①强力清除自由基是由: 10-30;
金属硫蛋白、富硒锗灵芝菌丝体、VC、VE、β-胡萝卜素混合纳米粉;
②维生素族混合纳米粉 15-45;
维生素族其特征是:由水溶性和脂溶性维生素90∶10组成%
水溶性维生素由下列相同质量配比组成
维生素B1、B2、B6、B12、烟碱酸即尼古丁酸、泛酸、叶酸、生物素、维生素C、P相同等量混合纳米粉90%。
脂溶性维生素由下列相同质量配比组成%
维生素A、D、E和K混合纳米粉。E为95%:A、D、K为5%。两者之和为100%。

以上各物料洗净、切碎,用白糖腌制即成酵素酶原液,具体方法:以上各物质用常规二氧化碳萃取或用60%的酒精,用提取的方法提取,滤液,经薄膜蒸发,回收酒精,并浓缩成1∶1即每毫升含源生药1g,相对密度为1.03-1.05的流浸膏备用。用时将流浸膏超真空干燥冷冻研细与其他物料共同混合,将其混合物料用纳米粒径超细微化通用化装置将物质的大分子进行破碎、乳化、均质、分散,从而粒化成纳米级粒径的小分子,过1800-2200目筛,中心粒径为0.1-5μm,因为药物的吸收常受药物在吸收部位溶出速度的支配,而减小粒径,可以增大在暴露在介质中的表面积,而促进溶解,进而提高药物的吸收度和利用率,增大了药效和治疗效果。以上各物质小分子浸泡在相同量的白糖中,让其拌匀溶化,简单讲用白糖腌咸菜的方法:腌菜不用盐而是用白糖,装在瓷器或不漏水的有避光的器皿中,器皿口用垫纸覆盖,置于20℃以上而无光线直射的地方3天,便生出白霉浮在水面,这时要捞出白霉继续放置一段时间,直至完全腌透时,榨汁取液高速离心沉淀取上清液,即酵素酶原液。按需要可配不同浓度的饮料。微量元素是现代生命科学和现代医学最活跃的前沿科学之一,目前已知自然存在的化学元素111种,迄今为止人体内以检测到有92种元素,人体必需的宏量元素是12种,必需的微量元素师15种,微量元素的生理功能参与酶、激素体内运输蛋白质与核酸、它们的生物效应与衰老疾病、长寿有很密切的关系。当今自然界已发现的酶已近3000 种,有1000种以上即就是蛋白质、酵素,其中有70%以上的酶的作用均需要微量元素的参与或激活才能发挥其生物学作用,即参与激素的作用,如锌与生长激素相互结合与受乳素受体,与胰岛素、蛋白质、性激素等结合起到增强细胞活性的作用。关于微量元素参与体内运输的作用,如铁是血红蛋白的成分,参与氧的运输;锌为碳酸酐酶的成分,参与二氧化碳的运输。核酸中含有钒、铬、铜、锰、硒、铁、钴、锗、锌等,相信它们在核酸的结构和功能上发挥某些作用。人体对微量元素需求量虽少,但对人体生存却非常重要,优越的微量元素谱、维生素族在保障人类健康,使整个机体充满活力延年益寿,起着重要的作用。长寿老人表现高锰、钻、锶、硒、铬,低铜、镉、镍、铅、铝、锰具有抗氧化、抗衰老能力。钴是维生素B12的主要成分,发挥高效能的生血作用,钴低会引起动脉硬化、冠心病、高血压。铬参与蛋白质和核酸代谢,缺铬可导致脂质代谢失调,血胆固醇升高,出现动脉硬化冠心病,铬是葡萄糖耐量因子的构成部分,有促进胰岛素功能恢复作用,动物实验证实,给动物足量的铬可降低血胆固醇水平,三价铬能激活血卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶,肝内皮细胞脂酶及蛋白脂酶的活性,使血脂、胆固醇下降,机体缺铬可导致糖代谢紊乱,出现糖尿病、间接影响冠心病的发生。缺锌可影响机体抗氧化酶的活性,使自由基清除率降低,脂质过氧化反应,锌参与维生素A的代谢,促进维生素A从肝脏动员出来加以利用,还参加视黄醇结合蛋白的合成。锌是构成多种蛋白质分子,即就是酶、酵素所必需的微量元素,也就是本发明中所说的酵素,而蛋白质又是构成人体细胞大部分的固体物质。人体所有的锌,几乎98%的锌都分布在细胞内,它在细胞内所含有的量几乎比任何其它微量元素都多,在脑中锌的含量是铜的5倍,锰的10倍,锌能维持维生素A的正常水平,减少维生素A的正常水平,减少维生素A的排泄,协同维生素E的作用,并能拮抗有害元素,铅、铝、镉的毒性。缺锌会影响蛋白质,即酶和酵素、能量代谢,氧化还原过程,使免疫降低,出现多种疾病及癌症。铜也是超氧化物歧化酶,过氧化物酶等多种酶的重要组成,缺铜可使许多酶降低,活性下降,使超氧阴离子和过氧化物在体内堆积,造成细胞功能和结构的损害,最终导致动脉粥样硬化。硒是公认的抗癌元素,研究发现,硒对人体80多种疾病均有很好治疗和预防或辅助治疗的作用,缺硒易引发癌症及多种心脑血管疾病,硒在机体内可以通过某种结合方式与有毒物质相结合,如六价铬,砷、镉、汞等使其消除毒害作用,保护人的组织和细胞膜。锗参与人体多种酶的代谢,具有调节细胞免疫功能和抗氧化清除自由基作用,锗、硒、维生素E协同共用具有强效抗氧化和清除自由基的作用,维生素C具有明显的促进非红血素铁的吸收作用,对缓解铅中毒有一定效果。维生素B1可以降低汞的毒性,维生素B6能催化ALA-合成酶,促进亚铁血红素及血红蛋白的形成。血红素的合成离不开原卟啉的合成,原卟啉又离不开卟 胆原,维生素B6是卟胆原合成时必不可缺的ALA-合成酶的辅酶,所以酵素饮料中必须添加微量元素,它虽然少于体重的万分之一,但它是生物体内必不缺少的元素,它是一些酶的激活剂,维持细胞内外渗透压、酸碱平衡,元素平衡,营养均衡,以及补充微量元素维生素,达到元素维生素协同互补的作用。

Claims (1)
1.一种富硒锗酵素酶饮料,其特征是:由下列质量配比组成%
(1)微量元素群混合纳米粉,其特征是:由下列单质态质量配比组成%
微量元素占人体体重的0.05%;
(2)强力清除自由基、维生素族、蜂系列,其特征是:由下列质量配比组成%
①强力清除自由基是由: 10-30;
金属硫蛋白、富硒锗灵芝菌丝体、VC、VE、β-胡萝卜素混合纳米粉;
②维生素族混合纳米粉 15-45;
维生素族其特征是:由水溶性和脂溶性维生素90∶10组成%
水溶性维生素由下列相同质量配比组成%
维生素B1、B2、B6、B12、烟碱酸即尼古丁酸、泛酸、叶酸、生物素、维生素C、P相同等量混合纳米粉90%。
脂溶性维生素由下列相同质量配比组成%
维生素A、D、E和K混合纳米粉。E为95%:A、D、K为5%。两者之和为100%。
③蜂系列混合纳米粉由下列相同质量配比组成% 25-75;
蜂系列混合纳米粉是由蜂蜜、蜂花粉、蜂王浆、蜂胶、蜂巢、蜂成虫、蜂幼虫及蜂蛹相同质量混合纳米粉之和为100%;
(3)松针系列提取物酵素混合纳米粉,其特征是:由下列质量配比组成%
(4)高硒锗蔬菜虫草提取物活性多肽酶酵素混合纳米粉,其特征是:由下列质量配比组成%
