本发明公开了一种环境友好抗燃汽轮机油组合物,采用50%的双季戊四醇油酸酯和50%的三羟甲基丙烷牛油酸酯复合作为全合成复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:抗氧化剂、金属钝化剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、抗乳化剂、抗氧防腐剂、粘度指数改进剂、缓蚀剂。本发明的组合物不仅具有优秀的抗氧化、防磨损、防锈和抗泡性能,而且还可以把油品与火焰或炽热表面接触时发生火灾和爆炸的危险降低;此外还有较高的可降解率。

技术领域
本发明的一种环境友好抗燃汽轮机油组合物属于涡轮机润滑剂领域。
背景技术
随着人们环境意识的不断增强,特别是冬季对带大气污染给予了高度的重视,对于冬季供热电力行业给予重点监查。由于现代工业制造技术的不断提升,分布式供热供电机组不断增多。由于润滑油系统的泄露造成严重的火灾危险性,人们对于环境友好型抗燃油使用已成为确保安全生产的严重关切问题之一。
脂肪酸酯除了具有一般磷酸酯抗燃点高、润滑性好、凝固点低的特点外,还具有环境友好的特性,而油溶性聚醚也具有较好的冷却、润滑、清洗的特点。具有火焰自动熄灭功能和较强的生物降解性。不仅具有优秀的抗氧化、防磨损、防锈和抗泡性能,还可以把油品与火焰或炽热表面接触时发生火灾和爆炸的危险降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不仅具有优秀的抗氧化、防磨损、防锈和抗泡性能、较高的可降解率,而且还可以把油品与火焰或炽热表面接触时发生火灾和爆炸的危险降低的环境友好抗燃汽轮机油组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种环境友好抗燃汽轮机油组合物,采用质量比50%的双季戊四醇油酸酯和50%的三羟甲基丙烷牛油酸酯复合作为全合成复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成为:

金属钝化剂是质量比50%的噻重氮和50%的噻二唑衍生物复合。
防锈剂是质量比50%的烷基磷酸咪唑啉盐T708和50%的二烷基萘磺酸钙复合;
抗泡剂是2号复合抗泡剂T922。抗乳化剂是聚醚类高分子化合物DL32。
抗氧防腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯;粘度指数改进剂是聚异丁烯。
缓蚀剂是质量比50%的二乙基胺基乙醇和50%的烯基丁二酸酯T747复合。
本发明的优点在于:本发明环境友好抗燃汽轮机油组合物不仅具有优秀的抗氧化、防磨损、防锈和抗泡性能,而且还可以把油品与火焰或炽热表面接触时发生火灾和爆炸的危险降低;此外还有较高的可降解率。
