本发明公开了一种青铜合金强力旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的HMI120BS基础油和50%的酯迷油Radialube 7250复合作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。包括:抗氧剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、金属减活剂、填充剂等。本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、扩散性、浸润性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性、油膜强度、油膜厚度、热氧化安定性、剪切安定性以及粘附性,减少表面擦伤和划痕以及延长模具使用寿命。

一种青铜合金强力旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物
技术领域
本发明一种青铜合金强力旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
青铜是是金属冶铸史上最早的合金,在纯铜(红铜)中加入锡或铅的合金,有特殊重要性和历史意义。青铜是现代人给予的名字,古时青铜是黄色偏红,而埋在土里后颜色因氧化而青灰,称为青铜。与纯铜(红铜)相比,青铜强度高且熔点低(25%的锡冶炼青铜,熔点就会降低到800℃。纯铜(红铜)的熔点为1083℃)。青铜铸造性好,耐磨且化学性质稳定。
旋压技术起源于古代制陶工艺。他是一种综合了锻造、挤压、拉件、弯曲、环轧、横轧和滚挤等工艺特点的少无切削加工的先进工艺。通常将金属简坯、平板毛坯或预制坯用尾顶顶紧在旋压机模上,由主轴带动芯棒和坯料旋转;同时旋压轮从毛坯一侧将材料挤压在旋转的芯模上,使材料产生逐点连续的塑性变形,从而获得各种母线形状的空心旋转体零件。根据旋压加工过程中的毛坯厚度变化情况,把旋压工艺分为普通旋压和强力旋压两种,即普通旋压和强力旋压。
强力旋压又称变薄旋压,强力旋压是在普通旋压基础上发展起来的一种近无余量加工方法,其实质为利用旋压辊子加高压于坯料,旋转坯料借助外力沿成形模具进行局部逐渐辗压产生塑性变形而变薄,从而得到高精度薄壁回转体零件。
旋压时采用尾顶或别的方式将毛坯固定于模具,模具旋转,旋轮作进给运动,使毛坯连续地逐点变薄并贴靠模具而形成所需要形状的零件,强力旋压主要依靠坯料厚度的减薄来实现工件的成形。
强力旋压工艺主要依靠坯料厚度的变薄来实现成形的,坯料外径基本保持不变。通常在进行强力旋压时,旋轮加于坯料的压强要比普通旋压时大得多,坯料的变形情况和普通旋压时大得多,坯料的变形情况和普通旋压时也大不相同。在普通旋压过程中,坯料厚度变化不大,但直径变化很大——由大变小或由小变大。而在强旋压过程中,坯料直径基本保持不变,但厚度变化很大——由厚变薄。因此强力旋压又称为变薄旋压。从工艺过程分析认为:强力旋压属轴向延展,变形区材料处在二向或三向应力状态,因而可产生较高的变形程度。根据旋压件的类型和金属变形机理的差异,强力旋压可分为锥形件强力旋压——剪切旋压和筒形件强力旋压——挤出强旋等两种。强力旋压用于各种、锥体等形体的旋压成型壳体的加工技术,是一种比较成熟的方法和工艺,也叫烫板法。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的扩散性和流动性、承载能力、润滑、冷却、防锈、防腐性以及使用清洗的青铜合金强力旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种青铜合金强力旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的HMI120BS和50%的酯迷油Radialube 7250复合作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

抗氧剂是质量比50%的含铜抗氧剂T542和50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502A复合。
油性剂是工业猪油。摩擦改进剂是油酸乙二醇酯T403。
极压剂是硼化磷酸酯T3011。抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706和50%的羊毛脂复合。
抗泡剂是甲基硅油。金属减活剂是苯三唑衍生物T551。
填充剂是全精炼石蜡68号。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性、润滑性(极压、抗磨、承载性)、扩散性、浸润性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性、油膜强度、油膜厚度、热氧化安定性、剪切安定性以及粘附性,减少表面擦伤和划痕以及延长模具使用寿命。
