技术领域
本发明一种锆合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工工艺润滑剂领域。
背景技术
锆合金可以耐很高的温度,用作制作核反应的第一层保护壳。锆的热中子俘获截面小,有突出的核性能,是发展原子能工业不可缺少的材料,以锆为基添加其他元素组成的合金,是一类广泛用于核反应堆的难熔金属材料。锆粉在空气中易燃烧,可作引爆雷管及无烟火药。锆是一种稀有金属,具有惊人的抗腐蚀性能、极高的熔点、超高的硬度和强度等特性,被广泛用在航空航天、军工、核反应、原子能领域。锆的可塑性好,易于加工成板、丝等。锆在加热时能大量地吸收氧、氢、氮等气体,可用作贮氢材料。
旋压技术起源于古代制陶工艺。他是一种综合了锻造、挤压、拉件、弯曲、环轧、横轧和滚挤等工艺特点的少无切削加工的先进工艺。通常将金属简坯、平板毛坯或预制坯用尾顶顶紧在旋压机模上,由主轴带动芯棒和坯料旋转;同时旋压轮从毛坯一侧将材料挤压在旋转的芯模上,使材料产生逐点连续的塑性变形,从而获得各种母线形状的空心旋转体零件。根据旋压加工过程中的毛坯厚度变化情况,把旋压工艺分为普通旋压和强力旋压两种,即普通旋压和强力旋压。
普通旋压简称普旋。普旋过程中毛坯的厚度基本保持不变,成形主要依靠坯料沿圆周的收缩及沿半径方向上伴长不变形来实现。其主要特征是在成形过程中,可以明显看出坯料外径的变化。普通旋压的基本方式有:拉深旋压(拉旋)、缩径旋压(缩旋)和扩径旋压(扩旋)等三种。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性以及粘附性,减少表面擦伤和划痕的锆合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物。

一种锆合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比1/3的MVI750基础油和2/3的酯类油聚异丙二醇复酯复合作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

7.如权利要求1所述的一种锆合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种锆合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是采用质量比50%苯并三氮唑T706和质量比50%的烷基磷酸咪唑啉盐T708复合。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种锆合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗泡剂是甲基硅油。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种锆合金旋压加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧抗腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
