Abstract
本发明公开了一种钴合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,采用HVI 650作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、分散剂、抗泡剂、粘附剂、抗氧抗腐剂等。本发明的组合物具有良好的承载抗磨性、减摩、极压性、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,抗划痕、无异味、不刺激皮肤。

技术领域
本发明一种钴合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
钴基高温合金是高温合金中的一种,它是以钴作为主要成分,含有相当数量的镍、铬、钨和少量的钼、铌、钽、钛、镧等合金元素,偶而也还含有铁的一类合金。根据合金中成分不同,它们可以制成焊丝,粉末用于硬面堆焊,热喷涂、喷焊等工艺,也可以制成铸锻件和粉末冶金件。与其它高温合金不同,钴基高温合金不是由与基体牢固结合的有序沉淀相来强化,而是由已被固溶强化的奥氏体fcc基体和基体中分布少量碳化物组成。钴基高温合金中碳化物的热稳定性较好。钴基高温合金是含钴量40~65%的奥氏体高温合金。在730~1100℃条件下具有一定的高温强度、良好的抗热腐蚀和抗氧化能力。适于制作航空喷气发动机、工业燃气轮机、舰船燃气轮机的导向叶片和喷嘴导叶以及柴油机喷嘴等。
冷镦加工是利用模具在常温下对金属棒料镦粗(常为局部镦粗)成形的锻造方法。冷镦是另一种形式的镦锻工艺。更具金属型变理论,在常温下对金属坯料施加一定的压力,使之在模腔产生变形。按规定的形状和尺寸成形。冷镦工艺广泛应用于中小零件以及各种类型的标准件。
冷镦工艺的主要特征是无切削加工,材料利用率高,利用率达80~90%,且金属材料流线不会被切断,因此成品强度比切削加工或铸造成型零件强度更高,在一定的批量生产条件下,冷镦加工成本要比其它加工成本低得多,适用于通常需要切削件以及紧固件等形状对称的产品加工。产品的尺寸精度、重量精度及力学性能等都能达到较高的要求。
润滑剂应具有的特点:良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性(不拉毛、拉伤、有效延长冲模的使用寿命)、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤等。钴合金冷镦工艺润滑剂是要提高工件光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的承载抗磨性、减摩、极压性、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤的钴合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种钴合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,采用HVI 650作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

以上各组分的质量百分比总和是100%。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的对,对’二异辛基二苯胺和50%的高相对分子质量酚IrganoxL109复合;金属减活剂是50%的2-巯基苯并咪唑和50%的苯三唑衍生物T551复合。
油性剂是硫化猪油;摩擦改进剂是马来酸三甘醇酯。
极压剂是硼化磷酸酯T3011;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T302。
防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706和50%的烷基磷酸咪唑啉盐T708复合;
分散剂是多烯烃丁二酰亚胺T153。
抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901;粘附剂是乙丙共聚物T613A。
抗氧抗腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
本发明的显著优点:本发明的组合物具有良好的承载抗磨性、减摩、极压性(不拉毛、拉伤、有效延长模具的使用寿命)、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,抗划痕、无异味、不刺激皮肤。

1.一种钴合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:采用HVI 650作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种钴合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧剂是质量比50%的对,对’二异辛基二苯胺和50%的高相对分子质量酚IrganoxL109复合;金属减活剂是50%的2-巯基苯并咪唑和50%的苯三唑衍生物T551复合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种钴合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于油性剂是硫化猪油;摩擦改进剂是马来酸三甘醇酯。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种钴合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于极压剂是硼化磷酸酯T3011;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T302。
