Abstract

本发明公开了一种环境友好极压抗磨抗燃汽轮机油组合物,采用质量比80%的三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯和20%的季戊四醇三癸酸酯PETD复合作为全合成复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:抗氧化剂、金属活性剂、抗磨剂、摩擦改进剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、抗氧防腐剂、粘度指数改进剂。本发明的组合物具有良好的氧化安定性和防锈性、抗泡性、抗乳化性、极压以及空气释放性能,以及环境友好的特点。

一种环境友好极压抗磨抗燃汽轮机油组合物
技术领域
本发明的一种环境友好极压抗磨抗燃汽轮机油组合物属于涡轮机润滑剂领域。
背景技术
汽轮机的工作原理是基于蒸汽(燃气)热能转变为机械能的过程。按其工作原理可分为冲动式和反动式两种。汽轮机油主要是作为各类汽轮机的主机和辅机中主轴的润滑剂。随着现代化技术的发展,汽轮机的蒸汽(燃气)和工作压力不断提高,装机容量也不断提高,使得汽轮机中的油温也越来越高,因而对汽轮机油的要求更为苛刻。除了确保要求有良好的氧化安定性和防锈性外,还应该具有抗泡性、抗乳化性、极压以及空气释放性的要求。特别是随着工作压力的提高以及特殊工况(包括大型化肥厂、炼油厂、石油化工厂、大型船舶等)的要求,系统中一旦发生泄漏,将带来极大的危险。同时环境保护法规日益严格,对环境友好的抗燃汽轮机油的需求也在不断的增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有良好的氧化安定性和防锈性、抗泡性、抗乳化性、极压以及空气释放性能的环境友好极压抗磨抗燃汽轮机油组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种环境友好极压抗磨抗燃汽轮机油组合物,采用质量比80%的三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯和20%的季戊四醇三癸酸酯PETD复合作为全合成复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成为:

以上各组分的质量百分比含量为100%。
抗氧化剂是质量比50%的二烷基苯胺T534和50%的4,4-二亚甲基双T511复合。
金属活性剂是中碱含铜磺酸钙复合物T543;抗磨剂是硫代磷酸胺盐T307。
摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451。
防锈剂是质量比50%的二壬基萘磺酸钡盐T705A和50%的烷基磷酸咪唑啉盐T708。
抗泡剂是丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物T912;抗氧防腐剂是油溶性二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸硫化氧钼MoPTC。粘度指数改进剂是聚异丁烯T603C。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的组合物具有良好的氧化安定性和防锈性、抗泡性、抗乳化性、极压以及空气释放性能,以及环境友好的特点。

1.一种环境友好极压抗磨抗燃汽轮机油组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比80%的三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯和20%的季戊四醇三癸酸酯PETD复合作为全合成复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成为:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好极压抗磨抗燃汽轮机油组合物,其特征在于:抗氧化剂是质量比50%的二烷基苯胺T534和50%的4,4-二亚甲基双T511复合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好极压抗磨抗燃汽轮机油组合物,其特征在于金属活性剂是中碱含铜磺酸钙复合物T543;抗磨剂是硫代磷酸胺盐T307。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好极压抗磨抗燃汽轮机油组合物,其特征在于摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好极压抗磨抗燃汽轮机油组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的二壬基萘磺酸钡盐T705A和50%的烷基磷酸咪唑啉盐T708。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好极压抗磨抗燃汽轮机油组合物,其特征在于抗泡剂是丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物T912;抗氧防腐剂是油溶性二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸硫化氧钼MoPTC。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好极压抗磨抗燃汽轮机油组合物,其特征在于粘度指数改进剂是聚异丁烯T603C。
