Abstract
本发明涉及一种五环互促微生组调节情绪的药食及其制备方法,包括神经递质促进组、微生物组、益生元促进组、益智健脑组、代谢修复组共五组功能组分,五组功能组分分别具有不同的功用,其相互促进作用多方面缓解焦虑、忧郁、心神不宁等心理情绪问题,通过调节情绪健康,增强意志,提高注意力来达到身心健康的目的,缓解情绪心理原因引起的人体亚健康。

本发明涉及药食技术领域,具体涉及一种五环互促微生组调节情绪的药食及其制备方法。
背景技术
人除了需要糖、脂肪和蛋白质,还需要的矿物质和营养元素。矿物质和营养元素大部分来自于食物。但是快节奏的生活使得很多人饮食不规律,经常处于亚健康状态。另外饮食结构精细化、与医源性过度治疗等造成人体内微生物生态失衡,以及生活水平的提高,与生活节奏的加快,工作压力的加大,容易使人产生不良的心理情绪,和不健康心理及早期忧郁症表现。不利于身心的健康。由于体内微生态的不健康失衡,身体内神经递质元素、促进大脑营养物质合成元素缺失造成的心理情绪的焦虑、忧郁、易怒、易躁等问题比比皆是,已成为大部分人群的问题。
现有的益生菌食品与调节肠胃道微生物生态健康产品,缺乏专门针对情绪健康产品解决方案,而且不能综合相互促进的方式解决心理情绪健康问题,功能单一,相关功能食品缺失,缺乏全方面综合解决方案。

针对上述技术问题,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种综合互促全面调节人体健康,消除情绪心理原因引起的人体亚健康,以及消除心理情绪的焦虑、忧郁、易怒、易躁等问题的五环互促微生组调节情绪的药食及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种五环互促微生组调节情绪的药食,其特征在于,包括五组功能组分,分别为:
神经递质促进组:磷脂酰丝氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、5-羟基色氨酸、茶氨酸、酸枣仁中的一种或者任意几种的组合;
微生物组:青春双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、短乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、德式乳杆菌亚种、乳酸乳球菌乳酸亚种中的一种或者任意几种的组合;
益生元促进组:低聚异麦芽糖、大豆低聚糖、茶多酚、银耳多糖、薄荷、菊粉中的一种或任意几种的组合;
益智健脑组:二十二碳六烯酸、α-亚麻酸、原花青素、肌醇中的一种或任意几种的组合;
代谢修复组:谷胱甘肽、超氧化物歧化酶、维生素B1、维生素B6、叶酸、泛酸钙、烟酸、维生素B12、维生素C中的一种或任意几种的组合。
所述γ-氨基丁酸为乳酸菌发酵提取物。
所述原花青素为葡萄籽提取物。

五环互促微生组调节情绪药食的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述神经递质促进组、益生元促进组、益智健脑组和代谢修复组成粉后混合,并包装成A包装;
所述微生物组磨成粉后包装成B包装;A包装和B包装组合食用,A包装和B包装中还可以分别添加食品辅食后包装。
五环互促微生组调节情绪药食的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述神经递质促进组、益生元促进组、益智健脑组、代谢修复组和微生物组成粉后包装,还可以在包装内添加食品辅食。
有益效果:神经递质促进组用于补充和促进生成神经递质营养元素;微生物组用于调节肠胃道内分泌神经递质元素的微生物群,调节微生态平衡健康;益生元促进组用于补充益生元成分的促进微生态健康;益智健脑组用于促进神经元生长,增强神经组可塑性;代谢修复组用于调节促进细胞代谢、自由基代谢增强细胞活力、自愈免疫能力。五组功能组分相互促进作用多方面缓解焦虑、忧郁、易怒、易躁、心神不宁等心理情绪问题,通过调节情绪健康,增强意志,提高注意力来达到身心健康的目的,缓解人体亚健康。
神经递质促进组、益生元促进组、益智健脑组和代谢修复组磨成粉后混合,并包装成A包装;微生物组成粉后包装成B包装;A包装和B包装分开组装,便于生产。
神经递质促进组、益生元促进组、益智健脑组、代谢修复组和微生物组也可以混合,食用方便,还可以在上述五组功能组分中添加食品辅食。

一种五环互促微生组调节情绪的药食,包括五组功能组分,分别为:
神经递质促进组:磷脂酰丝氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、5-羟基色氨酸、茶氨酸、酸枣仁中的一种或者任意几种的组合;
微生物组:青春双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、短乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、德式乳杆菌亚种、乳酸乳球菌乳酸亚种中的一种或者任意几种的组合;
益生元促进组:低聚异麦芽糖、大豆低聚糖、茶多酚、银耳多糖、薄荷、菊粉中的一种或任意几种的组合;
益智健脑组:二十二碳六烯酸、α-亚麻酸、原花青素、肌醇中的一种或任意几种的组合;
代谢修复组:谷胱甘肽、超氧化物歧化酶、维生素B1、维生素B6、叶酸、泛酸钙、烟酸、维生素B12、维生素C中的一种或任意几种的组合。
γ-氨基丁酸为乳酸菌发酵提取物;所述原花青素为葡萄籽提取物。所述的原花青素为葡萄籽提取物。原花青素,简称OPC,是一种有着特殊分子结构的生物类黄酮,是目前公认的清除人体内自由基最有效的天然抗氧化剂。一般为红棕色粉末,气微、味涩,溶于水和大多有机溶剂。蓝莓叶提取物原花青素可阻止丙肝病毒复制。是一种有着特殊分子结构的生物类黄酮,是人体内自由基有效的抗氧化剂。一般为葡萄籽提取物或松树皮提取物。原花青素(葡萄籽提取物)是一种新型高效抗氧化剂,是强效的自由基清除剂,具有非常强的体内活性。实验证明,OPC的抗自由基氧化能力是维生素E的50倍,维生素C的20倍,并吸收迅速完全,口服20分钟即可达到最高血液浓度,代谢半衰期达7小时之久。
所述谷胱甘肽为酵母提取物;谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH)是由谷氨酸、半胱氨酸和甘氨酸结合,含有巯基的的三肽,具有抗氧化作用和整合解毒作用。半胱氨酸上的巯基为谷胱甘肽活性基团(故谷胱甘肽常简写为G-SH),易与某些药物(如扑热息痛)、毒素(如自由基、碘乙酸、芥子气,铅、汞、砷等重金属)等结合,而具有整合解毒作用。故谷胱甘肽(尤其是肝细胞内的谷胱甘肽)能参与生物转化作用,从而把机体内有害的毒物转化为无害的物质,排泄出体外。谷胱甘肽还能帮助保持正常的免疫系统的功能。磷脂酰丝氨酸为大豆提取物;所述维生素为C针叶樱桃提取物;维生素C(英语:Vitamin C,又称L-抗坏血酸),是高等灵长类动物与其他少数生物的必需营养素。抗坏血酸在大多的生物体可借由新陈代谢制造出来,但是人类是最显著的例外。缺乏维生素C会造成坏血病。在生物体内,维生素C是一种抗氧化剂,保护身体免于自由基的威胁,维生素C同时也是一种辅酶。其广泛的食物来源为各类新鲜蔬果。
超氧化物歧化酶为螺旋藻取物或针叶樱桃提取物;超氧化物歧化酶Orgotein(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD),别名肝蛋白、简称:SOD。是一种源于生命体的活性物质,能消除生物体在新陈代谢过程中产生的有害物质。对人体不断地补充SOD具有抗衰老的特殊效果。
银耳多糖为银耳提取物;银耳多糖(Tremella fuciformisBerk),俗称白木耳,子实体中得到银耳多糖(Tremellam)是一种酸性杂多糖,其主链结构是由α-(1→3)糖苷键连接的甘露聚糖,支链由葡萄糖醛酸和木糖组成。存在于银耳深层发酵孢子体中的酸性杂多糖,主链结构与上述相似,仅在支链上有所区别。
维生素B1又称硫胺素或抗神经炎维生素或抗脚气病维生素,为白色晶体,在有氧化剂存在时容易被氧化产生脱氢硫胺素,后者在有紫外光照射时呈现蓝色荧光。由嘧啶环和噻唑环通过亚甲基结合而成的一种B族维生素。
维生素B6(Vitamin B6)又称吡哆素,其包括吡哆醇、吡哆醛及吡哆胺,在体内以磷酸酯的形式存在,是一种水溶性维生素,遇光或碱易破坏,不耐高温。1936年定名为维生素B6。维生素B6为无色晶体,易溶于水及乙醇,在酸液中稳定,在碱液中易破坏,吡哆醇耐热,吡哆醛和吡哆胺不耐高温。维生素B6在酵母菌、肝脏、谷粒、肉、鱼、蛋、豆类及花生中含量较多。维生素B6为人体内某些辅酶的组成成分,参与多种代谢反应,尤其是和氨基酸代谢有密切关系。
维生素B2(化学式:C17H20N406,式量376.37),又叫核黄素,微溶于水,在中性或酸性溶液中加热是稳定的。为体内黄酶类辅基的组成部分(黄酶在生物氧化还原中发挥递氢作用),当缺乏时,就影响机体的生物氧化,使代谢发生障碍。
叶酸(VB9)又称蝶酰谷氨酸,叶酸由蝶啶、对氨基苯甲酸和L-谷氨酸组成,也叫蝶酰谷氨酸,它是B族维生素的一种。
泛酸(VB5)为泛酸钙,泛酸钙易溶于水和甘油,不溶于酒精、氯仿和乙醚。用于医药、食品及饲料添加剂。是辅酶A的成分,参与碳水化合物、脂肪和蛋白质的代谢作用,临床用于治疗维生素B缺乏症,周围神经炎,手术后肠绞痛。参与蛋白质、脂肪、糖在体内的新陈代谢。
烟酸(VB3)为烟酰胺,烟酰胺品在水或乙醇中易溶,在甘油中溶解;在乙醚中几乎不溶;在碳酸钠试液或氢氧化钠试液中易溶。
维生素B12又叫钴胺素,是唯一含金属元素的维生素。自然界中的维生素B12都是微生物合成的,高等动植物不能制造维生素B12。维生素B12是惟一的一种需要一种肠道分泌物(内源因子)帮助才能被吸收的维生素。有的人由于肠胃异常,缺乏这种内源因子,即使膳食中来源充足也会患恶性贫血。

肌醇广泛分布在动物和植物体内,是动物、微生物的生长因子。从心肌和肝脏中分离得到。环己六醇在自然界存在有多个顺、反异构体,天然存在的异构体为顺-1,2,3,5-反-4,6-环己六醇。
茶氨酸为茶叶取物;5-羟基色氨酸为加纳籽提取物;酸枣仁为酸枣仁粉或酸枣仁提取物酸枣仁皂。
本发明加入到食品或饮料(包括固体饮料)内,可多方面缓解焦虑、忧郁、狂躁、易怒、易躁、心神不宁等心理情绪问题,通过调节情绪健康,增强意志,提高注意力来达到身心健康的目的,缓解情绪心理原因引起的亚健康问题。
如:通常心情忧郁和体内的自由基有关,本发明配方可清除自由基抗氧化成分。
通过补充和促进生成γ-氨基丁酸、内啡肽、多巴胺、血清素等神经递质营养元素调节情绪健康微生态情绪健康调节,通过调节肠胃道内分泌神经递质元素的微生物群,调节微生态平衡健康。脑肠轴微生态的健康对情绪和智力有着密切的关联,调节肠道微生物健康对情绪理智有着显著积极影响。抑制有害菌数量,补充益生元成分的促进微生态情绪健康。
补充神经细胞生长所需营养成分和促进神经元生成,健脑益智,增强神经网络的可塑性。

本发明可以起到从以上多方面缓解焦虑、忧郁、狂躁,心神不宁等心理情绪问题,通过调节情绪健康,增强神经网络的可塑性,增强意志提高注意力来达到身心健康的目的,有利于促进人体身心健康。

Claims (8)
1.一种五环互促微生组调节情绪的药食,其特征在于,包括五组功能组分,分别为:
神经递质促进组:磷脂酰丝氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、5-羟基色氨酸、茶氨酸、酸枣仁中的一种或者任意几种的组合;
微生物组:青春双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、短乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、德式乳杆菌亚种、乳酸乳球菌乳酸亚种中的一种或者任意几种的组合;
益生元促进组:低聚异麦芽糖、大豆低聚糖、茶多酚、银耳多糖、薄荷、菊粉中的一种或任意几种的组合;
益智健脑组:二十二碳六烯酸、α-亚麻酸、原花青素、肌醇中的一种或任意几种的组合;
代谢修复组:谷胱甘肽、超氧化物歧化酶、维生素B1、维生素B6、叶酸、泛酸钙、烟酸、维生素B12、维生素C中的一种或任意几种的组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的五环互促微生组调节情绪的药食,其特征在于,所述γ-氨基丁酸为乳酸菌发酵提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的五环互促微生组调节情绪的药食,其特征在于,所述原花青素为葡萄籽提取物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的五环互促微生组调节情绪的药食,其特征在于,
所述谷胱甘肽为酵母提取物;
所述磷脂酰丝氨酸为大豆提取物;
所述维生素为C针叶樱桃提取物;
所述超氧化物歧化酶为螺旋藻取物或针叶樱桃提取物;
所述银耳多糖为银耳提取物;
所述茶氨酸为茶叶取物;
所述5-羟基色氨酸为加纳籽提取物;
所述酸枣仁为酸枣仁粉或酸枣仁提取物酸枣仁皂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的五环互促微生组调节情绪的药食,其特征在于,所述五组功能组分中各物质的重量份数分别为:磷脂酰丝氨酸1-1.5份、γ-氨基丁酸1.5-2份、茶氨酸1-1.5份、5-羟基色氨酸1-1.5份、酸枣仁1-1.4份、青春双歧杆菌5-6份、长双歧杆菌1-6份、婴儿双歧杆菌5-6份、两歧双歧杆菌5-6份、乳双歧杆菌3-8份、干酪乳杆菌4-6份、嗜酸乳杆菌4-6份、发酵乳杆菌4-6份、植物乳杆菌4-5.5份、唾液乳杆菌4-5.8份、短乳杆菌4-6份、鼠李糖乳杆菌4-6份、德式乳杆菌亚种4-6份、乳酸乳球菌乳酸亚种4-5.5份、低聚异麦芽糖1.5-2份、大豆低聚糖1.5-1.7份、茶多酚1.5-2份、银耳多糖1.5-1.7份、菊粉1-1.5份、薄荷0.1-0.6份、DHA二十二碳六烯酸1-1.55份、α-亚麻酸1.2-1.4份、原花青素1.2-1.4份、肌醇0.6-1份、谷胱甘肽1.2-1.4份、超氧化物歧化酶1.2-1.4份、维生素B1 0.7-0.9份、维生素B6为0.7-0.9份、叶酸0.7-0.9份、泛酸钙0.7-0.9份、烟酸0.7-0.9份、维生素B12为0.7-0.9份、维生素C为0.9-1.05份。

7.五环互促微生组调节情绪药食的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述神经递质促进组、益生元促进组、益智健脑组和代谢修复组磨成粉后混合,并包装成A包装;
所述微生物组成粉后包装成B包装;A包装和B包装组合食用。
