本发明涉及陶瓷制造技术领域,具体的涉及一种宝石蓝金丝铁线釉瓷器及制备方法。
背景技术
裂纹釉是指陶瓷制品的釉层上具有细小的裂纹,它使陶瓷制品具有特定的艺术效果而得到人们的青睐。釉面开裂的原因有两种:一是成型时坯泥沿一定方向延伸,影响了分子的排列;二是坯、釉膨胀系数不同,焙烧后冷却时釉层收缩率大。起初开裂原是瓷器烧制中的一个缺点,但人们掌握了开裂的规律而制出的裂纹釉,变成为瓷器的一种特殊装饰了。宋代的汝、官、哥窑都有这种产品,汝、官、哥窑等裂纹釉的特点明显,底色为青、绿色的底色如天青、粉青、豆绿、青绿等,裂纹颜色有鳝血、金丝铁线、浅黄鱼子纹,裂纹按形状分有网形纹、梅花纹、细碎纹等。
传统的裂纹釉烧制温度高,釉面效果不稳定,且釉面效果单一,无法满足不同个性的消费者需求;另外,现有的多数裂纹釉烧制时间长,烧制温度高,生产所需耗费的燃料较多,生产效率也相对地较低,生产成本较高。为解决上述问题,申请公布号为CN 105060938A的发明专利申请公开了一种裂纹釉及制作方法,该种裂纹釉通过釉料组分的调整,使烧釉温度下降至1150-1200℃,通过色彩渗入裂纹中为裂纹着色,但是该种裂纹釉的属于中温烧成,烧釉温度还可进一步降低,且仅改变裂纹的颜色,对釉面整体的效果改变并不明显。

为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种宝石蓝金丝铁线釉瓷器及其制备方法及其制作方法。

10.根据权利要求8所述的具有宝石蓝金丝铁线釉瓷器陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4中,将施釉后的坯体放入窑炉中,首先用20-60分钟升温至200-250℃,保温20-30分钟,继续以2-3小时升温至600-800℃,保温30-60分钟后;继续以2-3小时升温至900-1050℃,保温30-60分钟后,接着以20-30分钟降温至600-800℃;最后自然冷却至室温,获得宝石蓝金丝铁线釉瓷器陶瓷制品。
