Abstract
本发明涉及一种镁玉瓷及其生产方法,该镁玉瓷的坯料由以下重量配比的原料组成:煅烧滑石45-50份、粘土30-35份、长石10-20份和蛇纹石废料5-10份(按干品计);所述蛇纹石废料为蛇纹石矿粉经无机酸浸提后的滤渣。本发明由于使用蛇纹石废料,降低了镁玉瓷的生产成本,配方的组合还使镁玉瓷在烧制过程中成品率高,进一步降低了成本;蛇纹石色彩丰富且易于染色,带给镁玉瓷丰富的色彩;蛇纹石具有隔热保温的特性,提升了镁玉瓷的隔热性能,保温效果好。本发明方法充分发挥了配方中各成分的协同作用,烧制出的瓷成品率高、色彩丰富、隔热性好,特别适合应用于餐饮用瓷。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷生产技术领域,特别涉及一种镁玉瓷及其生产方法。
背景技术
镁玉瓷具有白度高,半透明度好,瓷质细腻,釉面光泽的特点,在中外陶瓷器领域属于高档瓷产品,是目前公认的高级宾馆、饭店的理想用瓷。镁玉瓷的主要原料为滑石,滑石为片状结构,在挤压成型过程中容易在胚体中出现定向排列,使胚体产生各异性排斥,在烧成冷却过程中会引起不同方向收缩的不均匀,从而使产品产生较大的应力,导致产品开裂。因此,镁玉瓷的烧制存在高温成型困难、废品率高的问题,导致价格高,使用受到限制。另外,目前玉瓷的颜色单调,仅有无色透明、淡绿色和淡黄色,颜色的受限主要源于原料颜色的受限,且难以进行染色,造成玉瓷造型、艺术效果的单调。
中国专利文献CN102659397公开了一种镁玉瓷的配方及其一次烧成的制造方法,其采用的原料为煅烧滑石、镁质粘土、长石、膨润土、高岭土和羧甲基纤维素钠,依次通过称量配重、球磨、出磨搅拌、除铁过筛、压滤脱水、陈腐、真空练泥、滚压成型、坯体干燥、修坯补水、上釉、入窑烧制而成。该配方及工艺实现了一次烧成,在产品规整度及抗热震性上有一定改善,但是所用的配方组分繁多、成本高,烧制出的玉瓷颜色也比较单一,还是不能充分满足市场的需求。
蛇纹石是一种含水的富镁硅酸盐矿物的总称,如叶蛇纹石、利蛇纹石、纤蛇纹石等。它们的颜色一般呈绿色,也可呈白、黄、蓝绿、褐和暗黑等色;半透明至不透明;常具油脂光泽或蜡状光泽。因为它们往往是青绿相间像蛇皮一样,故此得名。我国蛇纹石矿产丰富,廉价易得。人们将蛇纹石当作建筑用材料,有些可当作耐火材料,颜色好看的还可以制成装饰品或工艺品;除此以外,蛇纹石还可用来制造化肥,还可从中提取生产氧化镁和多孔氧化硅等。但是,蛇纹石在瓷器中的应用,特别是在高档瓷器中的应用却很少。
本发明基于上述现有技术,探索了一种新的镁玉瓷的配方和生产工艺。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种镁玉瓷,该瓷热稳定性好、色彩丰富、隔热性好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种镁玉瓷,其坯料由以下重量配比的原料组成:煅烧滑石45-50份、粘土30-35份、长石10-20份和蛇纹石废料5-10份(按干品计);所述蛇纹石废料为蛇纹石矿粉经无机酸浸提后的滤渣。
所述蛇纹石矿粉的无机酸浸提,是工业上从蛇纹石提取镁、硅等矿物元素的必经步骤。如中国专利文献CN100357462公开的一种综合利用蛇纹石资源的方法,和其他现有工艺一样,该文献在酸浸提蛇纹石矿粉后,得到的滤液再作进一步的提取,而滤渣则主要作为废料弃去。本发明创造性的将蛇纹石经过无机酸浸提后的滤渣用于镁玉瓷的生产中,使废料得到充分利用,降低了镁玉瓷的生产成本,而这样的配方组合还使镁玉瓷在烧制过程中具有优良的热稳定性,大大提高了烧制成品率,进一步降低了成本。此外,由于蛇纹石色彩丰富,也带给镁玉瓷丰富的色彩,丰富了镁玉瓷的艺术效果;蛇纹石具有隔热保温的特性,也提升了镁玉瓷的隔热性能,保温效果好。
进一步,所述煅烧滑石为滑石原料在1300-1400℃下煅烧后得到。由于滑石可塑性差,用量较多时制得的坯体的可塑性差,不易造型,但若一味减少其用量,则坯体烧成温度范围窄,不好控制。因而,采用在1300℃以上煅烧后的滑石,其片状结构已被破坏,进一步利于成型。
进一步,所述无机酸为硫酸、盐酸和硝酸中的一种或多种,优选盐酸。所述无机酸的氢离子浓度优选为1-2mol/L,所述无机酸浸提时间优选为0.5小时。
本发明还提供一种上述配方的镁玉瓷的生产方法,该方法充分发挥了配方中各成分的协同作用,烧制出的瓷成品率高、色彩丰富、隔热性好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种镁玉瓷的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料预处理:将滑石原料在1300-1400℃下进行煅烧,得煅烧滑石;将蛇纹石矿粉进行无机酸浸提,取滤渣为蛇纹石废料;
(2)配料:按照重量配比称量原料:煅烧滑石45-50份、粘土30-35份、长石10-20份和蛇纹石废料5-10份(按干品计);
(3)制坯:向所述原料中加水,经过球磨、过筛、除铁、压滤、陈腐、练泥、成型后得到素坯;
(4)烧制:所述素坯入窑素烧,素烧温度为850-900℃,时间为3-5小时;取出烧制后的素坯上色后再釉烧,釉烧温度为1200-1280℃,时间为4-6小时;釉烧后保温0.5小时再取出,即成。
进一步,所述原料的粒径小于10微米。
进一步,所述练泥在减压条件下进行。
本发明中,原料蛇纹石废料的使用,一方面由于蛇纹石自身色彩的丰富,可以带给镁玉瓷丰富的色彩;又由于蛇纹石原料容易被染色又进一步丰富了镁玉瓷的色彩。可根据需要,获得淡绿、墨绿、淡蓝、黄、褐或白等多种颜色的镁玉瓷。在上釉时,釉料能均匀柔和的融合到瓷体中,使绘制出的图案与瓷体浑然一体,自然飘渺,营造出一种独特的艺术美感。
又由于镁玉瓷中的蛇纹石具有隔热保温效果,因此上述的镁玉瓷特别适合在餐饮用瓷中进行应用。
本发明的有益技术效果是:
本发明创造性的将蛇纹石经过无机酸浸提后的滤渣用于镁玉瓷的生产中,使废料得到充分利用,降低了镁玉瓷的生产成本,而这样的配方组合还使镁玉瓷在烧制过程中具有优良的热稳定性,大大提高了烧制成品率,进一步降低了成本。蛇纹石色彩丰富且易于染色,带给镁玉瓷丰富的色彩,丰富了镁玉瓷的艺术效果;蛇纹石具有隔热保温的特性,提升了镁玉瓷的隔热性能,保温效果好。本发明方法充分发挥了配方中各成分的协同作用,烧制出的瓷成品率高、色彩丰富、隔热性好。

实施例1
将滑石原料在1400℃下进行煅烧,得煅烧滑石。将蛇纹石矿粉(黄绿色的叶蛇纹石)用1mol/L的盐酸浸提0.5小时,取滤渣为蛇纹石废料。按照重量配比称量原料:煅烧滑石45份、粘土35份、长石20份和蛇纹石废料5份(按干品计)。向所述原料中加水,经过球磨、过筛、除铁、压滤、陈腐、减压下练泥、成型后得到素坯。素坯入窑素烧,素烧温度为850-900℃,时间为3.5小时;取出烧制后的素坯上色后再釉烧,釉烧温度为1200-1280℃,时间为5小时;釉烧后保温0.5小时再取出,即成。获得的镁玉瓷呈淡黄绿色,瓷质通透,细腻温润,成品率为98%。
实施例2
将滑石原料在1300℃下进行煅烧,得煅烧滑石。将蛇纹石矿粉(深绿色的利蛇纹石)用2mol/L的盐酸浸提0.5小时,取滤渣为蛇纹石废料。按照重量配比称量原料:煅烧滑石50份、粘土30份、长石10份和蛇纹石废料8份(按干品计)。向所述原料中加水,经过球磨、过筛、除铁、压滤、陈腐、减压下练泥、成型后得到素坯。素坯入窑素烧,素烧温度为850-900℃,时间为3小时;取出烧制后的素坯上色后再釉烧,釉烧温度为1200-1280℃,时间为6小时;釉烧后保温0.5小时再取出,即成。获得的镁玉瓷呈墨绿色,瓷质通透,细腻温润,成品率为96%。
实施例3

将滑石原料在1200℃下进行煅烧,得煅烧滑石。按照重量配比称量原料:煅烧滑石47份、粘土33份和长石15份。向所述原料中加水,经过球磨、过筛、除铁、压滤、陈腐、减压下练泥、成型后得到素坯。素坯上釉后入窑烧制,烧制温度为1200-1250℃,时间为9小时。获得的镁玉瓷呈淡黄色,瓷质浑浊,较粗糙,无温润感,成品率为72%。
实验例
将实施例1-3和对比例1-2烧制的瓷杯(高90mm、直径80mm、壁厚2mm),以及市购的同规格的镁玉瓷杯,分别注入99℃的热水,至水温降为室温30℃时耗时以及15分钟时手触杯子感官如下:

Claims (8)
1.一种镁玉瓷,其特征在于,其坯料由以下重量配比的原料组成:煅烧滑石45-50份、粘土30-35份、长石10-20份和蛇纹石废料5-10份;所述蛇纹石废料为蛇纹石矿粉经无机酸浸提后的滤渣;所述无机酸为硫酸、盐酸和硝酸中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镁玉瓷,其特征在于:所述煅烧滑石为滑石原料在1300-1400℃下煅烧后得到。
3.根据权利要求1所述的镁玉瓷,其特征在于:所述无机酸的氢离子浓度为1-2mol/L。
4.根据权利要求3所述的镁玉瓷,其特征在于:所述无机酸浸提时间为0.5小时。
5.一种镁玉瓷的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料预处理:将滑石原料在1300-1400℃下进行煅烧,得煅烧滑石;将蛇纹石矿粉进行无机酸浸提,取滤渣为蛇纹石废料;
(2)配料:按照重量配比称量原料:煅烧滑石45-50份、粘土30-35份、长石10-20份和蛇纹石废料5-10份;
(3)制坯:向所述原料中加水,经过球磨、过筛、除铁、压滤、陈腐、练泥、成型后得到素坯;
(4)烧制:所述素坯入窑素烧,素烧温度为850-900℃,时间为3-5小时;取出烧制后的素坯上色后再釉烧,釉烧温度为1200-1280℃,时间为4-6小时;釉烧后保温0.5小时再取出,即成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的镁玉瓷的生产方法,其特征在于:所述原料的粒径小于10微米。
7.根据权利要求5所述的镁玉瓷的生产方法,其特征在于:所述练泥在减压条件下进行。
8.权利要求5-7任一项所述的镁玉瓷的生产方法生产的镁玉瓷在餐饮用瓷中的应用。
