技术领域
本发明一种钨合金强力温旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
钨合金是以钨为基加入其他元素组成的合金。在金属中,钨的熔点最高,高温强度和抗蠕变性能以及导热、导电和电子发射性能都好,比重大,除大量用于制造硬质合金和作合金添加剂外,钨及其合金广泛用于电子、电光源工业,也在航天、铸造、武器等部门中用于制作火箭喷管、压铸模具、穿甲弹芯、触点、发热体和隔热屏等。
强力旋压工艺主要依靠坯料厚度的变薄来实现成形的,坯料外径基本保持不变。通常在进行强力旋压时,旋轮加于坯料的压强要比普通旋压时大得多,坯料的变形情况和普通旋压时大得多,坯料的变形情况和普通旋压时也大不相同。在普通旋压过程中,坯料厚度变化不大,但直径变化很大——由大变小或由小变大。而在强旋压过程中,坯料直径基本保持不变,但厚度变化很大——由厚变薄。因此强力旋压又称为变薄旋压。从工艺过程分析认为:强力旋压属轴向延展,变形区材料处在二向或三向应力状态,因而可产生较高的变形程度。根据旋压件的类型和金属变形机理的差异,强力旋压可分为锥形件强力旋压——剪切旋压和筒形件强力旋压——挤出强旋等两种。强力旋压用于各种、锥体等形体的旋压成型壳体的加工技术,是一种比较成熟的方法和工艺,也叫烫板法。
钨合金强力温旋压润滑要求有良好的热氧化安定性、减摩极压抗磨、粘附性,足够的油膜强度和厚度,以克服温旋压加工过程中的下压力大,材料强度高,延展性差,变形困难,模具损害大的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性、氧化安定性以及粘附性,减少表面擦伤和划痕的钨合金强力温旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:降低强力温旋压加工负荷,促进金属在模具中流动,防止模具卡死,减少模具磨损和材料损耗,加快散热,提高强力温旋压工件质量和生产效率。
一种钨合金强力温旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的茂金属聚α-烯烃基础油和50%的酯类油(Radialube7251)复合为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
