技术领域
本发明一种镍基耐磨合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
镍基耐磨合金主要合金元素是铬、钼、钨,还含有少量的铌、钽和铟。除具有耐磨性能外,其抗氧化、耐腐蚀、焊接性能也好。可制造耐磨零部件,也可作为包覆材料,通过堆焊和喷涂工艺将其包覆在其他基体材料表面。
冷镦加工是利用模具在常温下对金属棒料镦粗(常为局部镦粗)成形的锻造方法。冷镦是另一种形式的镦锻工艺。更具金属型变理论,在常温下对金属坯料施加一定的压力,使之在模腔产生变形。按规定的形状和尺寸成形。冷镦工艺广泛应用于中小零件以及各种类型的标准件。
冷镦工艺的主要特征是无切削加工,材料利用率高,利用率达80~90%,且金属材料流线不会被切断,因此成品强度比切削加工或铸造成型零件强度更高,在一定的批量生产条件下,冷镦加工成本要比其它加工成本低得多,适用于通常需要切削件以及紧固件等形状对称的产品加工。产品的尺寸精度、重量精度及力学性能等都能达到较高的要求。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤,提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗的镍基耐磨合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种镍基耐磨合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,采用100号全损耗系统用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯三唑衍生物T551和50%的Ⅳ,Ⅳ-二亚水杨酸丙二胺复合。
油性剂是硫化烯烃棉籽油T405;摩擦改进剂是硼化磷胺酯。
防锈剂是质量比50%的石油磺酸钡T701和50%的苯并三氮唑T706复合。
极压剂是硫化异丁烯T321。
抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
抗泡剂是丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物T912。
分散剂是聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺T154。
抗氧抗腐剂是硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐T203。
