金银花,为忍冬科多年生半常绿缠灌木忍冬的花蕾,入+药以花未开放、色黄白、肥大者为佳,我国大部分地区均有出产,以山东产量最大,河南产者品质最佳。银花味甘性寒,入肺、胃二经,目前临床上主要作为清热解毒药使用,常用以治温病发热、痈疡肿毒、热毒血痢、瘰疬痔漏等。但古人也常用作延年益寿药。如《名医别录》即将其列为上品,并称其“主寒热身肿,久服轻身,长年益寿。”关于银花能延年益寿的机理,补虚疗风,此即长年益寿。”《重庆堂随笔》又说它能“清络中风火湿热,解温疫秽恶浊邪,息肝胆浮越风阳,治痉厥癫痫诸症。”更明确指出银花有祛肝胆风阳的作用。据药理研究,银花对伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、绿脓杆菌、百日咳杆菌、霍乱弧菌,以及葡萄球菌、链球菌、肺炎双球菌、脑膜炎双球菌等均有抑制作用,对人型结核杆菌、皮肤真菌、流感病毒也有抑制作用。此外,金银花还具有降血胆甾醇的作用。
还筒子即天麻子,为兰科多年生寄生草本植物天麻的果实,《本草纲目》称其能“定风补虚,功同天麻。”天麻目前临床上均作为平肝熄风药使用,但《神农本草经》称其“久服益气力,长阴肥健。”《开宝本草》也说它“久服益气,轻身长年。”本方主要取其益气祛风的作用。芡实,功能固肾涩精,补脾止泻。
本方药功能补肾益脾,平肝熄风,适宜中老年人脾肾两虚、兼有虚风上扰、腰膝疫痛头晕目眩、耳聋耳鸣、须发早白者服用;如系阳虚内寒者则应当忌服。
4、由阴阳双补防衰抗老中药流浸膏,按下列各相同质量份配比组成%
云母粉、炼石钟乳、白石英、肉苁蓉、石膏、天门冬、人参、续断、菖蒲、菌桂、泽泻、秦艽、紫芝、五加皮、鹿茸、地肤子、薯蓣、石斛、炙杜仲、桑寄生、细辛、干地黄、荆花、柏叶、赤箭、酸枣仁、五味子、牛膝、菊花、远志、萆薢、茜根、巴戟天、赤石脂、地黄花、枸杞子、桑螵蛸、庵闾子、茯苓、天雄、山茱萸、白术、菟丝子、松实、黄芪、麦门冬、柏子仁、荠子、冬瓜子、蛇床子、决明子、车前子。
上方来源于:唐·孙思邈《千金翼方》正方。
华佗云母丸。
上方,皆用真新者,并等分,捣研细粉制成纳米粉过1800~2200目筛粒径0.1-2μm。久服延年益寿,身体轻强,耳目聪明,流通营卫,补养五脏,调和六腑,颜色充壮,不知衰老。
本方中人参大补元气;黄芪补中益气;天门冬、干地黄、枸杞子、山茱萸滋补肝肾,填精益髓;麦门冬、石斛养阴生津;续断、桑寄生、牛膝、杜仲补益肝肾,强壮筋骨;鹿茸壮元阳,补气血,益精髓,强筋骨;肉苁蓉、蛇床子、巴戟天、菟丝子温肾助阳;云母温肾纳气,坠痰收涩;白石英温补肺肾,安神镇惊;石钟乳温肺气,壮元阳;桑螵蛸补益肾气,固精缩尿;五味子补肺纳肾,养心安神;薯蓣健肾补肺,益肾固精;白术健脾燥湿;茯苓健脾利湿,安神益智;远志安神益智;柏子仁养心安神;酸枣仁养肝宁心,安神敛汗;石菖蒲芳香开窍,理气和中,安神益智;松实润肺清心,止嗽滑肠;菊花、决明子清肝明目;泽泻、车前子、地肤子利小便,清湿热;秦艽、五加皮、萆薢祛风胜湿;柏叶、茜草清热凉血;石膏解肌清热,除烦止渴;冬瓜子化痰利水;菌桂、天雄、细辛温阳散寒;赤石脂收涩精气。
紫芝即灵芝草、简称芝,为多孔菌科植物紫芝的全草,是众所周知的延年益寿药。《神农本草经》称其能“保神,益精气,坚筋骨,好颜色,久服轻身不老延年。”
荆花即紫荆花,为豆科植物落叶乔木或大灌木紫荆的花。入药者多用其树皮,称紫荆皮,木部、花、果实亦均可入药。《日华子本草》称紫荆花“通小肠”。《民间常用草药汇编》谓之“清热凉血,去风解毒。”《江苏药材志》则说紫荆花“治风湿筋骨痛。”这里可能主要是取其祛风胜湿之功。
赤箭即天麻,又名赤箭芝、独摇芝、定风草、鬼督邮、离母、合离草等,为兰科多年生草本植物天麻的根,功能平肝熄风,定惊止眩。地黄花,《图经本草》谓其“功同地黄”;《本草纲目》称它“治肾虚、腰脊痛”。
庵蕳子为菊科植物庵蕳的果实,味苦辛性温,《神农本草经》称其“主五脏瘀血,腹中水气,胪胀留热,风寒湿痹,身体诸痛。久服轻身,延年不老。”目前临床上主要作为行瘀散结药使用。
荠子即荠菜子,为十字花科植物荠菜的种子,功能祛风明目。菥蓂子为十字花科植物菥蓂的种子,《神农本草经》称其“主明目目痛泪出,除痹,补五脏,益精光,久服轻身不老。”本方的药味虽多,但多而不杂,既能调补五脏,又能祛散风寒湿热痰瘀诸邪;既能滋阴,又能助阳;是阴阳双补、扶正祛邪、不凉不燥、药性平和的方剂。
方中人参、黄芪、白术、灵芝、五味子、五加皮、鹿茸、茯苓等已被药理研究证实确有滋补强壮作用,并能提高人体的免疫机能,增强机体抗病能力;人参、鹿茸、黄芪、蛇床子、肉苁蓉、五加皮、续断则可促进人体的性腺机能;天门冬、地黄、枸杞子、薯蓣、山茱萸、菟丝子、巴戟天也都是中药中著名的滋补强壮药;云母、石钟乳、白石英、赤石脂等含有多种微量元素,对延缓衰老过程有着重要的作用。方中杜仲、天麻、菊花、泽泻、决明子、山茱萸等能降血压;泽泻、决明子、枸杞子等可降血脂;荠菜子含有维生素P样物质,能降低毛细血管脆性,并可降血压;菖蒲、远志、车前子、灵芝等能镇咳祛痰,可以防治老年人的肺部常见疾病。从药物组成来看,本方药确有抗衰防老作用,可以作为中老年人常服的保健药物。虽然本方阴阳兼补,但方中有不少温热之品,所以阴虚火旺者不宜服用。
上述各实施例中药洗净研碎用,常规二氧化碳萃取或60%乙醇提取的方法提取,滤液经薄膜蒸发,回收乙醇,并浓缩成1∶1(即每毫升含源生药1克),相对密度为1.03~1.05的流膏备用;
