本发明公开了一种钨合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,采用VHVI 14基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、增粘剂、抗乳化剂、分散剂、填充剂、抗氧抗腐剂等。本发明的组合物具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤等。保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗和材料损耗,极压抗磨承载性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少摩擦磨损,工件易清洗,延长模具使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明一种钨合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
钨合金是以钨为基加入其他元素组成的合金。在金属中,钨的熔点最高,高温强度和抗蠕变性能以及导热、导电和电子发射性能都好,比重大,除大量用于制造硬质合金和作合金添加剂外,钨及其合金广泛用于电子、电光源工业,也在航天、铸造、武器等部门中用于制作火箭喷管、压铸模具、穿甲弹芯、触点、发热体和隔热屏等。
冷镦加工是利用模具在常温下对金属棒料镦粗(常为局部镦粗)成形的锻造方法。冷镦是另一种形式的镦锻工艺。更具金属型变理论,在常温下对金属坯料施加一定的压力,使之在模腔产生变形。按规定的形状和尺寸成形。冷镦工艺广泛应用于中小零件以及各种类型的标准件。
冷镦工艺的主要特征是无切削加工,材料利用率高,利用率达80~90%,且金属材料流线不会被切断,因此成品强度比切削加工或铸造成型零件强度更高,在一定的批量生产条件下,冷镦加工成本要比其它加工成本低得多,适用于通常需要切削件以及紧固件等形状对称的产品加工。产品的尺寸精度、重量精度及力学性能等都能达到较高的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤,提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗的钨合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种钨合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,采用VHVI 14基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分的质量百分比总和是100%。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的硫化烷基酚T504和50%的含铜抗氧剂T542复合;
金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯三唑衍生物T551和50%的甲基甲酰三唑衍生物复合。
油性剂是硫化猪油;摩擦改进剂是硫磷酸钼。
极压剂是酸性亚磷酸二丁酯T304;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
防锈剂是质量比50%的石油磺酸钠T702和50%的苯并三氮唑T706复合;
增粘剂是乙丙共聚物T613A。
抗乳化剂是聚醚类高分子化合物DL-32;分散剂是低氮聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺T155。
填充剂是质量比50%的石墨粉和50%的325目铜粉复合;
抗氧抗腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钨。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的组合物具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性(不拉毛、拉伤、有效延长模具的使用寿命)、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤,提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗。能降低冷镦加工高强度材料的负荷,促进金属在模具中流动,防止模具卡死,减少模具磨损和材料损耗,加快散热,提高冷镦工件质量和生产效率。

1.一种钨合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:采用VHVI 14基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

以上各组分的质量百分比总和是100%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种钨合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧剂是质量比50%的硫化烷基酚T504和50%的含铜抗氧剂T542复合;金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯三唑衍生物T551和50%的甲基甲酰三唑衍生物复合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种钨合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于油性剂是硫化猪油;摩擦改进剂是硫磷酸钼。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种钨合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于极压剂是酸性亚磷酸二丁酯T304;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种钨合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的石油磺酸钠T702和50%的苯并三氮唑T706复合;增粘剂是乙丙共聚物T613A。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种钨合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗乳化剂是聚醚类高分子化合物DL-32;分散剂是低氮聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺T155。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种钨合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于填充剂是质量比50%的石墨粉和50%的325目铜粉复合;抗氧抗腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钨。
