技术领域
本发明一种钴合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
钴基高温合金是高温合金中的一种,它是以钴作为主要成分,含有相当数量的镍、铬、钨和少量的钼、铌、钽、钛、镧等合金元素,偶而也还含有铁的一类合金。根据合金中成分不同,它们可以制成焊丝,粉末用于硬面堆焊,热喷涂、喷焊等工艺,也可以制成铸锻件和粉末冶金件。与其它高温合金不同,钴基高温合金不是由与基体牢固结合的有序沉淀相来强化,而是由已被固溶强化的奥氏体fcc基体和基体中分布少量碳化物组成。钴基高温合金中碳化物的热稳定性较好。钴基高温合金是含钴量40~65%的奥氏体高温合金。在730~1100℃条件下具有一定的高温强度、良好的抗热腐蚀和抗氧化能力。适于制作航空喷气发动机、工业燃气轮机、舰船燃气轮机的导向叶片和喷嘴导叶以及柴油机喷嘴等。
旋压技术起源于古代制陶工艺。他是一种综合了锻造、挤压、拉件、弯曲、环轧、横轧和滚挤等工艺特点的少无切削加工的先进工艺。通常将金属简坯、平板毛坯或预制坯用尾顶顶紧在旋压机模上,由主轴带动芯棒和坯料旋转;同时旋压轮从毛坯一侧将材料挤压在旋转的芯模上,使材料产生逐点连续的塑性变形,从而获得各种母线形状的空心旋转体零件。根据旋压加工过程中的毛坯厚度变化情况,把旋压工艺分为普通旋压和强力旋压两种,即普通旋压和强力旋压。
普通旋压简称普旋。普旋过程中毛坯的厚度基本保持不变,成形主要依靠坯料沿圆周的收缩及沿半径方向上伴长不变形来实现。其主要特征是在成形过程中,可以明显看出坯料外径的变化。普通旋压的基本方式有:拉深旋压(拉旋)、缩径旋压(缩旋)和扩径旋压(扩旋)等三种。钴合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂要求能降低旋压加工负荷,促进金属在模具中流动,防止模具卡死,减少模具磨损和材料损耗,加快散热,提高旋压工件质量、残屑回收率和生产效率。
