本发明涉及属于保健食品领域,具体的涉及一种改善记忆力的组合物及制备方法。
背景技术
大脑是人体进行思维活动最精密的器官,主管人类学习、思考、记忆等功能。其中,记忆是对以前事物及经验的重现,包括识记、保持、再认和回忆四个基本过程。记忆减退即是上面四个过程的普遍减退。轻者表现对近事的记忆减弱,如忘记刚看的书、刚见过的人。严重时则远记忆力也减退,如回忆不出自己的学习经历等。
记忆减退可以见于正常老年人,当然更多见于神经衰弱和痴呆患者。神经衰弱患者常由于识记时注意不集中导致记忆减退;脑器质性疾病患者则是由于脑细胞损害影响了记忆的保持过程而造成记忆减退。年轻人记忆力减退的原因不同于老年人,由疾病所引起的占极少数,一般都是由于学习生活等因素造成精神高度紧张或连续用脑过度使神经疲劳所致。
提高记忆力的方法除了运用及时复习、经常回忆,掌握记忆最佳时间,以及读、想、视、听相结合等记忆方法之外,还可以食用有益增强记忆力的食物或保健品,来提高记忆力,减缓随年龄增长导致的记忆力减退。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种能补益心脾、养血安神,益智,提升身体免疫力的组合物及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种改善记忆力的组合物,由以下重量份的原料组成:DHA藻油 10-40份、磷脂酰丝氨酸5-20份、γ-氨基丁酸5-35份、牡蛎肉1-15 份、益智仁5-25份、酸枣仁1-15份、金花茶3-25份、龙眼肉10-35 份、肉桂1-15份、啤酒酵母1-20份、马尾松叶5-10份、骨粉3-6 份、蛋黄3-6份、柿叶2-5份。
优选地所述的一种改善记忆力的组合物,由以下重量份的原料组成:DHA藻油15-40份、磷脂酰丝氨酸5-15份、γ-氨基丁酸10-30 份、牡蛎肉3-12份、益智仁5-20份、酸枣仁5-10份、金花茶6-20 份、龙眼肉10-30份、肉桂1-10份、啤酒酵母3-15份、马尾松叶 6-8份、骨粉4-6份、蛋黄4-5份、柿叶2-4份。
所述的一种改善记忆力的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、取配方量的益智仁和肉桂,加入益智仁和肉桂8~10重量倍蒸馏水浸泡3~6小时,置于微波萃取仪中提取,提取液过滤后备用;取药渣和配方量金花茶,加入益智仁和金花茶6-8重量倍蒸馏水煎煮 1-3次,每次0.5-1.5小时,过滤,滤液与益智仁提取液合并,加入配方量的磷脂酰丝氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、蛋黄、啤酒酵母,在60±5℃下,减压浓缩,备用;
b、分别对配方量的牡蛎肉、酸枣仁、龙眼肉、马尾松叶进行低温冷冻粉碎、冷冻干燥后,加入骨粉,制成干粉备用;
c、将步骤b处理好的牡蛎肉、酸枣仁、龙眼肉、马尾松叶、骨粉的干粉混合均匀将步骤a中浓缩液喷入,经喷雾制粒,干燥;
d、将步骤c得到的颗粒过目筛进行筛分后研磨成浆状,静置,得到组合物成品。
本发明的上述组合物加入制备不同剂型时所需的各种常规辅料,例如崩解剂、润滑剂、黏合剂等以常规的中药制剂方法制备成任何一种常用的口服制剂,例如可以是丸剂、胶囊剂、片剂、散剂、颗粒剂或口服液等。
本发明中各个组分的功效:
DHA藻油中所含DHA是组成大脑和视网膜的重要结构物质,是维持大脑功能所必需的脂肪酸。
磷脂酰丝氨酸可改善神经细胞功能,调节神经脉冲的传导,增进大脑记忆功能,由于其具有很强的亲脂性,吸收后能够迅速通过血脑屏障进入大脑,起到舒缓血管平滑肌细胞,增加脑部供血的作用。
γ-氨基丁酸能促进脑的活化性,健脑益智,抗癫痫,促进睡眠,美容润肤,延缓脑衰老机能,能补充人体抑制性神经递质,具有良好的降血压功效。
牡蛎肉含糖元、牛磺酸、10种必需氨酸、无机盐(铜、锌、锰、钡、磷、钙)、谷胱甘肽(Glutathione)、维生素A、B1、B2、D及F,可养血安神,补益。
益智仁温肾固精缩尿,温脾开胃摄唾。
酸枣仁养肝、宁心、安神、敛汗之功效。
金花茶还含有多种氨基酸、茶多酚、皂甙类、黄酮类等多种人体所需的有益成分,提神醒脑、清肝火、解热毒、养元气。
龙眼肉含有极其丰富的维生素C和钾,此外还含有大量的镁和铜,有补气益血之功效,对于治疗虚劳羸弱、失眠、健忘效果显著。
肉桂有补元阳、暖脾胃、除积冷、通血脉。
啤酒酵母中含有绝佳的蛋白质、完整的B族维生素、多种生物态矿物质及优质膳食纤维。
马尾松的针状叶含有挥发油、黄酮、维生素、17种氨基酸及树脂等成分,具有溶解人体内的老化物、调整和促进身体组织机能以及增进人体健康的作用。马尾松叶含有18.9%谷氨酸、11.08%天门冬氨酸、10.34%丙氨酸、7.66%亮氨酸、7.45%缬氨酸、6.71%甘氨酸,另含有2.11%—3.80%酪氨酸、异亮氨酸、丝氨酸、苏氨酸、精氨酸、胱氨酸、色氨酸、蛋氨酸及0.84%组氨酸。谷氨酸是参加人体脑代谢的唯一氨基酸,能促进智力发育,维持和改进大脑机能,保证谷氨酸的摄入量,对改善智力不足及记忆力障碍有显著的帮助。
骨粉还有丰富的钙元素,而且易于被人体吸收,而钙是搭建大脑的必须矿物质。
蛋黄中含有脂溶性维生素、单不饱和脂肪酸,是维持大脑高速运转的必须物质,而且蛋黄中含有磷铁等微量元素,对提供大脑运转能量和搭建大脑有着重要的作用。

DHA藻油25份、磷脂酰丝氨酸5份、γ-氨基丁酸15份、牡蛎肉5份、益智仁5份、酸枣仁5份、金花茶8份、龙眼肉10份、肉桂3份、啤酒酵母5份、马尾松叶7份、骨粉5份、蛋黄4份柿叶4 份。
所述的一种改善记忆力的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、取配方量的益智仁和肉桂,加入益智仁和肉桂8重量倍蒸馏水浸泡3小时,置于微波萃取仪中提取,提取液过滤后备用;取药渣和配方量金花茶,加入益智仁和金花茶6重量倍蒸馏水煎煮1次,每次1小时,过滤,滤液与益智仁提取液合并,加入配方量的磷脂酰丝氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、蛋黄、啤酒酵母,在60±5℃下,减压浓缩,备用;
b、分别对配方量的牡蛎肉、酸枣仁、龙眼肉、马尾松叶进行低温冷冻粉碎、冷冻干燥后,加入骨粉,制成干粉备用;

所述的一种改善记忆力的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、取配方量的益智仁和肉桂,加入益智仁和肉桂8重量倍蒸馏水浸泡3小时,置于微波萃取仪中提取,提取液过滤后备用;取药渣和配方量金花茶,加入益智仁和金花茶6重量倍蒸馏水煎煮1次,每次1小时,过滤,滤液与益智仁提取液合并,加入配方量的磷脂酰丝氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、蛋黄、啤酒酵母,在60±5℃下,减压浓缩,备用;

所述的一种改善记忆力的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、取配方量的益智仁和肉桂,加入益智仁和肉桂8重量倍蒸馏水浸泡3小时,置于微波萃取仪中提取,提取液过滤后备用;取药渣和配方量金花茶,加入益智仁和金花茶6重量倍蒸馏水煎煮1次,每次1小时,过滤,滤液与益智仁提取液合并,加入配方量的磷脂酰丝氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、蛋黄、啤酒酵母,在60±5℃下,减压浓缩,备用;
b、分别对配方量的牡蛎肉、酸枣仁、龙眼肉、马尾松叶进行低温冷冻粉碎、冷冻干燥后,加入骨粉,制成干粉备用;

将实施例2中的组合物配制成药丸或者胶囊后,进行改善记忆力功能性检验:
1、样品:实施例2制得的药丸或者胶囊,服用量为每天两粒,即每天1g;
2、受试对象:40只五周龄的小鼠,随机分为2组,第一组为实验组,第二组为对照组。两组小鼠都正常喂食,其中实验组别喂食按照实施例2制得的药丸或者胶囊,第二组不喂入任何药物。
按照上述方法连续喂养30天后,对两组小鼠进行身体各项指标检查,身体状况未见异常,表明试食本品无不良影响;对两组小鼠进行迷宫实验,实验结果如下:

本发明中有助于改善记忆力的组合物中各组分组合到一起,使 DHA、磷脂酰丝氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸协调作用于大脑,起到改善记忆力,提高脑部认知能力,补益心脾,养血安神,益智,提升身体免疫力的效果,有利于神经系统与各器官、系统的协调统一,使机体的生理代谢处于最佳状态,从而增强大脑细胞的活力,对提高记忆力颇有裨益;相比于目前保健品市场的组方,本组合物性价比高,且组合物功效更优。

1.一种改善记忆力的组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:
