方中主药是鱼鳔、蒺藜、菟丝子。蒺藜入药有两种，一为刺蒺藜，又名白蒺藜；一为沙苑蒺藜，又名沙蒺藜、潼蒺藜、沙苑子。刺蒺藜味苦辛性温，入肺、肝、肾三经，目前临床上主要作为疏肝祛风、行水明目药使用。据研究，刺蒺藜不仅有降血压及利尿作用，而且具有兴奋中枢作用，并含有精神健康活性。沙苑蒺藜味甘性温，入肝、肾二经，功能补益肝肾，固精明目。此方中既用刺蒺藜，又用沙苑蒺藜。
鱼鳔味甘性平，入肾经，功能补肾益精，滋养筋脉，固摄精气 鱼鳔合沙苑蒺藜名“聚精丸”，为固精之要药。菟丝子不仅能温肾助阳，且能益精填髓，祛风明目。刺蒺藜、鱼鳔、菟丝子三药配合，功在补益肝肾，固精明目。
方中更用何首乌、枸杞子、楮实子、山药、生地以滋肾强精；用补骨脂即破故纸、小茴 香、肉桂以温肾助阳；用杜仲、牛膝、川断、木瓜以补益肝肾，强壮筋骨；用白术、苍术、陈皮、木香、甘草以益脾和胃；用防风、独活以祛风胜湿。当归补血活血，川芎行气开郁、祛风活血。当归与川芎相配，功能养血活血，此处用之以加强杜仲、牛膝、川断、木瓜、独活、防风诸药的强筋壮骨、通经活络之功。黄柏功能滋阴降火，方中用之既可加强何首乌、地黄、枸杞子、楮实子、山药诸药的滋肾强精之功，又可兼制诸温热药之燥。甜瓜子又名甘瓜子、甜瓜仁、甜瓜瓣，为葫芦科一年生攀援或匍匐草本植物甜瓜的种子，味甘性寒，《名医别录》称其“主腹内结聚，破溃脓血，最为肠、胃、脾内壅要药”《食疗本草》谓其“炒食，补中宜人。”《本草纲目》说它“清肺润肠，和胃止渴。”《本经逢原》认为“甜瓜仁，专于开痰利气。”此外主要取其开痰利气之功。
本方药功能补益肝肾，益脾开胃，理气化痰，强筋壮骨，适宜中老年人肝肾亏虚、脾胃虚弱、气血不畅、腰膝痠痛、遗精滑精、食少纳差、精力衰减、头晕目昏者服用。此方药虽系阴阳双补之剂，但方中燥药较多，故阴虚火旺者不宜服用。

酵素是一种蛋白质不具有生命力也无法繁殖但确是一切生命的基础，生物若无酵素就无法生存目前为止人体已发现一千种以上，酵素又称为具有生物活性的酶，她关系着人的生命现象，人体若无酵素就无法生存，酵素正常运行，才能使人体内机能正常活动，人体缺少酵素就会生病，人体若无酵素生命就会立即终止因此酵素是健康的源泉也是生命的源泉，酵素具有排毒解毒提高免疫力，他是生物体内各种反应的媒介，酵素补充剂能够在短时间内增加七倍的巨噬细胞和三倍的杀伤细胞酵素广泛地存在于动植物食物中，科学研究表明，酵素进入人体30分钟后，就开始发生作用分解老化细胞，制造新生细胞在高倍显微镜下我们可以发现组织中活细胞数量有大幅度增加，而且老龄化细胞也逐渐趋于饱满，同时酵素开始分解血液中的废物，使血液保持碱性，促进血液循环人体中的氨基酸会产生阿摩尼亚等有毒性物质而体内的酵素还能将这些有害物质转变成低毒性的尿液排出体外，酵素还有消炎杀菌，防感染的防御能力，有效的抵抗异物侵袭。

(2)花粉蜂系列纳米粉，由下列质量份配比组成％
(3)酵素纳米粉是用瓜果蔬菜提取物酵素原汁真空冷冻干燥混合纳米粉，按下列相同质量分配比组成％
萝卜，胡萝卜，西瓜，南瓜，海带，紫菜，西兰花，苦菜，费菜，葛根，牛旁，苹果，松树皮叶，黄豆芽；
(4)一种富硒锗灵芝防癌益寿祛百病的中药流浸膏干燥纳米粉，按下列质量份配比组成％
