技术领域
本发明一种全合成铌合金强力旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
室温下铌在空气中稳定,在氧气中红热时也不被完全氧化,高温下与硫、氮、碳直接化合,能与钛、锆、铪、钨形成合金。不与无机酸或碱作用,也不溶于王水,但可溶于氢氟酸。纯铌在电子管中用于除去残留气体,钢中掺铌能提高钢在高温时的抗氧化性,改善钢的焊接性能。铌还用于制造高温金属陶瓷。
强力旋压工艺主要依靠坯料厚度的变薄来实现成形的,坯料外径基本保持不变。通常在进行强力旋压时,旋轮加于坯料的压强要比普通旋压时大得多,坯料的变形情况和普通旋压时大得多,坯料的变形情况和普通旋压时也大不相同。在普通旋压过程中,坯料厚度变化不大,但直径变化很大——由大变小或由小变大。而在强旋压过程中,坯料直径基本保持不变,但厚度变化很大——由厚变薄。因此强力旋压又称为变薄旋压。从工艺过程分析认为:强力旋压属轴向延展,变形区材料处在二向或三向应力状态,因而可产生较高的变形程度。根据旋压件的类型和金属变形机理的差异,强力旋压可分为锥形件强力旋压——剪切旋压和筒形件强力旋压——挤出强旋等两种。强力旋压用于各种、锥体等形体的旋压成型壳体的加工技术,是一种比较成熟的方法和工艺,也叫烫板法。全合成铌合金强力旋压加工工艺润滑剂是要降低强力旋压加工负荷,促进金属在模具中流动,防止模具卡死,减少模具磨损和材料损耗,加快散热,提高强力旋压工件质量和生产效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性、油膜强度、热氧化安定性以及粘附性,减少表面擦伤和划痕的全合成铌合金强力旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种全合成铌合金强力旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比三分之二的茂金属聚α-烯烃和三分之一的聚异丙二醇醚正戊酯复合作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

抗氧剂是质量比50%的酚脂型抗氧剂T508和50%的对,对'-二异辛基二苯胺T516复合;
金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯三唑衍生物复合剂T551和50%的巯基苯并咪唑。
油性剂是硫化棉籽油T406A;摩擦改进剂是二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼T462。
极压剂是硫代磷酸胺盐T307;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
防锈剂是质量比50%的烷基磷酸咪唑啉T708和50%的石油磺酸钠T702A复合;
抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901。抗氧抗腐剂是硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐T203。
本发明的优点在于:具有良好的冷却性、润滑性(极压抗磨承载性)、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性、油膜强度、热氧化安定性以及粘附性,减少表面擦伤和划痕。

1.一种全合成铌合金强力旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比三分之二的茂金属聚α-烯烃和三分之一的聚异丙二醇醚正戊酯复合作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
