技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品或饮料配方,特别涉及一种从多方面调节情绪的保健食品或饮料配方。
背景技术
生活水平的提高,工作压力的加大,容易使人产生不良的心理情绪,不利于身体的健康。
现有的饮料和食品功能单一,只针对单一方面营养缺乏进行心情、心理调节。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种从多方面调节情绪的保健食品或饮料配方。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的措施:
一种从多方面调节情绪的保健食品或饮料配方,包括γ-氨基丁酸、谷胱甘肽、原花青素、肌醇、硒、β-胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B6、维生素B2、维生素B10、叶酸VB9、泛酸VB5、烟酸VB3、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素E、薄荷、超氧化物歧化酶、银耳多糖和番茄红素;
所述的原花青素为葡萄籽提取物;
所述的γ-氨基丁酸为麸皮发酵提取物或乳酸菌发酵提取物;
所述的谷胱甘肽为酵母提取物;
所述的硒为富硒酵母;
所述的维生素C针叶樱桃提取物;
所述的超氧化物歧化酶为螺旋藻提取物或针叶樱桃提取物;
所述的银耳多糖为银耳提取物;
所述的γ-氨基丁酸、谷胱甘肽、原花青素、肌醇、硒、β-胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B6、维生素B2、维生素B10、叶酸VB9、泛酸VB5、烟酸VB3、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素E、薄荷、超氧化物歧化酶、银耳多糖和番茄红素的含量百分比:γ-氨基丁酸为55%、谷胱甘肽为13%、原花青素为1%、肌醇为2%、硒为3.5%、β-胡萝卜素为4.5%、维生素B1为2%、维生素B6为2%、维生素B2为1%、维生素B10为2%、叶酸VB9为2.3%、泛酸VB5为1.2%、烟酸VB3为1%、维生素B12为1%、维生素C为2%、维生素E为2%、薄荷为0.8%、超氧化物歧化酶为0.2%、银耳多糖为3%和番茄红素为0.5%;
所述的配方内含有少量的牛磺酸。
本发明的有益效果:实用,生产成本低,抗疲劳,利于调节食用者的情绪,预防食用者产品不良的情绪,缓解压力,放松心情,保健心理、具有保健功能。
具体实施方式
一种从多方面调节情绪的保健食品或饮料配方,包括γ-氨基丁酸、谷胱甘肽、原花青素、肌醇、硒、β-胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B6、维生素B2、维生素B10、叶酸VB9、泛酸VB5、烟酸VB3、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素E、薄荷、超氧化物歧化酶、银耳多糖和番茄红素。
所述的原花青素为葡萄籽提取物。
原花青素,简称OPC,是一种有着特殊分子结构的生物类黄酮,是目前公认的清除人体内自由基最有效的天然抗氧化剂。一般为红棕色粉末,气微、味涩,溶于水和大多有机溶剂。蓝莓叶提取物原花青素可阻止丙肝病毒复制。是一种有着特殊分子结构的生物类黄酮,是人体内自由基有效的抗氧化剂。一般为葡萄籽提取物或松树皮提取物。原花青素(葡萄籽提取物)是一种新型高效抗氧化剂,是强效的自由基清除剂,具有非常强的体内活性。实验证明,OPC的抗自由基氧化能力是维生素E的50倍,维生素C的20倍,并吸收迅速完全,口服20分钟即可达到最高血液浓度,代谢半衰期达7小时之久。
所述的γ-氨基丁酸为麸皮发酵提取物或乳酸菌发酵提取物。
γ-氨基丁酸,英文名:γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)γ-氨基丁酸,化学名称:4-氨基丁酸。分子式:C4H9NO2。分子量:103.1。广泛分布于动植物体内。植物如豆属、参属、中草药等的种子、根茎和组织液中都含有GABA。在动物体内,GABA几乎只存在于神经组织中,其中脑组织中的含量大约为0.1-0.6mg/克组织,免疫学研究表明,其浓度最高的区域为大脑中黑质。GABA是一种重要的抑制性神经递质,它参与多种代谢活动,具有很高的生理活性。
所述的谷胱甘肽为酵母提取物。
谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH)是由谷氨酸、半胱氨酸和甘氨酸结合,含有巯基的的三肽,具有抗氧化作用和整合解毒作用。半胱氨酸上的巯基为谷胱甘肽活性基团(故谷胱甘肽常简写为G-SH),易与某些药物(如扑热息痛)、毒素(如自由基、碘乙酸、芥子气,铅、汞、砷等重金属)等结合,而具有整合解毒作用。故谷胱甘肽(尤其是肝细胞内的谷胱甘肽)能参与生物转化作用,从而把机体内有害的毒物转化为无害的物质,排泄出体外。谷胱甘肽还能帮助保持正常的免疫系统的功能。
所述的硒为富硒酵母。
硒是一种化学元素,化学符号是Se,在化学元素周期表中位于第四周期VI A族,是一种非金属。可以用作光敏材料、电解锰行业催化剂、动物体必需的营养元素和植物有益的营养元素等。硒在自然界的存在方式分为两种:无机硒和植物活性硒。无机硒一般指亚硒酸钠和硒酸钠,从金属矿藏的副产品中获得;后者是硒通过生物转化与氨基酸结合而成,一般以硒蛋氨酸的形式存在。
所述的维生素C针叶樱桃提取物。
维生素C(英语:Vitamin C,又称L-抗坏血酸),是高等灵长类动物与其他少数生物的必需营养素。抗坏血酸在大多的生物体可借由新陈代谢制造出来,但是人类是最显著的例外。缺乏维生素C会造成坏血病。在生物体内,维生素C是一种抗氧化剂,保护身体免于自由基的威胁,维生素C同时也是一种辅酶。其广泛的食物来源为各类新鲜蔬果。
所述的超氧化物歧化酶为螺旋藻提取物或针叶樱桃提取物。
超氧化物歧化酶Orgotein(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD),别名肝蛋白、简称:SOD。是一种源于生命体的活性物质,能消除生物体在新陈代谢过程中产生的有害物质。对人体不断地补充SOD具有抗衰老的特殊效果。
所述的银耳多糖为银耳提取物。
银耳多糖(Tremella fuciformisBerk),俗称白木耳,子实体中得到银耳多糖(Tremellam)是一种酸性杂多糖,其主链结构是由α-(1→3)糖苷键连接的甘露聚糖,支链由葡萄糖醛酸和木糖组成。存在于银耳深层发酵孢子体中的酸性杂多糖,主链结构与上述相似,仅在支链上有所区别。
所述的γ-氨基丁酸、谷胱甘肽、原花青素、肌醇、硒、β-胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B6、维生素B2、维生素B10、叶酸VB9、泛酸VB5(泛酸VB5为泛酸钙)、烟酸VB3(烟酸VB3为烟酰胺)、维生素B12(维生素B12为钴胺素)、维生素C、维生素E、薄荷、超氧化物歧化酶、银耳多糖和番茄红素的含量百分比:γ-氨基丁酸为55%、谷胱甘肽为13%、原花青素为1%、肌醇为2%、硒为3.5%、β-胡萝卜素为4.5%、维生素B1为2%、维生素B6为2%、维生素B2为1%、维生素B10为2%、叶酸VB9为2.3%、泛酸VB5为1.2%、烟酸VB3为1%、维生素B12为1%、维生素C为2%、维生素E为2%、薄荷为0.8%、超氧化物歧化酶为0.2%、银耳多糖为3%和番茄红素为0.5%。
β-胡萝卜素(C40H56)是类胡萝卜素之一,也是橘黄色脂溶性化合物,它是稳定的色素。食物中,例如:绿色蔬菜、甘薯、胡萝卜、菠菜、木瓜、芒果等,皆存有丰富的β-胡萝卜素。β-胡萝卜素是一种抗氧化剂,具有解毒作用,是维护人体健康不可缺少的营养素,在抗癌、预防心血管疾病、白内障及抗氧化上有显著的功能,并进而防止老化和衰老引起的多种退化性疾病。
维生素B1又称硫胺素或抗神经炎维生素或抗脚气病维生素,为白色晶体,在有氧化剂存在时容易被氧化产生脱氢硫胺素,后者在有紫外光照射时呈现蓝色荧光。由嘧啶环和噻唑环通过亚甲基结合而成的一种B族维生素。
维生素B6(Vitamin B6)又称吡哆素,其包括吡哆醇、吡哆醛及吡哆胺,在体内以磷酸酯的形式存在,是一种水溶性维生素,遇光或碱易破坏,不耐高温。1936年定名为维生素B6。维生素B6为无色晶体,易溶于水及乙醇,在酸液中稳定,在碱液中易破坏,吡哆醇耐热,吡哆醛和吡哆胺不耐高温。维生素B6在酵母菌、肝脏、谷粒、肉、鱼、蛋、豆类及花生中含量较多。维生素B6为人体内某些辅酶的组成成分,参与多种代谢反应,尤其是和氨基酸代谢有密切关系。
维生素B2(化学式:C17H20N4O6,式量376.37),又叫核黄素,微溶于水,在中性或酸性溶液中加热是稳定的。为体内黄酶类辅基的组成部分(黄酶在生物氧化还原中发挥递氢作用),当缺乏时,就影响机体的生物氧化,使代谢发生障碍。
维生素B10通常为叶酸和其他维生素B的混合物,也被称为维生素R。维生素B都是水溶性维生素,它们协同作用,调节新陈代谢,维持皮肤和肌肉的健康,增进免疫系统和神经系统的功能,促进细胞生长和分裂(包括促进红血球的产生,预防贫血发生)。
叶酸VB9又称蝶酰谷氨酸,叶酸由蝶啶、对氨基苯甲酸和L-谷氨酸组成,也叫蝶酰谷氨酸,它是B族维生素的一种。
泛酸VB5为泛酸钙,泛酸钙易溶于水和甘油,不溶于酒精、氯仿和乙醚。用于医药、食品及饲料添加剂。是辅酶A的成分,参与碳水化合物、脂肪和蛋白质的代谢作用,临床用于治疗维生素B缺乏症,周围神经炎,手术后肠绞痛。参与蛋白质、脂肪、糖在体内的新陈代谢。
烟酸VB3为烟酰胺,烟酰胺品在水或乙醇中易溶,在甘油中溶解;在乙醚中几乎不溶;在碳酸钠试液或氢氧化钠试液中易溶。
维生素B12又叫钴胺素,是唯一含金属元素的维生素。自然界中的维生素B12都是微生物合成的,高等动植物不能制造维生素B12。维生素B12是惟一的一种需要一种肠道分泌物(内源因子)帮助才能被吸收的维生素。有的人由于肠胃异常,缺乏这种内源因子,即使膳食中来源充足也会患恶性贫血。

维生素E(Vitamin E)是一种脂溶性维生素,其水解产物为生育酚,是最主要的抗氧化剂之一。溶于脂肪和乙醇等有机溶剂中,不溶于水,对热、酸稳定,对碱不稳定,对氧敏感,对热不敏感,但油炸时维生素E活性明显降低。
肌醇广泛分布在动物和植物体内,是动物、微生物的生长因子。从心肌和肝脏中分离得到。环己六醇在自然界存在有多个顺、反异构体,天然存在的异构体为顺-1,2,3,5-反-4,6-环己六醇。
番茄红素是植物中所含的一种色素。主要存在于茄科植物西红柿的成熟果实中。植物中的强抗氧化剂之一。人体内的单线态氧和氧自由基是侵害人体自身免疫系统的罪魁祸首。番茄红素清除自由基的功效远胜于其他类胡萝卜素和维生素E,其淬灭单线态氧速率常数是维生素E的100倍。它可以有效的防治因衰老,免疫力下降引起的各种疾病。
所述的配方内含有少量的牛磺酸。
牛磺酸(Taurine)又称β-氨基乙磺酸,由牛黄中分离出来。纯品为无色或白色斜状晶体,无臭,牛磺酸化学性质稳定,不溶于乙醚等有机溶剂,是一种含硫的非蛋白氨基酸,在体内以游离状态存在,不参与体内蛋白的生物合成。牛磺酸虽然不参与蛋白质合成,但它却与胱氨酸、半胱氨酸的代谢密切相关。人体合成牛磺酸的半胱氨酸亚硫酸羧酶(CSAD)活性较低,主要依靠摄取食物中的牛磺酸来满足机体需要。
本发明加入到食品或饮料内,可多方面、多层面起到复合作用,调节情绪、舒缓压力,保持心理健康。
如:1、通常心情忧郁和体内的自由基有关,本发明配方可清除自由基抗氧化成分。
2、补充体能跟神经系统有关的维生素,避免因维生素缺乏造成的不良情绪。
3、补充中枢神经gaba(γ-氨基丁酸:约30%的突触部位以GABA为递质。在人体大脑皮质、海马、丘脑、基底神经节和小脑中起重要作用,并对机体的多种功能具有调节作用。当人体内GABA缺乏时,会产生焦虑、不安、疲倦、忧虑等情绪。)避免因因此引起了的不良情绪。
4、补充牛磺酸,从提高神经传导方面,调节不良情绪状态。
5、薄荷等口感起到清凉、醒目、提神作用,调节不良情绪状态。
薄荷,土名叫“银丹草”,为唇形科植物,即同属其他干燥全草,多生于山野湿地河旁,根茎横生地下,多生于2100米海拔高度,但也可在3500米海拔上生长,是一种有特种经济价值的芳香作物。全株青气芳香。叶对生,花小淡紫色,唇形,花后结暗紫棕色的小粒果。薄荷是辛凉性发汗解热药,治流行性感冒、头疼、目赤、身热、咽喉、牙床肿痛等症。外用可治神经痛、皮肤瘙痒、皮疹和湿疹等。光朋温室采摘的薄荷又是春节餐桌上的鲜菜。
本发明可以起到从以上多方面预防保健不良情绪、调节不良情绪、缓解压力的作用。有利于促进人体身心健康。

1.一种从多方面调节情绪的保健食品或饮料配方,其特征在于:包括γ-氨基丁酸、谷胱甘肽、原花青素、肌醇、硒、β-胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B6、维生素B2、维生素B10、叶酸VB9、泛酸VB5、烟酸VB3、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素E、薄荷、超氧化物歧化酶、银耳多糖和番茄红素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种从多方面调节情绪的保健食品或饮料配方,其特征在于:所述的原花青素为葡萄籽提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种从多方面调节情绪的保健食品或饮料配方,其特征在于:所述的γ-氨基丁酸为麸皮发酵提取物或乳酸菌发酵提取物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种从多方面调节情绪的保健食品或饮料配方,其特征在于:所述的谷胱甘肽为酵母提取物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种从多方面调节情绪的保健食品或饮料配方,其特征在于:所述的硒为富硒酵母。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种从多方面调节情绪的保健食品或饮料配方,其特征在于:所述的维生素C针叶樱桃提取物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种从多方面调节情绪的保健食品或饮料配方,其特征在于:所述的超氧化物歧化酶为螺旋藻提取物或针叶樱桃提取物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种从多方面调节情绪的保健食品或饮料配方,其特征在于:所述的银耳多糖为银耳提取物。
9.根据权利要求1-8所述的任一种从多方面调节情绪的保健食品或饮料配方,其特征在于:所述的γ-氨基丁酸、谷胱甘肽、原花青素、肌醇、硒、β-胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B6、维生素B2、维生素B10、叶酸VB9、泛酸VB5、烟酸VB3、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素E、薄荷、超氧化物歧化酶、银耳多糖和番茄红素的含量百分比:γ-氨基丁酸为55%、谷胱甘肽为13%、原花青素为1%、肌醇为2%、硒为3.5%、β-胡萝卜素为4.5%、维生素B1为2%、维生素B6为2%、维生素B2为1%、维生素B10为2%、叶酸VB9为2.3%、泛酸VB5为1.2%、烟酸VB3为1%、维生素B12为1%、维生素C为2%、维生素E为2%、薄荷为0.2%、超氧化物歧化酶为0.2%、银耳多糖为3.6%和番茄红素为0.5%。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种从多方面调节情绪的保健食品或饮料配方,其特征在于:所述的配方内含有少量的牛磺酸。
