本发明公开了一种适合航天员微循环改善的营养制品,其原料为:富硒麦芽粉、地龙蛋白、大豆多肽、麦芽糊精、木糖醇;其中,富硒麦芽粉中的有机硒含量大于32.5μg/g,地龙蛋白中的活性酶的变性率低于0.6%。本发明以富硒麦芽粉、地龙蛋白、大豆多肽等功效成分为原料,产品不仅使用方便、容易消化吸收,且具有改善微循环的作用,十分适合于航天员使用。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种适合航天员微循环改善的营养制品。
背景技术
微循环是循环系统最细小的分支,也是执行循环系统职能的最基本单位,是直接参与组织、细胞的物质、信息、能量传递的血液、淋巴液、组织液的流动。微循环就是从微动脉到毛细血管再到微静脉之间的血液循环,是循环系统中最基层的结构和功能单位。这一段循环的血管非常细小,肉眼观察不到,只有在显微镜下才能看到,因此称为微循环。动脉和静脉只是供应管线,毛细血管才是为细胞输送氧气养分、排出代谢垃圾的场所。人体每个器官,每个组织细胞均要由微循环提供氧气、营养物质,传递能量,交流信息,排除二氧化碳及代谢废物。对正常人来说,改善微循环,可带给细胞组织更多的氧气、营养物质,带走代谢产物,有助于身体强健和恢复疲劳。对许多患者来说,微循环紊乱是发病的一个中间环节,改善微循环有助于病症的康复。研究表明,微循环血流不畅是导致组织、细胞功能不全,出现退行性变、衰老等生理病理的改变,从而出现亚健康状态,发生疾病的早期原因。可见微循环与人的健康、疾病的发生发展有着密切的关系。
麦芽味甘,性平,归脾、胃经,在古代就已有利用大麦芽治病的记载,如《药性论》、《中华子》、《中国秘方全书》等书籍,而麦芽主要有“消食、和中、下气”的功效,主治消化不良、食欲不振、下痢、呕吐;麦芽还含有丰富的VE、麦芽糖、蛋白质、葡萄糖、淀粉酶等,可治疗胸腹胀痛,脾虚食少,食积不消,还可用于乳汁郁积,乳房肿痛,妇女断乳等病症的治愈;微量元素硒是人体必需微量元素,具有抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗辐射、预防癌症、调节机体免疫力等作用,被誉为“生命的奇效元素”、“抗癌之王”;而在硒的营养作用中,有机硒大于无机硒,植物硒大于动物硒,植物硒更易于被人体吸收、毒性更小;另外,研究表明有机和无机硒都可有效阻止由自由基损伤的红细胞对微循环系统的影响。
地龙蛋白是地龙中提取的一种大分子复合酶,含胶原酶、纤溶酶、蚓激酶、核酸、微量元素等多种活性成分;地龙蛋白中的纤溶酶、蚓激酶等短链小分子物质,在进入微静脉和微动脉后,通过激活血栓中的纤维蛋白溶解酶元,转化为具有活性的纤维蛋白溶解酶溶解纤维蛋白,从而溶解血栓,同时激活血管内皮细胞的分化特性,促进微血管再生,建立侧枝循环,有助于消除与微循环障碍有关的衰老和肿瘤发生,具有溶栓及改善微循环的作用。
大豆多肽是大豆蛋白质经微生物发酵间接处理或蛋白酶直接作用后,再经过分离和精制等处理得到的低聚肽混合物。研究表明,大豆多肽中富含的多种生物活性肽,可通过抑制血管紧张素转换酶的作用,而起到降低血压的作用;另外大豆多肽还能刺激甲状腺激素分泌增加,促进胆固醇的胆汁酸化,使粪便排泄胆固醇增加,从而起到降低血液胆固醇的作用,大豆多肽可能还与磷脂结合发挥降低血脂胆固醇的作用;因此基于大豆多肽的降血压和降低胆固醇的功效,其也十分利于微循环的改善。
航天员是一类特殊人群,在极端太空环境工作,他们在执行航天任务时,由于受到特殊环境失重、噪声、振动、辐射、昼夜节律改变、狭小空间等环境因素的影响,会给航天员的生理系统带来很多不良影响。如失重可导致航天员的骨髓组织结构发生变化,脾发生变性且重量减轻,胸腺生理减轻,进而引起淋巴组织和器官的变性和萎缩,直接影响到免疫功能的执行。另外,在航天特殊环境的影响下,细胞的免疫功能和人体的非特异性免疫功能也会混乱,使机体对细菌的抵抗力减弱,血中的解毒素含量减少,唾液中溶菌酶活性下降,淋巴细胞数目减少,干扰素发生改变。因此研究并开发出适合航天员食用的食品或保健品十分必要,其不仅可补充机体所需的能量和营养素,还可以减轻航天环境因素所带来的不良影响,维持航天员身心的健康。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种适合航天员微循环改善的营养制品,其以富硒麦芽粉、地龙蛋白、大豆多肽等功效成分为原料,产品不仅使用方便、容易消化吸收,且具有改善微循环的作用,十分适合于航天员使用。
本发明技术方案如下。
一种适合航天员微循环改善的营养制品,其特征在于原料为:富硒麦芽粉、地龙蛋白、大豆多肽、麦芽糊精、木糖醇;其中,所述富硒麦芽粉中的有机硒含量大于32.5μg/g,所述地龙蛋白中的活性酶变性率低于0.6%。
作为优选技术方案,所述富硒麦芽粉的通过下述制备方法获得:
1)育种:在富硒土壤中种植大麦,大麦成熟后收获并留种,挑选无病虫害、无霉变、饱满的大麦种子备用;
2)催芽:将大麦种子浸泡催芽;
3)发芽:将3~5层纱布铺于竹篾簸箕上,并于纱布上喷施亚硒酸钠溶液,直至亚硒酸钠溶液从纱布中自然滴落,然后将催芽后的大麦种子均匀撒在纱布上,进行避光发芽;大麦种子发芽期间,每隔4~8h于大麦种子表面以喷雾的形式喷施营养液;
4)打浆:待大麦种子的芽长至0.8~1.5cm,将大麦芽和未发芽的大麦种子一并取出,淋洗干净后沥干水分,加入清水磨浆,得麦芽浆液;
5)均质、制粉:将麦芽浆液过200目筛,收集筛下液于120~150MPa的条件下超高压均质2~4次,之后真空喷雾干燥,即制得富硒麦芽粉;
上述工艺中,麦芽生长过程中可通过生物转化将无机硒转化为更利于人体健康的植物有机硒;并且本发明发芽用的大麦种子是富硒土壤中培育的,使大麦种子中也富含有机硒,因此不管大麦种子是否发芽,都可利用大麦芽和未发芽的大麦种子来制备富硒麦芽粉,以提高原料的利用率;
作为优选技术方案,所述地龙蛋白通过下述制备方法获得:
1)粉碎:取干燥地龙,于5~12℃低温粉碎至20~40目,得地龙粗粉备用;
2)第一次提取:将地龙粗粉与清水按料液质量比1:8~12混合均匀,之后置于冰水浴中进行间歇超声波提取,即于超声波功率200~300W、频率40~60Hz的条件下每提取2~5min、间歇30~60s(即超声波发生装置停机30~60s),控制总的提取时间为20~30min;
3)第一次离心:取步骤(2)的提取液进行低温离心,分别收集上清液和沉淀备用;
4)第二次提取:将步骤(3)的沉淀与清水按料液质量比1:4~6混合均匀,之后置于冰水浴中进行间歇超声波提取,即于超声波功率300~400W、频率40~60Hz的条件下每提取2~5min、间歇30~60s,控制总的提取时间为40~60min;
5)第二次离心:取步骤(4)的提取液进行低温离心,收集上清液备用;
6)合并:将步骤(3)的上清液和步骤(5)的上清液合并,即得地龙蛋白粗提液:
7)浓缩:采用低温真空干燥进行浓缩;
8)干燥:采用喷雾冷冻干燥进行干燥制粉,即得地龙蛋白;
上述工艺中,粉碎、提取、浓缩、干燥均在低温条件下进行,可以较好保持地龙蛋白的生物活性,防止地龙蛋白中的酶失活,以更好发挥其功效作用。
作为优选技术方案,所述步骤1)育种中富硒土壤要求硒含量大于0.5mg/kg。
作为优选技术方案,所述步骤3)发芽中喷施的亚硒酸钠溶液的浓度为300~400mg/L;所述步骤3)发芽中使用的营养液中含亚硒酸钠300~400mg/L、氧气200~250mg/L。
作为优选技术方案,所述步骤7)浓缩中低温真空干燥的工艺参数为:温度30~35℃、真空度0.95~0.98MPa。
作为优选技术方案,所述步骤8)干燥中喷雾冷冻干燥的工艺参数为,喷雾冷冻温度-40~-20℃、冷阱温度依次控制为-60~-40℃维持2~4h,-40℃~-25℃维持4~6h,-15℃~-5℃并维持1~3h,0~10℃维持2~4h,冷阱真空度始终控制为0.85~0.95MPa。
作为优选技术方案,所述原料以重量份计为:富硒麦芽粉2~10份、地龙蛋白0.2~1份、大豆多肽0.1~1份、麦芽糊精20~50份、木糖醇2~8份。
本发明有益效果:
1)本发明产品的原料精挑细选、配方科学;本发明采用的是富硒麦芽粉,其不仅具备麦芽的营养和功效,还富含植物有机硒,功效优于麦芽;另外本发明的地龙蛋白通过特殊工艺制备,其变性率小于0.6%,因此地龙蛋白的活性保留完全,功效作用突出。
2)本发明产品为固体饮料,使用方便,其不仅可以为航天员补充氨基酸、碳水化合物、维生素、矿物质等营养物质,尤其具有改善微循环的作用,十分适合航天员食用。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种适合航天员微循环改善的营养制品,其特征在于所述富硒麦芽粉的通过下述制备方法获得:
1)育种:在富硒土壤中种植大麦,大麦成熟后收获并留种,挑选无病虫害、无霉变、饱满的大麦种子备用;
2)催芽:将大麦种子浸泡催芽;
3)发芽:将3~5层纱布铺于竹篾簸箕上,并于纱布上喷施亚硒酸钠溶液,直至亚硒酸钠溶液从纱布中自然滴落,然后将催芽后的大麦种子均匀撒在纱布上,进行避光发芽;大麦种子发芽期间,每隔4~8h于大麦种子表面以喷雾的形式喷施营养液;

4)第二次提取:将步骤(3)的沉淀与清水按料液质量比1:4~6混合均匀,之后置于冰水浴中进行间歇超声波提取,即于超声波功率300~400W、频率40~60Hz的条件下每提取2~5min、间歇30~60s,控制总的提取时间为40~60min;
5)第二次离心:取步骤(4)的提取液进行低温离心,收集上清液备用;
6)合并:将步骤(3)的上清液和步骤(5)的上清液合并,即得地龙蛋白粗提液;
7)浓缩:采用低温真空干燥进行浓缩;
8)干燥:采用喷雾冷冻干燥进行干燥制粉,即得地龙蛋白。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种适合航天员微循环改善的营养制品,其特征在于所述步骤1)育种中富硒土壤要求硒含量大于0.5mg/kg。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种适合航天员微循环改善的营养制品,其特征在于所述步骤3)发芽中喷施的亚硒酸钠溶液的浓度为300~400mg/L;所述步骤3)发芽中使用的营养液中含亚硒酸钠300~400mg/L、氧气200~250mg/L。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种适合航天员微循环改善的营养制品,其特征在于所述步骤7)浓缩中低温真空干燥的工艺参数为:温度30~35℃、真空度0.95~0.98MPa。
7.如权利要求3所述的一种适合航天员微循环改善的营养制品,其特征在于所述步骤8)干燥中喷雾冷冻干燥的工艺参数为,喷雾冷冻温度-40~-20℃、冷阱温度依次控制为-60~-40℃维持2~4h,-40℃~-25℃维持4~6h,-15℃~-5℃并维持1~3h,0~10℃维持2~4h,冷阱真空度始终控制为0.85~0.95MPa。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种适合航天员微循环改善的营养制品,其特征在于所述原料以重量份计为:富硒麦芽粉2~10份、地龙蛋白0.2~1份、大豆多肽0.1~1份、麦芽糊精20~50份、木糖醇2~8份。
