灵芝是一种珍贵的药用真菌,是我国古老具有神话般色彩的中药上品,灵芝富硒能力最强,培养基添加Na2SeO3浓度以50mg/kg为宜,可使灵芝菌丝内硒含量高达8000mg/kg。灵芝,它除了含有丰富的蛋白质、多糖、维生素及其他活性物质外,它还具有很强的富硒、富锗的能力,所富集的硒为蛋白硒、蛋白锗、多糖硒、多糖锗、核酸硒、核酸锗等有机态硒、有机态锗存在。目前以灵芝菌为载体进行硒、锗的生物转化,开发具有机形态成品低廉,运用发酵工程通过灵芝食用菌富硒、锗培养硒、锗资源的微生物转化,获取富含有机硒、有机锗的物料,是硒、锗微生物转化的有机化的安全有效途径之一。灵芝自古以来被誉为延年益寿之佳品,长生不老之仙药,然而正常灵芝菌中有机硒、有机锗含量很低,如果在富含无机硒、锗的培养基中接入灵芝菌种,利用灵芝菌富硒、锗能力强的特性将无机硒、锗转化为有机硒、锗。这二种微量元素是地球上、人和动植物中很少又奇缺的元素,而人体又是必需的元素。通过这种方法获得人们的需要,融灵芝与有机硒、锗之长进一步地开发为人类造福的药用营养元素。
灵芝菌是所研究的富硒菌类中富硒能力和耐硒均为最强的菌类。锗人工培养富锗灵芝菌丝体:在培养灵芝的营养基中添加一定量的Ge-132灭菌后,接入灵芝菌种恒温培养25d,待培养基中长满菌丝体,即取出菌丝体,经生物酶法提取,再经浓缩就得富锗灵芝浓缩液,经冷冻真空干燥研成纳米微粉即得富锗灵芝菌干燥体。

(1)其中螺旋藻灵芝提取物,是由螺旋藻、灵芝、山药、百合、芦荟、乌梅、丁香、松针、红景天,其特征是:按各组分相同质量配比组成%
(2)富硒锗抗氧化、清除自由基、植物提取物酵素混合纳米粉,其特征是:由下列质量配比组成%
(3)麦豆类谷物蔬菜提取物酮聚酶混合纳米粉,其特征是:由下列质量配比组成%
以上各物料中的山药,《神农本草经》记载:“主伤中,补虚羸,久服耳目聪明,轻身不饥延年。”含多巴胺、尿襄素、山药素多种氨基酸、糖蛋白、多种微量元素锰、锌、铜、铬、钴、磷、多种维生素B1、B2、C、PP等实验研究能延长家蚕寿命,水煎剂小鼠灌服,增强血谷脱甘肽过氧化酶活力,减少LP0含量,灌服7天提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数,增强免疫功能。
百合,入肺、心、胆三经,功效:润肺止咳,精心安神,含秋水仙碱等多种生物碱、淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪多种微量元素、维生素、β-胡萝卜素等。

松针,是松树的叶,是具有强效抗氧化清除自由基,富含糖类、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、多种氨基酸,尤其人体必需的氨基酸齐全存在,多种微量元素,锌、锰、铜、硒、锗等多种维生素A、维生素B族、维生素C、E、B-胡萝卜素、抗生素、生物黄酮类物质、酵素、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶、超氧化无歧化酶、过氧化物酶、半胱氨酸、硒化物,具有平衡营养延缓衰老,对高血压、高血糖、高血脂、高胆固醇血、高血黏度的富贵病,亚健康人群有大大降低、减轻症状和康复的作用,能镇心、安神、改善睡眠,扩张动脉血管,增加红细胞携氧能力,促进血液循环,改善毛细血管机能,提高细胞活力,增强免疫力,增加激素的分泌,使身体组织年轻化,永葆青春活力。松针提取物里富含有天然水溶性生物类黄酮浓缩物,这是一种强氧化剂,含有儿茶素、酚类果酸和清除自由基能力最强的大量的前花青素,并能促进细胞内抗氧化酶的生成。松针提取物天然酵素,所谓酵素是一种蛋白质,又称为具有生物活性酶,是一种生物活性物质的总称。至目前为止,人体内已发现的这种活性酶“酵素”多达1000种以上。人体和动物体内均含有酵素,它在不断地消耗,又必须从蔬菜、水果、各种食物中加以补充,只消耗不补充人体就会衰老、疾病滋生。世界上的人类一切生物、动物和植物之所以能够生存,都是拜酵素所赐。籍着这些酵素,可彻底活化构成身心的60兆细胞,即使遇到生病的状况,也可藉由酵素的自然治愈的能力,而制造出健全的细胞,以达到正常的代谢。研究表明酵素进入人体30分钟后,即开始发生作用,能够在短时间内增加7倍的巨噬细胞和3倍的杀伤细胞,分解老化坏死细胞,制造新生细胞。在高倍显微镜下,我们可以清楚地发现组织中活的细胞大幅度增加,而且老龄化的细胞也渐趋于饱满,同时酵素开始分解血液中的有害重金属毒素和废物,使体内有毒物质变成低毒性的尿液排出体外,同时酵素还具有消炎杀菌,增强免疫力,提高机体防抗感染的能力,所以酵素被喻为“不老神素”、“21世纪的健康源泉”、“人类健康长寿的法宝”。实验研究:将小鼠的DNA切碎后,加入酵素,一段时间后培养液中出现大量的新生DNA,这就说明酵素具有强大的复活细胞和生命的能力,可以使细胞从无到有,从死到生。松针提取物与银杏叶提取物、葡萄籽提取物、丹参提取物等联合共用其抗动脉粥样硬化、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗炎症、抗过敏等作用更好。近代研究心肌梗死、脑栓,都是因血栓和动脉硬化。松针所含的不饱和脂肪酸能通过清除胆固醇预防动脉硬化、扩张末梢血管、改善红细胞携氧能力,促进血液循环,增强细胞活力。
大麦、小麦、燕麦和黑麦等谷类种子,单独或混合发芽制成的麦芽汁再超低冷冻真空干燥的纳米粉,富含蛋白质即是酶或称酵素、矿物质,如大麦含钙、磷、钾、钠、镁、硒,每100g含硒9.80mg、锌4.36mg,铁、铜、锰及维生素B2和维生素E等将麦芽汁加上乳清再添加Na2SeO3浓度以50mg/kg为宜,可获得富硒麦芽汁干燥纳米粉,可含有乳清蛋白等可溶性蛋白质,其麦芽汁的制备,将上述四种麦类种子给予适当的温湿度使之发芽,当芽的长度达到种子长度1.5-2倍时,这是发芽产酶最强的阶段停止发芽,去掉根部,芽体粉碎后用温水浸提,将提取液过滤后浓缩减压,使其营养成分不致于分解破坏:富硒发酵液的制备,将上述质量的麦芽原汁的38%的水溶液2份混合均匀,用碳酸氢钠调正PH值至6.8,加热达到95℃,进行灭菌,灭菌冷却至37℃,接种亚硒酸钠法(5-15%)及乳酸菌的预培养物,一般食品用的乳酸菌,如保加利亚乳酸杆菌、嗜热乳酸链球菌、长双歧乳杆菌等,接种量控制在接种后使发酵液中每毫升含有菌体细胞106个,在密封的发酵罐中进行厌氧发酵,在37℃下静置培养20h,使发酵液的pH达到4.01.发酵结束后,将发酵液高速离心,其上清液抽真空冷冻干燥即成富硒麦芽干燥粉,再用超细微纳米级装置,细化成纳米粉,或直接用发酵原液用水稀释成所需的饮料制品。
大豆又称黄豆,既可食用又可榨油,在植物性食物中,唯有黄豆中高蛋白,即酶、酵素、高脂肪可与动物性食物相媲美,故黄豆为“田中之肉”、“植物蛋白之王”、“绿色牛乳”等美誉,常食黄豆及制品者很少生癌,黄豆可以抑制血管紧张来转换酶的活性,也就是酵素的活性,使高血压得到有效的控制,明显地改善和降低血脂和胆固醇,清除肠道的有害重金属、毒素、杂质,保持大便通畅,降低患心脑血管疾病概率,维持血糖平衡,增加血管弹性,健脑防脂肪肝。黄豆中含钙、磷、钾、钠、镁、铁、锌、硒、铜、锰等吃黄豆能防皮肤干燥、头发干枯,提高肌肤的新陈代谢,促进机体排毒,令肌肤永葆青春。将大豆完全脱腥蛋白粉,调成含有大豆为2-20%质量的乳液,并加入其量每100ml为0.5万一3.0万单位的酶。选用木瓜蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、菠萝蛋白酶中的一种,然后将其在30-50℃下,pH为2-9的条件下进行酶解5-16h,再在室温下静置5-24h,然后吸取上清液,再冷冻干燥得含低聚肽、短肽、多肽混合物的大豆肽氨基酸液或干燥纳米粉。
大米是稻子的子实脱壳而成,是中国人的主食之一,性味甘平,有补中益气,健脾养胃,益精强志,和五脏通血脉,聪耳明目,止烦止渴,止泻的功效。小米由于不需要精制,所以它的矿物元素和维生素高出大米数倍,尤为B1、B12等具有清热解渴,健胃除湿,和胃安眠的作用。花生又名“长生果”,具有滋养补益,延年益寿之功效,被称为“植物肉”、“素中之荤”,其营养价值可与鸡蛋、牛乳、肉类等一些动物性食物相媲美,含有大量的蛋白质和脂肪,特别是不饱和脂肪酸含量高,有降低胆固醇、防治动脉硬化、高血压、冠心病的作用,降低铅中毒,维生素之母的维生素C。抗氧化、增强记忆、延缓脑功能、衰老、清除自由基及滋润皮肤的维生素E,有止血作用的大红皮花生中的维生素K比一般花生种维生素高出50倍,微量元素钙、磷、镁、钾、钠、铁、锌、硒、铜、锰等氨基酸含量多,及可防治肿瘤类疾病的白藜芦醇的一种生物活性物质,预防和治疗动脉粥样硬化,降低血小板聚集是心脑血管疾病、血栓天然的预防剂。核桃仁中脂肪、蛋白质、糖类含量丰富,人体必需的宏微量元素含量高且齐全,有害元素含量极低,无毒副作用,具有滋补、健身、疗疾的功效。核桃仁中的脂肪主要是亚油酸甘油,少量亚麻酸和油酸甘油酯常食不会升高胆固醇,还会减少肠道对胆固醇的吸收,很适合心脉硬化,高血压、冠心病的老年患者食用,核桃仁中丰富优质蛋白质和不饱和脂肪酸是构成脑细胞不可缺少的物质,所以这种饮料制品可健脑益智。
红枣又称大枣,民间素有“一日吃十枣,医生不用找”、“一日吃三枣,终身不显老”之说。大枣味甘性温,补中益气,养血安神,可用于脾胃虚弱,贫血虚寒,肠胃病食欲不振,大便溏稀、疲乏无力,气血不足,津液亏损,心悸失眠等症。大枣能调节神经系统的兴奋度,保护肝功能,降低胆固醇,抑制肿瘤细胞,减少胆结石,增加免疫,使血管软化,有效地防治高血压,宁心安神,益智健脑。配合银杏果每100g含硒14.50mg,制成的饮料有显著的抗衰老,健脑养眼作用,对预防和治疗心脑血管疾病效果极佳,能降低血压、血脂、血粘度提高机体免疫力。
杏仁入肺、大肠经,祛痰止咳,平喘润肠。治外感咳嗽,肠燥便秘。松子即松籽、罗松子、海松子、红松果,温肠胃,久服轻身,延年益寿。松子中维生素E高达30%,有很好的软化血管,延缓衰老,松子中磷、锰丰富,对大脑、神经大有补益作用,具有强阳补骨、和血美肤、润肺止咳、润肠通便、增强免疫、强身健体,男女老幼皆宜的保健饮料制品。
黑芝麻,又称黑脂麻、胡麻,巨胜子等入肝、肾经,补肝肾、润五脏、治肝肾不足、虚风眩晕、风痹、瘫痪、大便燥结、病后虚弱、须发早白、妇人乳少、四肢无力、腰膝疼痛、葵花籽含有丰富的铁、锌、钾、镁、硒、维生素B、E能防细胞衰老,增强记忆力,防病防癌等多种作用。
葛根、牛蒡、苦菜、费菜都是一种药食两用的植物,含有铁、钙、锌、铜、磷、钾多种微量元素及维生素多种氨基酸及异黄酮类物质,苦菜含有苦碟子化学成分,具有清热凉血解毒的作用,及降血脂、血压,降胆固醇的作用,改善微循环,增加心肌供氧量,更重要的是它们的提取物“酮聚酶”能随着血液循环进入各个脏器细胞组织保护细胞,因为血管细胞缺乏“酮聚酶”,就会出现血管动脉硬化、高血压,心肌细胞缺乏“酮聚酶”就会出现脑瘫、脑中风,胰腺细胞缺乏“酮聚酶”就会出现糖尿病等。总之,哪个系统出现“酮聚酶”的缺乏,哪个系统就会出现相应的疾病,我们知道细胞线粒体是转化细胞能量,促进细胞显示新陈代谢的“细胞修复器”。细胞线粒体受损,正常的细胞寿命必然缩短,含有“酮聚酶”的血液输送到全身每个器官细胞内,才能有效促进全身细胞的自我修复,这种含有多种纯天然的活性多肽酶、酮聚酶与其食物营养分子配合制成的饮料,采用口服形式,它能与血管细胞、心肌细胞、脑细胞产生很强的亲和力,直接进入细胞线粒体内,激活细胞线粒体,修复并纠正细胞衰老或因疾病而导致细胞功能的损坏。预防衰老,防病、防癌、强身壮体。
以上各物如矿物质粉碎研细与中药及食物,用常规二氧化碳萃取或用60%乙醇提取的方法提取,滤液经薄膜蒸发、回收乙醇,并浓缩成1∶1,即每毫升含源生药1g,相对密度为1.03-1.05的流浸膏备用。用时将流浸膏真空干燥研细与其他物料共同混合,将其混合物料再用纳米粒径超细微化通用装置将物料的大分子进行破碎、乳化、均质、分散,从而粒化成纳米级粒径的小分子过1800-2200目筛,中心粒径为0.1-5μm,因为药物的吸收常受药物在吸收部位溶出速度的支配,而减小粒径,可以增大在暴露在介质中的表面积,而促进溶解,进而提高药物的吸收度和利用率,增大了饮料药效和治疗效果。
