随着现代人生活节奏的加快,生活压力和工作压力等问题,人们没有过多的时间和精力将食品准备的多种多样。尤其是上班族,多以快餐代替,无暇顾及营养的多样性。
如果能在日常生活中为人们提供一种保健的饮品,能在吃饭、喝水的同时食用,既能够满足口感,又能够提供人体需要的各种营养,增加人体抵抗力,有效保护人们的眼睛,是人们非常期望的事情。

本发明的技术方案是:一种叶黄素酯固体饮料,含有叶黄素酯、大豆分离蛋白、果蔬粉、DHA藻油、葡萄糖酸锌、牛磺酸、低聚异麦芽糖、叶黄素、维生素E、维生素C。
本发明优选的技术方案是:一种叶黄素酯固体饮料,含有叶黄素酯0.4-0.8份,大豆分离蛋白1-2份,果蔬粉2-4份,DHA藻油0.2-0.4份,葡萄糖酸0.1-0.2份,牛磺酸0.3-1.5份,低聚异麦芽糖1-3份,叶黄素0.8-1.5份,维生素E0.1-0.2份,维生素C0.1-0.2份。
本发明优选的技术方案是:单位剂量的叶黄素酯固体饮料中,含有叶黄素酯0.4-0.8g,大豆分离蛋白1-2g,果蔬粉2-4g,DHA藻油0.2-0.4g,葡萄糖酸0.1-0.2g,牛磺酸0.3-1.5g,低聚异麦芽糖1-3g,叶黄素0.8-1.5g,维生素E0.1-0.2g,维生素C0.1-0.2g。
本发明优选的技术方案是:单位剂量的叶黄素酯固体饮料中,含有叶黄素酯0.6g,大豆分离蛋白1.6g,果蔬粉3g,DHA藻油0.3g,葡萄糖酸0.15g,牛磺酸1g,低聚异麦芽糖2g,叶黄素1.2g,维生素E0.15g,维生素C0.15g。
叶黄素酯是一种重要的类胡萝卜素脂肪酸酯。是眼底的视觉营养素,能起到保护眼睛预防各种眼睛疾病的作用,儿童青少年能预防近视,中老年人可以预防眼底病变。
叶黄素是一种广泛存在于蔬菜、花卉、水果等植物中的天然物质,属于“类胡萝卜类”族物质,对于眼干、眼涩的症状,叶黄素是最佳的补品。
大豆分离蛋白是以低温脱溶大豆粕为原料生产的一种全价蛋白类食品添加剂。大豆分离蛋白中蛋白质含量在90%以上,氨基酸种类有近20种,并含有人体必需氨基酸。其营养丰富,不含胆固醇,是植物蛋白中为数不多的可替代动物蛋白的品种之一。
果蔬粉是将新鲜水果、蔬菜经过具有国际先进水平的冻干技术和设备,经预处理、速冻、真空干燥、紫外线杀菌、包装贮存等10多道工序加工而成。
DHA,二十二碳六烯酸,俗称脑黄金,是一种对人体非常重要的多不饱和脂肪酸,属于Omega-3不饱和脂肪酸家族中的重要成员。DHA是神经系统细胞生长及维持的一种主要元素,是大脑和视网膜的重要构成脂肪酸,在人体大脑皮层中含量高达20%,在眼睛视网膜中所占比例最大,约占50%。对婴儿智力和视力发育至关重要。DHA藻油提取自海洋微藻,未经食物链的传递,相对更安全,其EPA含量非常低。
葡萄糖酸锌用于治疗缺锌引起的营养不良、厌食症、异食癖、口腔溃疡、痤疮、儿童生长发育迟缓等。
牛磺酸(Taurine)又称β-氨基乙磺酸,最早由牛黄中分离出来,故得名。牛磺酸可以促进营养物质代谢,从而提高人体抗氧化能力,增强机体免疫力;而且牛磺酸参与神经内分泌调节,增强心肌收缩力,在维持运动能力,抗击运动疲劳的同时,能防止心肌损伤,保护肝脏。
低聚异麦芽糖具有促进双歧杆菌显著增殖的特性,低聚异麦芽糖不会被人体的胃和小肠吸收,而是直接进入大肠,被双歧杆菌优先利用,助其大量繁殖,为双歧杆菌的增殖因子;肠内其它有害菌则不能利用,从而能抑制有害菌的生长,促使肠道内的微生态向良性循环调整。
维生素E、维生素C具有抗氧化作用,是人体必须的维生素,具有增强人体免疫力,美容等效果。
本发明所述固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步叶黄素酯、大豆分离蛋白、果蔬粉、DHA藻油、葡萄糖酸锌、牛磺酸、低聚异麦芽糖、叶黄素、维生素E、维生素C分别过100目筛;
第二步称取配方量的第一步过筛的叶黄素酯、大豆分离蛋白、果蔬粉、DHA藻油、葡萄糖酸锌、牛磺酸、低聚异麦芽糖、叶黄素、维生素E、维生素C,混匀;
第三步分装。
本发明所述固体饮料。热水冲服,成年人一日饮用2次。早晚饭前服用。
【有益效果】本发明产品经过几种组分的合理配伍,在保证原有效用的前提下,产生了协同作用。经常服用本发明固体饮料,能有效的补充人体需要的各种营养,以及有效的保护人们的眼睛。它既可以保护视力,又可以防止眼底病变。满足现代人的生活需求。本发明饮品,适用于所有群体。
【实施例与试验例】
实施例1、叶黄素酯40g,大豆分离蛋白200g,果蔬粉200g,DHA藻油20g,葡萄糖酸20g,牛磺酸30g,低聚异麦芽糖100g,叶黄素80g,维生素10g,维生素C10g,按技术方案所述制备方法制备100包。
实施例2、叶黄素酯80g,大豆分离蛋白100g,果蔬粉400g,DHA藻油40g,葡萄糖酸10g,牛磺酸150g,低聚异麦芽糖300g,叶黄素150g,维生素E20g,维生素C20g,按技术方案所述制备方法制备100包。
实施例3、叶黄素酯60g,大豆分离蛋白160g,果蔬粉300g,DHA藻油30g,葡萄糖酸15g,牛磺酸100g,低聚异麦芽糖200g,叶黄素120g,维生素E15g,维生素C15g,按技术方案所述制备方法制备100包,
试验例1、写字楼办公人员,原来均不同程度的患有眼睛干涩、便秘、腹胀人员90人,随机分为3组,分别服用本发明实施例1-3的产品,每日2次,每次1包,服用第15天,所有人员的眼睛干涩、便秘、腹胀症状消失。共同感觉身体轻松愉快。
试验例2、某初中初三学生90人,随机分为3组,分别服用本发明实施例1-3的产品,每日2次,每次1包,服用第3月末,所有人员的眼睛干涩症状消失,且视力维持不变,且食欲得到改善。而没有服用本品的学生,5%的出现视力下降。

1.一种叶黄素酯固体饮料,其特征在于,含有叶黄素酯、大豆分离蛋白、果蔬粉、DHA藻油、葡萄糖酸锌、牛磺酸、低聚异麦芽糖、叶黄素、维生素E、维生素C。
2.按照权利要求1所述叶黄素酯固体饮料,其特征在于,含有叶黄素酯0.4-0.8份,大豆分离蛋白1-2份,果蔬粉2-4份,DHA藻油0.2-0.4份,葡萄糖酸0.1-0.2份,牛磺酸0.3-1.5份,低聚异麦芽糖1-3份,叶黄素0.8-1.5份,维生素E0.1-0.2份,维生素C0.1-0.2份。
3.按照权利要求1所述叶黄素酯固体饮料,其特征在于,单位剂量的叶黄素酯固体饮料中,含有叶黄素酯0.4-0.8g,大豆分离蛋白1-2g,果蔬粉2-4g,DHA藻油0.2-0.4g,葡萄糖酸0.1-0.2g,牛磺酸0.3-1.5g,低聚异麦芽糖1-3g,叶黄素0.8-1.5g,维生素E0.1-0.2g,维生素C0.1-0.2g。
4.按照权利要求1所述叶黄素酯固体饮料,其特征在于,单位剂量的叶黄素酯固体饮料中,含有叶黄素酯0.6g,大豆分离蛋白1.6g,果蔬粉3g,DHA藻油0.3g,葡萄糖酸0.15g,牛磺酸1g,低聚异麦芽糖2g,叶黄素1.2g,维生素E0.15g,维生素C0.15g。
5.权利要求1所述叶黄素酯固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步 叶黄素酯、大豆分离蛋白、果蔬粉、DHA藻油、葡萄糖酸锌、牛磺酸、低聚异麦芽糖、叶黄素、维生素E、维生素C分别过100目筛;
第二步 称取配方量的第一步过筛的叶黄素酯、大豆分离蛋白、果蔬粉、DHA藻油、葡萄糖酸锌、牛磺酸、低聚异麦芽糖、叶黄素、维生素E、维生素C,混匀;
第三步 分装。
