技术领域
本发明一种镍基耐磨合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
镍基耐磨合金主要合金元素是铬、钼、钨,还含有少量的铌、钽和铟。除具有耐磨性能外,其抗氧化、耐腐蚀、焊接性能也好。可制造耐磨零部件,也可作为包覆材料,通过堆焊和喷涂工艺将其包覆在其他基体材料表面。
旋压技术起源于古代制陶工艺。他是一种综合了锻造、挤压、拉件、弯曲、环轧、横轧和滚挤等工艺特点的少无切削加工的先进工艺。通常将金属简坯、平板毛坯或预制坯用尾顶顶紧在旋压机模上,由主轴带动芯棒和坯料旋转;同时旋压轮从毛坯一侧将材料挤压在旋转的芯模上,使材料产生逐点连续的塑性变形,从而获得各种母线形状的空心旋转体零件。根据旋压加工过程中的毛坯厚度变化情况,把旋压工艺分为普通旋压和强力旋压两种,即普通旋压和强力旋压。
普通旋压简称普旋。普旋过程中毛坯的厚度基本保持不变,成形主要依靠坯料沿圆周的收缩及沿半径方向上伴长不变形来实现。其主要特征是在成形过程中,可以明显看出坯料外径的变化。普通旋压的基本方式有:拉深旋压(拉旋)、缩径旋压(缩旋)和扩径旋压(扩旋)等三种。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、极压抗磨承载性、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性、粘附性,减少表面擦伤的镍基耐磨合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物。

抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502A和50%的丁基辛基二苯胺T557复合。
金属减活剂是质量比50%的噻重氮和50%的甲基甲酰三唑衍生物复合。
油性剂是硫化猪油。抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。极压剂是硫代磷酸铵盐T307。
摩擦改进剂是二烷基二硫化氨基甲酸甲酯。
防锈剂是质量比50%的石油磺酸钠T702和50%的烷基琥珀酸衍生物复合。
抗氧抗腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钨。粘度指数改进剂是乙丙共聚物T614。
