技术领域
本发明一种普通黄铜合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
黄铜是由铜和锌组成的合金。当含锌量小于35%时,锌能溶于铜内形成单相a,称单相黄铜,塑性好,适于冷热加压加工。当含锌量为36%~46%时,有a单相还有以铜锌为基的β固溶体,称双相黄铜,β相使黄铜塑性减小而抗拉强度上升,只适于热压力加工。
旋压技术起源于古代制陶工艺。他是一种综合了锻造、挤压、拉件、弯曲、环轧、横轧和滚挤等工艺特点的少无切削加工的先进工艺。通常将金属简坯、平板毛坯或预制坯用尾顶顶紧在旋压机模上,由主轴带动芯棒和坯料旋转;同时旋压轮从毛坯一侧将材料挤压在旋转的芯模上,使材料产生逐点连续的塑性变形,从而获得各种母线形状的空心旋转体零件。根据旋压加工过程中的毛坯厚度变化情况,把旋压工艺分为普通旋压和强力旋压两种,即普通旋压和强力旋压。
普通旋压简称普旋。普旋过程中毛坯的厚度基本保持不变,成形主要依靠坯料沿圆周的收缩及沿半径方向上伴长不变形来实现。其主要特征是在成形过程中,可以明显看出坯料外径的变化。普通旋压的基本方式有:拉深旋压(拉旋)、缩径旋压(缩旋)和扩径旋压(扩旋)等三种。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的扩散性、浸润性、流动性、承载能力、润滑性、冷却性、防锈性和防腐性,油膜强度大,提高工件表面质量和生产效率,延长模具使用寿命以及使用清洗方便的普通黄铜合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种普通黄铜合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用HVI350号基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分的质量百分比总和是100%。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的烷基二苯胺T534和50%的含铜抗氧剂T542复合。
金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯三唑衍生物T551和50%的噻二唑衍生物T561复合。
油性剂是工业猪油;摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451。
极压剂是磷酸三甲基酯T306;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T302。
防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706和50%的烯基丁二酸T746复合。
抗泡剂是甲基硅油;分散剂是双烯基丁二酰亚胺T152。
粘附剂是乙丙共聚物T613;填充剂是微晶蜡。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的组合物具有良好的扩散性、浸润性、流动性、承载能力、润滑性、冷却性、防锈性和防腐性,油膜强度大,提高工件表面质量和生产效率,延长模具使用寿命以及使用清洗方便。

1.一种普通黄铜合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:采用HVI350号基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

5.如权利要求1所述的一种普通黄铜合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706和50%的烯基丁二酸T746复合;抗泡剂是甲基硅油。
