一种铌合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物
技术领域
本发明一种铌合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
铌是灰白色金属,熔点2468℃,沸点4742℃,密度8.57克/立方厘米。室温下铌在空气中稳定,在氧气中红热时也不被完全氧化,高温下与硫、氮、碳直接化合,能与钛、锆、铪、钨形成合金。不与无机酸或碱作用,也不溶于王水,但可溶于氢氟酸。纯铌在电子管中用于除去残留气体,钢中掺铌能提高钢在高温时的抗氧化性,改善钢的焊接性能。铌还用于制造高温金属陶瓷。
旋压技术起源于古代制陶工艺。他是一种综合了锻造、挤压、拉件、弯曲、环轧、横轧和滚挤等工艺特点的少无切削加工的先进工艺。通常将金属简坯、平板毛坯或预制坯用尾顶顶紧在旋压机模上,由主轴带动芯棒和坯料旋转;同时旋压轮从毛坯一侧将材料挤压在旋转的芯模上,使材料产生逐点连续的塑性变形,从而获得各种母线形状的空心旋转体零件。根据旋压加工过程中的毛坯厚度变化情况,把旋压工艺分为普通旋压和强力旋压两种,即普通旋压和强力旋压。
普通旋压简称普旋。普旋过程中毛坯的厚度基本保持不变,成形主要依靠坯料沿圆周的收缩及沿半径方向上伴长不变形来实现。其主要特征是在成形过程中,可以明显看出坯料外径的变化。普通旋压的基本方式有:拉深旋压(拉旋)、缩径旋压(缩旋)和扩径旋压(扩旋)等三种。铌合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂要求具有良好的扩散性和流动性、承载能力、润滑、冷却、防锈、防腐性以及使用清洗;能降低旋压加工负荷,促进金属在模具中流动,防止模具卡死,减少模具磨损和材料损耗,加快散热,提高旋压工件质量、残屑回收率和生产效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性、油膜强度、热氧化安定性以及粘附性,减少表面擦伤和划痕的铌合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种铌合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比三分之二的HVIH10基础油和三分之一的烷基萘复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

抗氧剂是质量比50%的硫化烷基酚T504和50%的含铜抗氧剂T542复合。
金属减活剂是质量比50%的含苯三唑衍生物复合剂T551和50%的噻重氮复合。
油性剂是硫化猪油。
摩擦改进剂是硫磷酸钼T461。
极压剂是酸性亚磷酸二丁酯T304;
抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706和50%的二壬基萘磺酸钡盐T705A复合。
抗泡剂是甲基硅油。
抗氧抗腐剂是硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐T203。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性、润滑性(极压抗磨承载性)、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性、油膜强度、热氧化安定性以及粘附性,减少表面擦伤和划痕;能降低旋压加工负荷,促进金属在模具中流动,防止模具卡死,减少模具磨损和材料损耗,加快散热,提高旋压工件质量、残屑回收率和生产效率。

1.一种铌合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比三分之二的HVIH10基础油和三分之一的烷基萘复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

3.如权利要求1所述的一种铌合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于油性剂是硫化猪油;摩擦改进剂是硫磷酸钼T461。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种铌合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于极压剂是酸性亚磷酸二丁酯T304;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种铌合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706和50%的二壬基萘磺酸钡盐T705A复合;抗泡剂是甲基硅油。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种铌合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧抗腐剂是硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐T203。
