本发明公开了一种优质碳素结构钢旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用150号全损耗系统用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、抗氧抗腐剂等。本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性,能消除高温变形及摩擦产生的热量,良好的高温润滑性、抗氧化性、抗泡性、极压抗磨承载能力、油膜强度、渗透性、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性以及热氧化安定性。

技术领域
本发明一种优质碳素结构钢旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
优质碳素结构钢是含碳小于0.8%的碳素钢,这种钢中所含的硫、磷及非金属夹杂物比碳素结构钢少,机械性能较为优良。优质碳素结构钢(GB/T699):钢中除含有碳(C)元素和为脱氧而含有一定量硅(Si)(一般不超过0.40%)、锰(Mn)(一般不超过0.80%,较高可到1.20%)合金元素外,不含其他合金元素(残余元素除外)。此类钢必须同时保证化学成分和力学性能。其硫(S)、磷(P)杂质元素含量一般控制在0.035%以下。优质碳素结构钢是制造重要机械零部件的非合金钢,经调质后具有优良综合力学性能。
旋压技术起源于古代制陶工艺,是一种综合了锻造、挤压、拉件、弯曲、环轧、横轧和滚挤等工艺特点的少无切削加工的先进工艺。通常将金属简坯、平板毛坯或预制坯用尾顶顶紧在旋压机模上,由主轴带动芯棒和坯料旋转;同时旋压轮从毛坯一侧将材料挤压在旋转的芯模上,使材料产生逐点连续的塑性变形,从而获得各种母线形状的空心旋转体零件。根据旋压加工过程中的毛坯厚度变化情况,把旋压工艺分为普通旋压和强力旋压两种,即普通旋压和强力旋压。
普通旋压简称普旋。普旋过程中毛坯的厚度基本保持不变,成形主要依靠坯料沿圆周的收缩及沿半径方向上伴长不变形来实现。其主要特征是在成形过程中,可以明显看出坯料外径的变化。普通旋压的基本方式有:拉深旋压(拉旋)、缩径旋压(缩旋)和扩径旋压(扩旋)等三种。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却性、高温润滑性、抗氧化性、抗泡性、极压抗磨承载能力、油膜强度、渗透性、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性以及热氧化安定性的优质碳素结构钢旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种优质碳素结构钢旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用150号全损耗系统用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分的质量百分比总和是100%。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的硫化烷基酚T504和50%的二壬基二苯胺T558复合;
金属减活剂是噻二唑衍生物T561。油性剂是硫化猪油;摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451。
极压剂是硫磷酸含氮衍生物T305;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
防锈剂是质量比50%的烷基磷酸咪唑啉盐T708和50%的石油磺酸钡T701;
抗泡剂是苯基甲基硅油。抗氧抗腐剂是硫磷丁辛基锌盐T202。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性,能消除高温变形及摩擦产生的热量,良好的高温润滑性、抗氧化性、抗泡性、极压抗磨承载能力、油膜强度、渗透性、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性以及热氧化安定性。
