技术领域
本发明涉及食品领域,具体涉及一种祛湿养胃营养粉。
背景技术
湿气,万恶之邪。如今生活水平提高,吃肉吃得太多,吃的食物里有污染,运动量少,身体阴盛阳虚,湿邪内郁,所以大便无法正常。中医里讲,脾虚则便溏,中国人本应以五谷杂粮为食,以肉食为主了,很多人一天不吃肉就觉得很亏,长期这样,伤害的是脾胃,脾是运化水湿的,脾受到伤害,水湿不能完全运化,就在身体内堆积。所以,大便不成形意味着脾虚,也意味着体内有湿气。在正常情况下,人体对于外界温度、湿度变化有自然调节能力,但现代人精神压力大、气血虚、动脑多、饮食不节、体力消耗少,加上长期待在密闭空调内,很少流汗,身体调控湿度的能力变差,水分排不出去,造成湿气的产生。在致病的风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火这“六淫邪气”中,中医最怕湿邪。湿是最容易渗透的,湿邪从来不孤军奋战,总是要与别的邪气狼狈为奸。湿气遇寒则成为寒湿,湿气遇热则成为湿热,湿气遇风则成为风湿,湿气在皮下,就形成肥胖等等。脾虚湿盛,因此影响健康。湿邪不去,吃再多的补品、药品都如同隔靴搔痒。生活中很多人患上了脂肪肝、哮喘、高血压、心脑血管等疾病,甚至恶性肿瘤,其实这些病都跟湿邪有关。因此,如何祛湿成为现代人关注健康的一个重要话题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以中药配伍制得,安全有效、食用方便的祛湿养胃营养粉。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种祛湿养胃营养粉,采用的配方及其重量份是:黑米30-45份,糙米25-35份,南瓜35-40份,山药20-30份,中药汤剂8-12份,红枣10-15份;所述中药汤剂采用的配方及其重量份:玉竹3-6份,灵芝多糖1-3份,白术2-5份,茯苓5-8份,陈皮3-4份;所述中药汤剂由以下方法制成:把除灵芝多糖外的原料放入8-10倍量的水浸泡1-2小时后,先用武火烧开,再用文火熬1-2小时后放入灵芝多糖,文火再熬5-8分钟,倒出药液,再加6-8倍量的水文火熬30-40分钟,再倒出药液,合并两次药液,过滤,得纯药液即可。
所述的祛湿养胃营养粉,其制备方法如下步骤:
(1)将黑米、糙米洗净,沥干,放入锅中炒香炒熟后和去核的红枣一起用粉碎机粉碎,过80-100目筛;
(2)南瓜去皮去籽,山药削皮,洗净后切片,放入蒸锅中蒸熟,冷却后捣压成泥;
(3)将中药汤剂、步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得混合搅拌,加入适量水确保混合液的粘度低于0.2Pa.s,再用均质机搅拌均匀,最后进行喷雾干燥成粉末,过120-200目筛,装罐,杀菌,密封。
本发明所述的中药汤剂中各药物机理:玉竹:养阴、润燥、清热、生津、止咳;灵芝多糖:能提高机体免疫力、抑制肿瘤、抗辐射、降血糖、降血脂、抗衰老;白术:健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗、安胎;茯苓:利水渗湿、健脾、宁心,用于水肿尿少、痰饮眩悸、脾虚食少、便溏泄泻、心神不安、惊悸失眠;陈皮:理气健脾、燥湿化痰。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明产品溶解性好、口感细腻、营养丰富、食用方便。此外,本发明以中药配伍制得,协同增效作用明显,各组分配伍后能够明显提高机体免疫力、利水渗湿、清热排毒、健脾养胃、养心安神等功效。本发明安全有效,无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的技术方案和有益效果作进一步说明。
1.试验样品
1.1组合样品配方
按照以下配方所示的重量份称取各组分。
组合样品1#:黑米35份,糙米30份,南瓜40份,山药25份,中药汤剂10份,红枣15份;所述中药汤剂采用的配方及其重量份:玉竹6份,灵芝多糖2份,白术4份,茯苓8份,陈皮3份。
组合样品2#:黑米30份,糙米25份,南瓜35份,山药20份,中药汤剂12份,红枣12份;所述中药汤剂采用的配方及其重量份:玉竹4份,灵芝多糖3份,白术2份,茯苓6份,陈皮4份。
1.2对照样品配方
对照样品3#:黑米35份,糙米30份,南瓜40份,山药25份,红枣15份。
对照样品4#:黑米30份,糙米25份,南瓜35份,山药20份,中药汤剂12份,红枣12份;所述中药汤剂采用的配方及其重量份:玉竹2份,灵芝多糖4份,白术2份,茯苓4份,陈皮5份。
1.3试验样品制备
1.3.1组合样品1#、2#和对照样品4#的制备方法
所述中药汤剂由以下方法制成:把除灵芝多糖外的原料放入10倍量的水浸泡2小时后,先用武火烧开,再用文火熬1小时后放入灵芝多糖,文火再熬6分钟,倒出药液,再加7倍量的水文火熬35分钟,再倒出药液,合并两次药液,过滤,得纯药液即可。
所述的祛湿养胃营养粉,其制备方法如下步骤:
(1)将黑米、糙米洗净,沥干,放入锅中炒香炒熟后和去核的红枣一起用粉碎机粉碎,过80目筛;
(2)南瓜去皮去籽,山药削皮,洗净后切片,放入蒸锅中蒸熟,冷却后捣压成泥;
(3)将中药汤剂、步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得混合搅拌,加入适量水确保混合液的粘度低于0.2Pa.s,再用均质机搅拌均匀,最后进行喷雾干燥成粉末,过160目筛,装罐,杀菌,密封,每罐550g。
1.3.2对照样品3#的制备方法
对照样品3#的制备方法,除不添加中药汤剂外,其余步骤同1.3.1。
1.4试验方法
按照自愿原则选择160例体内有湿气的患者作为受试者。年龄在25-35岁之间,其中男性80例,女性80例。试验样品如上述所示共4个,每个样品随机选用40例受试者。每名受试者只服用一个样品,受试者日服2次,一次10g,开水冲服,连续服用14天,试验期间不使用其他祛湿产品。
1.5湿气判定标准
1、起床时看状态:起床的时候觉得特别疲劳,头发昏,打不起精神来,或是觉得身上有种东西在包着,让人懒得动弹。
2、如厕看大便:大便不成形,长期便溏,或大便成形,但大便完了之后总会有一些粘在马桶上,很难冲下去。
3、洗漱时看舌苔:舌苔粗糙或很厚、发黄发腻。
4、刷牙时看恶不恶心:早上起来刷牙的时候就呕吐、恶心,嗓子里边总是有丝丝拉拉的、不干不净的感觉,即使有吐痰,也只是一点,那就是体内有湿气的体现。
5、小腿肚子发酸发沉:早晨起来感觉小腿肚子发酸发沉。
综上所述,体内有湿气症状表现为:有头痛如裹困重等感觉,往往伴有肢体困重麻木的感觉,肌肉酸痛倦怠乏力,纳呆食少,便溏完谷不化,口中粘腻,舌苔厚腻等。
1.6疗效判定标准
1.6.1治愈
湿气症状消失。
1.6.2有效好转
湿气症状得到一定程度的缓解或部分症状消失。
1.6.3无效
湿气症状没有改善。

1.8试验结果分析
从上表可知,160例受试者连续服用本发明14天,组合样品1#、2#祛湿效果明显,总有效率高达90.00%以上。而对照样品3#祛湿效果不明显,与组合样品1#相比,仅少了中药汤剂,效果相差甚大,由此可见,本发明的祛湿养胃营养粉添加中药汤剂后祛湿效果显著。对照样品4#与组合样品2#相比,差别仅在于中药汤剂的组成比例不同,但是其效果比组合样品2#要差很多,说明本发明的中药汤剂的组分配方比例是比较科学有效的。试验过程中均无过敏等不良反应。

1.一种祛湿养胃营养粉,其特征在于,采用的配方及其重量份是:黑米30-45份,糙米25-35份,南瓜35-40份,山药20-30份,中药汤剂8-12份,红枣10-15份;所述中药汤剂采用的配方及其重量份:玉竹3-6份,灵芝多糖1-3份,白术2-5份,茯苓5-8份,陈皮3-4份;所述中药汤剂由以下方法制成:把除灵芝多糖外的原料放入8-10倍量的水浸泡1-2小时后,先用武火烧开,再用文火熬1-2小时后放入灵芝多糖,文火再熬5-8分钟,倒出药液,再加6-8倍量的水文火熬30-40分钟,再倒出药液,合并两次药液,过滤,得纯药液即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的祛湿养胃营养粉,其特征在于,其制备方法如下步骤:
(1)将黑米、糙米洗净,沥干,放入锅中炒香炒熟后和去核的红枣一起用粉碎机粉碎,过80-100目筛;
(2)南瓜去皮去籽,山药削皮,洗净后切片,放入蒸锅中蒸熟,冷却后捣压成泥;
(3)将中药汤剂、步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得混合搅拌,加入适量水确保混合液的粘度低于0.2Pa.s,再用均质机搅拌均匀,最后进行喷雾干燥成粉末,过120-200目筛,装罐,杀菌,密封。
