种合成抗燃液压油,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:四聚蓖麻油酸酯为97%、丁辛基二硫代磷酸锌为0.5%、苯三唑十八胺盐为0.09%、聚甲基丙烯酸酯1.5%、三苯基硫代磷酸酯为0.6%、十二烯烃丁二酸为0.2%、乙二醇酯为0.04%、噻二唑衍生物为0.03%、甲基硅油为0.04%。
对本实施例制得的合成抗燃液压油进行性能测试,结果如下:
本实验结果反映了合成抗燃液压油不但具有良好的高温氧化稳定性能和闪点,还具有优秀的倾点,可在寒冷地区正常使用,另外该产品还具备了优良的抗磨性能;通过和国内一线品牌的对比实验证明其综合性能极佳。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种合成抗燃液压油,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:三羟基丙烷油酸酯为95.2%、丁辛基二硫代磷酸锌为1.0%、苯三唑十八胺盐为0.03%、聚甲基丙烯酸酯3.0%、氯化石蜡为0.4%、十二烯烃丁二酸为0.3%、乙二醇酯为0.02%、噻二唑衍生物为0.04%、甲基硅油为0.01%。
对本实施例制得的合成抗燃液压油进行性能测试,结果如下:
本实验结果反映了合成抗燃液压油不但具有良好的高温氧化稳定性能和闪点,还具有优秀的倾点,可在寒冷地区正常使用,另外该产品还具备了优良的抗磨性能;通过和国内一线品牌的对比实验证明其综合性能极佳。

本实施例提供一种合成抗燃液压油,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:双季戊四醇饱和油酸酯为97.51%、4,4-二异辛基二苯胺为0.4%、苯三唑十八胺盐为0.15%、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.5%、硫代磷酸酯铵盐为1.2%、石油磺酸钙为0.1%、乙二醇醚为0.06%、噻二唑衍生物为0.02%、甲基硅油为0.06%。
对本实施例制得的合成抗燃液压油进行性能测试,结果如下:

本实施例提供一种合成抗燃液压油,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:三丁基磷酸酯为95%、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚为0.8%、苯三唑十八胺盐为0.12%、低分子量聚异丁烯2.71%、极压抗磨剂为1.1%、石油磺酸钙为0.15%、抗乳剂为0.05%、噻二唑衍生物为0.03%、甲基硅油为0.04%。
对本实施例制得的合成抗燃液压油进行性能测试,结果如下:

对本实施例制得的合成抗燃液压油进行性能测试,结果如下:

本实施例提供一种合成抗燃液压油,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:二叔丁基-苯基磷酸酯为96%、辛基二苯胺0.6%、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚为0.2%、苯三唑十八胺盐为0.11%、低分子量聚异丁烯2.05%、硫化异丁烯剂为0.7%、脂肪酸酰胺为0.25%、抗乳剂为0.03%、噻二唑衍生物为0.04%、甲基硅油为0.02%。
对本实施例制得的合成抗燃液压油进行性能测试,结果如下:
本实验结果反映了合成抗燃液压油不但具有良好的高温氧化稳定性能和闪点,还具有优秀的倾点,可在寒冷地区正常使用,另外该产品还具备了优良的抗磨性能;通过和国内一线品牌的对比实验证明其综合性能极佳。

Claims (7)
1.一种合成抗燃液压油,其特征在于按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:合成基础油为95-98%、抗氧剂为0.4-1.0%、油性剂为0.03-0.15%、增粘剂0.5-3.0%、极压抗磨剂为0.4-1.2%、防锈剂为0.1-0.3%、抗乳剂为0.02-0.06%、金属钝化剂为0.02-0.04%、消泡剂为0.01-0.06%;所述基础油为四聚蓖麻油酸酯、三羟基丙烷油酸酯、双季戊四醇饱和油酸酯、三丁基磷酸酯、三甲苯基磷酸酯、二叔丁基-苯基磷酸酯中的任意一种或几种;所述油性剂为苯三唑十八胺盐;所述抗乳剂为胺的四聚氧亚丙基衍生物、乙二醇酯或乙二醇醚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种合成抗燃液压油,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为丁辛基二硫代磷酸锌、4,4-二异辛基二苯胺、辛基二苯胺、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚中的任意一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种合成抗燃液压油,其特征在于:所述增粘剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯或低分子量聚异丁烯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种合 成抗燃液压油,其特征在于:所述极压抗磨剂为三苯基硫代磷酸酯、氯化石蜡、硫代磷酸酯铵盐、硫化异丁烯中的任意一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种合成抗燃液压油,其特征在于:所述防锈剂为十二烯烃丁二酸、石油磺酸钙、硼化丁二酰亚胺或脂肪酸酰胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种合成抗燃液压油,其特征在于:所述金属钝化剂为噻二唑衍生物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种合成抗燃液压油,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为甲基硅油。
