技术领域
本发明涉及织物的加工方法,尤其涉及一种三向织物的涂料印花工艺。
背景技术
涂料印花是使用高分子化合物作为粘合剂,把颜料机械的粘附于织物上,经后期处理获得有一定弹性、耐磨、耐手搓、耐褶皱的透明树脂花纹的印花方法,涂料骨着在纤维上的机理同其他染料固着在纤维上的机理不同,它是靠粘合剂在织物上形成监牢、无色透明的膜,将涂料机械地覆盖在织物上,因此,用涂料印花适用于大多数纤维,且工艺简单,印制效果较好。
三向织物是由相互相交角度为60°的三系统纱线织成的织物,它具有较好的结构稳定性和各向相同的力学性质,在航空(如飞机翼布、气球外罩)、医疗绷带、塑料增强用织物等方面具有特殊的用途。但也正是由于三向织物其结构上的特殊性,由三系统纱线交错而成,三种角度的纱线导致了对织物的涂料印花存在了一定的困难,具有印花不均,容易产生印位相错的现象的问题。
因此,需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种印花效果流畅,无异位错位现象、上色深度适宜、色牢度好、美观大方的三向织物的涂料印花工艺。
技术方案:为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种三向织物的涂料印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)生物酶改性前处理:将三向织物进行生物酶改性前处理,浴比1:6-1:9,使用的生物酶为酸性纤维素酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶三者3:2:1的混合物,生物酶用量0.8-1.5g/L,处理时间18-32min,pH调节为4.5-5.5;
(2)水洗前处理:将经过生物酶改性前处理的织物装袋投入水洗机进行水洗,加入6-9g/L的表面活性剂,温度为30-45℃、浴比为1:20-1:25,水洗时间为35-45min;水洗后的三向织物脱水至7成干;
(3)漂白前处理:将进行水洗后的三向织物进行漂白处理,浴比1:6-1:9,加入2-4g/L的硅酸钠、4-6g/L的混合漂白剂,采用冷轧堆一浴法工艺进行漂白处理;
(4)印花前处理:印花前先对漂白后水洗至7成干的织物进行预烘处理,采用低温-高温-低温相结合的方式,具体首先55-65℃低温预烘4-6min,升温至105-115℃高温预烘3-5min,再降温至55-65℃低温预烘2-4min;
(5)印花:配制涂料印花色浆,所述涂料印花色浆的配制按照以下配方以重量计进行配制:活性染料5%-12%、阳离子染料6-18%、纳米材料4-7%、填料1-4%、分散剂2-4%、甲壳质5-9%、聚丙烯酸多元酯类4-6%、染色增深剂4-6%、织物粘合剂6-9%、合成增稠剂1-4%、抗皱整理剂1-2%、织物表面涂层剂0.3-0.7%、pH调节剂0.2-3%、余量的水;使用上述颜料墨水采用涂料印花装置对三向织物进行喷印;
(6)蒸化固色:采用快速蒸化机,温度为130-140℃,蒸化固色时间为4-8min;
(7)后整理:采用高温热定型工艺进行后整理;
(8)水洗烘干:将经过后整理的三向织物采用温水洗涤后热风烘干。

实施例1:
一种三向织物的涂料印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)生物酶改性前处理:将三向织物进行生物酶改性前处理,浴比1:6,使用的生物酶为酸性纤维素酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶三者3:2:1的混合物,生物酶用量0.8g/L,处理时间18min,pH调节为4.5;
(2)水洗前处理:将经过生物酶改性前处理的织物装袋投入水洗机进行水洗,加入6g/L的非离子型表面活性剂,温度为30℃、浴比为1:20,水洗时间为35min;水洗后的三向织物脱水至7成干;
(3)漂白前处理:将进行水洗后的三向织物进行漂白处理,浴比1:6,加入2g/L的硅酸钠、4g/L的混合漂白剂,采用冷轧堆一浴法工艺进行漂白处理;所述混合漂白剂为烷基二酚醚二磺酸盐表面活性剂、次氯酸钠、双氧水质量比为1:3:2的混合物,漂白的处理温度为55℃、处理时间为25min;

(6)蒸化固色:采用快速蒸化机,温度为130℃,蒸化固色时间为4min;
(7)后整理:采用高温热定型工艺进行后整理;
(8)水洗烘干:将经过后整理的三向织物采用温水洗涤后热风烘干。

(3)漂白前处理:将进行水洗后的三向织物进行漂白处理,浴比1:9,加入4g/L的硅酸钠、6g/L的混合漂白剂,采用冷轧堆一浴法工艺进行漂白处理;所述混合漂白剂为烷基二酚醚二磺酸盐表面活性剂、次氯酸钠、双氧水质量比为1:3:2的混合物,漂白的处理温度为65℃、处理时间为35min;
(4)印花前处理:印花前先对漂白后水洗至7成干的织物进行预烘处理,采用低温-高温-低温相结合的方式,具体首先65℃低温预烘6min,升温至115℃高温预烘5min,再降温至65℃低温预烘4min;
(5)印花:配制涂料印花色浆,所述涂料印花色浆的配制按照以下配方以重量计进行配制:活性染料12%、阳离子染料18%、纳米材料7%、填料4%、分散剂4%、甲壳质9%、聚丙烯酸多元酯类6%、染色增深剂6%、织物粘合剂9%、合成增稠剂4%、抗皱整理剂2%、织物表面涂层剂0.7%、pH调节剂3%、余量的水;使用上述颜料墨水采用涂料印花装置对三向织物进行喷印;
(6)蒸化固色:采用快速蒸化机,温度为140℃,蒸化固色时间为8min;
(7)后整理:采用高温热定型工艺进行后整理;
(8)水洗烘干:将经过后整理的三向织物采用温水洗涤后热风烘干。

(4)印花前处理:印花前先对漂白后水洗至7成干的织物进行预烘处理,采用低温-高温-低温相结合的方式,具体首先60℃低温预烘5min,升温至110℃高温预烘4min,再降温至60℃低温预烘3min;
(5)印花:配制涂料印花色浆,所述涂料印花色浆的配制按照以下配方以重量计进行配制:活性染料8%、阳离子染料12%、纳米材料6%、填料2%、分散剂3%、甲壳质7%、聚丙烯酸多元酯类5%、染色增深剂5%、织物粘合剂8%、合成增稠剂3%、抗皱整理剂1.5%、织物表面涂层剂0.6%、pH调节剂1.7%、余量的水;使用上述颜料墨水采用涂料印花装置对三向织物进行喷印;
(6)蒸化固色:采用快速蒸化机,温度为135℃,蒸化固色时间为6min;
(7)后整理:采用高温热定型工艺进行后整理;
(8)水洗烘干:将经过后整理的三向织物采用温水洗涤后热风烘干。
其中,所述阳离子染料为共轭型阳离子染料,染色增深剂为壳聚糖与柠檬酸质量比为1:4的混合物,填料为钛白粉与轻质碳酸钙质量比为3:2的混合物,合成增稠剂为碱溶性增稠剂,抗皱整理剂为带有环氧基基团的有机硅化合物,织物表面涂层剂为丙烯酸酯聚合物与聚氯乙烯质量比为1:3的混合物。
取上述完成涂料印花得到的三向织物成品各20cm×20cm,采用ISO105 C06:1994+Corl:2002的方法,25℃条件下,机洗自然晾干,测试耐水洗等级,测试结果如下表所示:
从上表数据可看出,采用实施例1-3所制成的涂料印花三向织物,较现有技术相比,具有明显的耐水洗优势,且印花效果流畅,上色深度适宜、不易褪色,无异位错位现象、色牢度好。
应当指出,以上具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种三向织物的涂料印花工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)生物酶改性前处理:将三向织物进行生物酶改性前处理,浴比1:6-1:9,使用的生物酶为酸性纤维素酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶三者3:2:1的混合物,生物酶用量0.8-1.5g/L,处理时间18-32min,pH调节为4.5-5.5;
(2)水洗前处理:将经过生物酶改性前处理的织物装袋投入水洗机进行水洗,加入6-9g/L的表面活性剂,温度为30-45℃、浴比为1:20-1:25,水洗时间为35-45min;水洗后的三向织物脱水至7成干;
(3)漂白前处理:将进行水洗后的三向织物进行漂白处理,浴比1:6-1:9,加入2-4g/L的硅酸钠、4-6g/L的混合漂白剂,采用冷轧堆一浴法工艺进行漂白处理;
(4)印花前处理:印花前先对漂白后水洗至7成干的织物进行预烘处理,采用低温-高温-低温相结合的方式,具体首先55-65℃低温预烘4-6min,升温至105-115℃高温预烘3-5min,再降温至55-65℃低温预烘2-4min;
(5)印花:配制涂料印花色浆,所述涂料印花色浆的配制按照以下配方以重量计进行配制:活性染料5%-12%、阳离子染料6-18%、纳米材料4-7%、填料1-4%、分散剂2-4%、甲壳质5-9%、聚丙烯酸多元酯类4-6%、染色增深剂4-6%、织物粘合剂6-9%、合成增稠剂1-4%、抗皱整理剂1-2%、织物表面涂层剂0.3-0.7%、pH调节剂0.2-3%、余量的水;使用上述颜料墨水采用涂料印花装置对三向织物进行喷印;
(6)蒸化固色:采用快速蒸化机,温度为130-140℃,蒸化固色时间为4-8min;
(7)后整理:采用高温热定型工艺进行后整理;
(8)水洗烘干:将经过后整理的三向织物采用温水洗涤后热风烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物的涂料印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物的涂料印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述混合漂白剂为烷基二酚醚二磺酸盐表面活性剂、次氯酸钠、双氧水质量比为1:3:2的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物的涂料印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)中漂白的处理温度为55-65℃、处理时间为25-35min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物的涂料印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)中所述阳离子染料为共轭型阳离子染料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物的涂料印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)中所述染色增深剂为壳聚糖与柠檬酸质量比为1:4的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物的涂料印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)中所述填料为钛白粉与轻质碳酸钙质量比为3:2的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物的涂料印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)中所述合成增稠剂为碱溶性增稠剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物的涂料印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)中抗皱整理剂为带有环氧基基团或巯基基团的有机硅化合物。
10.根据权利要求1所述的三向织物的涂料印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)中所述织物表面涂层剂为丙烯酸酯聚合物与聚氯乙烯质量比为1:3的混合物。
