Abstract
本发明公开了一种环境友好高压抗磨抗燃液压油组合物,采用质量比50%的EsterexTM多元醇酯和50%的癸二酸二异辛酯复合作为全合成复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:抗氧化剂、金属减活剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、抗氧防腐剂、粘度指数改进剂、粘度指数改进剂、摩擦系数改进剂、抗磨剂、防胶剂。本发明的组合物具有优异的润滑性,高低温稳定性和突出的生无可降解性,良好的空气释放性、橡胶适应性以及能与矿物油完全相容特点,能被广泛应用在地下挖掘机、连铸生产线、现代化农业机械、海洋设施等重视环保又防火灾的新领域。
Description
技术领域
本发明的一种环境友好高压抗磨抗燃液压油组合物属于液压润滑剂领域。
背景技术
随着世界各国对环境保护的重视,各种环境保护法规也越来越严格,润滑油在使用过程中应泄露或废弃等问题所造成的环境等问题引起公众的关注。欧美等一些发达国家在某些用油领域已退出相关法律法规,明确要求使用可生物降解的润滑油。同时,由于我国制造水平的提高,各种大型工程机械设备向各国出口,根据相关国家的要求,使用环境友好的高压抗磨抗燃液压油。
脂肪酸酯用作抗燃液是最新发展起来的抗燃液压油,由于脂肪酸具有优异的润滑性,高低温稳定性和突出的生无可降解性,良好的空气释放性、橡胶适应性以及能与矿物矿油完全相容特点,将会逐步应用取代磷酸酯类抗燃液。将被广泛应用在地下挖掘机、连铸生产线、现代化农业机械、海洋设施等重视环保又防火灾的新领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环境友好高压抗磨抗燃液压油组合物,该组合物具有优异的润滑性、高低温稳定性和突出的生无可降解性、良好的空气释放性、橡胶适应性以及能与矿物油完全相容特点,能被广泛应用在地下挖掘机、冶金连铸生产线、现代化农业机械、海洋设施等重视环保又要求防火灾的新领域。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种环境友好高压抗磨抗燃液压油组合物,采用质量比50%的EsterexTM多元醇酯和50%的癸二酸二异辛酯复合作为全合成复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成为:

以上各组分的质量百分比含量为100%。
抗氧化剂是质量比50%的烷基二苯胺T534和50%的1,4-二羟基蒽醌复合。
金属减活剂3,7-二辛基吩噻嗪。
防锈剂是质量比50%的十本烯基丁二酸半酯T747A和50%的二壬基萘磺酸钙复合;抗泡剂是3号复合抗泡剂T923;抗氧防腐剂是脂肪酸二乙酰胺磷酸酯。
粘度指数改进剂是聚异丁烯T603A;摩擦系数改进剂是硫磷酸钼T461。
抗磨剂是磷酸三甲酚酯T306;防胶剂是2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚T501。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的组合物具有优异的润滑性,高低温稳定性和突出的生无可降解性,良好的空气释放性、橡胶适应性以及能与矿物油完全相容特点,能被广泛应用在地下挖掘机、连铸生产线、现代化农业机械、海洋设施等重视环保又防火灾的新领域。

1.一种环境友好高压抗磨抗燃液压油组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比50%的EsterexTM多元醇酯和50%的癸二酸二异辛酯复合作为全合成复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成为:
以上各组分的质量百分比含量为100%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好高压抗磨抗燃液压油组合物,其特征在于:抗氧化剂是质量比50%的烷基二苯胺T534和50%的1,4-二羟基蒽醌复合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好高压抗磨抗燃液压油组合物,其特征在于金属减活剂3,7-二辛基吩噻嗪。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好高压抗磨抗燃液压油组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的十本烯基丁二酸半酯T747A和50%的二壬基萘磺酸钙复合;抗泡剂是3号复合抗泡剂T923;抗氧防腐剂是脂肪酸二乙酰胺磷酸酯。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好高压抗磨抗燃液压油组合物,其特征在于粘度指数改进剂是聚异丁烯T603A;摩擦系数改进剂是硫磷酸钼T461。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好高压抗磨抗燃液压油组合物,其特征在于抗磨剂是磷酸三甲酚酯T306;防胶剂是2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚T501。
