Abstract

本发明公开了一种银合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的茂金属聚α‑烃基础油和50%的酯类油Radialube7368复合作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、填充剂等。本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性以及粘附性强,减少表面擦伤和刮伤。

技术领域
本发明一种银合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物领域属于金属加工工艺润滑剂领域。
背景技术
以银为基础与其他金属组成的合金。银合金种类很多,它们主要应用于:(1)中等负荷或重负荷电器中作电接触材料,是应用领域和用量最大,也是最廉价的贵金属电接触材料。(2)多种材料的钎接,是用量最大的贵金属钎接材料。(3)在贵金属电阻材料中占有一定地位。(4)至今仍是用量最大的贵金属饰品材料。
旋压技术起源于古代制陶工艺。他是一种综合了锻造、挤压、拉件、弯曲、环轧、横轧和滚挤等工艺特点的少无切削加工的先进工艺。通常将金属简坯、平板毛坯或预制坯用尾顶顶紧在旋压机模上,由主轴带动芯棒和坯料旋转;同时旋压轮从毛坯一侧将材料挤压在旋转的芯模上,使材料产生逐点连续的塑性变形,从而获得各种母线形状的空心旋转体零件。根据旋压加工过程中的毛坯厚度变化情况,把旋压工艺分为普通旋压和强力旋压两种,即普通旋压和强力旋压。
普通旋压简称普旋。普旋过程中毛坯的厚度基本保持不变,成形主要依靠坯料沿圆周的收缩及沿半径方向上伴长不变形来实现。其主要特征是在成形过程中,可以明显看出坯料外径的变化。普通旋压的基本方式有:拉深旋压(拉旋)、缩径旋压(缩旋)和扩径旋压(扩旋)等三种。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性,减少表面擦伤和刮伤以及粘附性强的银合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种银合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物:采用质量比50%的茂金属聚α-烃基础油和50%的酯类油(Radialube7368)复合为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分的质量百分比总和是100%。
抗氧剂是采用质量比50%的N-苯基-α-萘胺T591和50%的4,4-亚甲基双T511复合。
金属减活剂是采用苯三唑衍生物T551。
油性剂是大豆油。极压剂是硼酸三丁酯。抗磨剂是硼化磷胺酯T3011。
防锈剂是质量比50%的烷基磷酸咪唑啉盐T708和50%的苯并三氮唑T706复合。
抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901。填充剂是66号全精炼石蜡。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性、润滑性(极压抗磨承载性)、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性、减少表面擦伤和刮伤以及粘附性强;能降低旋压加工负荷,促进金属在模具中流动,防止模具卡死,减少模具磨损和材料损耗,加快散热,提高旋压工件质量、残屑回收率和生产效率。

1.一种银合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比50%的茂金属聚α-烃基础油和50%的酯类油Radialube7368复合为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种银合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧剂是采用质量比50%的N-苯基-α-萘胺T591和50%的4,4-亚甲基双T511复合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种银合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于金属减活剂是采用苯三唑衍生物T551。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种银合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于油性剂是大豆油。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种银合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于极压剂是硼酸三丁酯。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种银合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗磨剂是硼化磷胺酯T3011。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种银合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的烷基磷酸咪唑啉盐T708和50%的苯并三氮唑T706复合。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种银合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种银合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于填充剂是66号全精炼石蜡。
