本发明涉及一种食品调味粉,由天然中药材植物组成,其配方为香豆、甘草、肉桂、肉豆寇、茴香、干姜、花椒、八角、丁香、陈皮、白芷、九里香、玫瑰花、金锦香。该调料为粉状,适用于炒菜、炖肉、拌馅、做汤调味,可以使菜肴增香增鲜,使食用者增加食欲,补中益气、健脾和胃。

本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体的说是一种调味粉及其生产方法。
我国人民历来喜欢食用以中药成份为主的调料。但在众多的中药成份的调料中,尚未发现具有健脾和胃、补中益气保健功能的调味粉。
本发明的目的是发明一种具有健脾和胃、补中益气保健功能的调味粉,食用这种调味粉即可为食物增香增鲜,又可起到保健作用。
本发明的技术方案是:选用天然芳香植物,全部为中药材,对人体无毒无害。其成份配比如下:香豆(亦名胡芦巴)40份、甘草10份、肉桂2份、肉豆寇2份、茴香10份、干姜10份、花椒8份、八角6份、丁香3份、陈皮3份、白芷2份、九里香1份、玫瑰花2份、金锦香(天香炉)1份。
上述配方中,因香豆性温、具有补肾阳、祛寒温,治腹胁胀满、肾虚腰酸。故在配方中占的比重较大。
将上述原料按一定比例配比适当,掺匀,高温炮制,粉碎。
本调味粉香味独特,宜为众人接收,不仅为菜肴增香增鲜,而且亦能健脾和胃、补中益气,为食用者起到保健功能。
实施例:香豆(亦名胡芦巴)40份、甘草10份、内桂2份、肉豆寇2份、茴香10份、干姜10份、花椒8份、八角6份、丁香3份、陈皮3份、白芷2份、九里香1份、玫瑰花2份、金锦香(天香炉)1份。
将上述原料,按上述比例配比适当,掺匀。再放入加热的铁锅内炒熟,其目的是炒出香味,炒熟后的原料经粉碎,过200目筛子,装袋,即为成品。
本调味粉适用于炒菜、炖肉、拌馅、做汤等。
