本发明公开了一种氧化铁黑颜料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将硫酸亚铁原料与锰盐混合,再加入碱性溶液调pH为10‑11,加热反应,直到料液反应成熟;(2)向步骤(1)的料液中加入硅酸盐溶液,保持温度在70‑90℃,pH值为9‑11,反应30‑60min;调节pH值为6~8,再保温反应30‑60min;(3)步骤(2)反应结束后的产物经漂洗、干燥、粉碎后,再进行高温煅烧获得氧化铁黑颜料。本发明所生产的高耐温性氧化铁黑,其耐温效果可达到700℃以上,最高温度可超1200℃,同时本产品具有很好的耐酸、耐碱、吸光性强等特点,大大提高了氧化铁黑的应用范围。

技术领域
本发明属于颜料技术领域,涉及一种高耐温性氧化铁黑颜料及其制备方法。
背景技术
铁系颜料作为重要的无机彩色颜料,其年产量居无机彩色颜料之首。由于世界环保意识的加强,无机铁系颜料以其无毒、无嗅、无污染等特点不断取代有机颜料及红丹、铅铬黄等铅系列、铬系列有毒的无机颜料。氧化铁颜料主要用于建筑行业中酚醛防锈漆填料,重防腐涂料底漆。在用于橡胶、塑料的着色时,有补强老化的作用,同时保护有机物被紫外光降解的特点。此外,也用于人造大理石、陶瓷及水泥地面的着色。氧化铁黑,分子式为Fe3O4,为黑色粉末,是Fe2O3和FeO的加成物,不溶于水,具有磁性,着色力和遮盖力很高。氧化铁黑作为工业原料,在水彩、油墨中用量也很大,复印机专用的磁性碳粉就是针形氧化铁黑。另外,氧化铁黑因其无毒、无污染等特点,法国、日本还用于高级化妆品的生产。在当代电气化和信息化社会中,磁性材料的应用非常广泛,四氧化三铁作为一种多功能磁性材料,在肿瘤的治疗、微波吸收材料、催化剂载体、细胞分离、磁记录材料、磁流体、医药等领域均已有广泛的应用,具有广阔的发展前景。但是,氧化铁黑属于尖晶石型粒径分布较宽,易团聚,而分散性及颜色性能较差,普通氧化铁黑在温度达到100℃左右时颜色就会脱水变成棕红色,由于氧化铁黑的耐温性差,限制了其使用范围,而一些耐中温氧化铁黑最高温度也在180℃左右,远远不能满足于市场的需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是先把钛白副产物和铁泥或氧化铁红、氧化铁黄的下脚料与锰盐合成氧化生成氧化铁黑,再加入硅盐,使产品的外面形成一层致密包膜,使最终的分子煅烧时稳定性良好,保持产品颜色的稳定,分散性好,粉体经过高温煅烧之后粉体很小,而且粉体颗粒细腻均匀,不易结块。得到的耐高温性氧化铁黑颜料(锰铁黑)其耐温性可达到700℃~1200℃,且分散性能良好。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种氧化铁黑颜料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硫酸亚铁原料与锰盐混合,再加入碱性溶液调pH为10-11,加热反应,直到料液反应成熟;
(2)向步骤(1)的料液中加入硅酸盐溶液,保持温度在70-90℃,pH值为9-11,反应30-60min;调节pH值为6~8,再保温反应30-60min;
(3)步骤(2)反应结束后的产物经漂洗、干燥、粉碎后,再进行高温煅烧获得氧化铁黑颜料。
所述高温煅烧的温度为700℃-1200℃,煅烧时间为1.5-2小时。
所述颜料中的铁元素和锰元素以及硅元素的摩尔比为(1.5-5.0):1:0.3。
所述颜料中的铁元素和锰元素的摩尔比为2:1。
所述颜料中二氧化硅含量为3%-5%。
步骤(2)中第一次反应结束后用稀硫酸快速调pH,并通入1-5分钟空气,直到pH值稳定为6~8,再保温反应30-60min。
所述锰盐为硫酸锰或氯化锰;所述硅酸盐为硅酸钠;所述碱性溶液为质量浓度为30%的液碱。
所述硫酸亚铁原料为铁红、铁黄、铁泥和钛白粉的下脚料中的任意一种或几种与硫酸亚铁的混合物,所述下脚料的含量不超过50%。
步骤(2)所述搅拌速度为100-200rpm。
本发明耐高温氧化铁黑颜料,该产品包括氧化铁黑(主体成分),以及锰铁黑,所述的锰铁黑为四氧化三铁和锰氧化物(二氧化锰)经过高温煅烧反应生成。该颜料还包括硅酸钠,硅酸钠作为包膜剂是为了更好分散和包膜此产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明由于采用了以上的技术方案,所生产的高耐温性氧化铁黑,其耐温效果可达到700℃以上,最高温度可超1200℃,可以被广泛应用于陶瓷、塑料、橡胶、彩砂,以及一些高温可用的地方,同时还可以作高温下产品着色剂。本产品具有很好的耐酸、耐碱、吸光性强等特点,大大提高了氧化铁黑的应用范围。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步具体详细描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此,对于未特别注明的工艺参数,可参照常规技术进行。
实施例1
如图1所示,耐高温性氧化铁黑的制备方法,该制备方法为氧化合成和高温煅烧两个阶段,具体步骤如下:
(1)氧化合成反应部分
①混合:将硫酸亚铁100公斤与铁红和铁黄的下脚料100公斤,投入反应桶中,开启搅拌混合均匀,升温至90℃,加入硫酸锰60公斤,再加入30%液碱调节pH值为10,氧化生成氧化铁黑,直到料液成熟。
②根据料液的得量加入质量分数5%的硅酸钠溶液,反应10分钟,测料液pH值为10.0反应30min。
③最后用稀硫酸快速调pH,并通入1分钟空气,直到pH值稳定为6.0反应30min。经过氧化反应,整个反应温度在90℃。
(2)高温煅烧部分
将氧化反应结束后的产物经压滤、漂洗、干燥、粉碎后,放入高温煅烧炉中,温度升到900℃,恒温2小时出料,出料的氧化铁黑为耐高温性氧化铁黑,经过超细打粉进行包装。

如图1所示,高耐温性氧化铁黑的制备方法,该制备方法为氧化合成和高温煅烧两个阶段,具体步骤如下:
(1)氧化合成反应部分
①混合:将硫酸亚铁100kg与铁泥下脚料100kg,投放反应桶中,开启搅拌混合均匀,加入硫酸锰60kg,升温至90℃,加入30%液碱调节pH值为10,氧化生成氧化铁黑,直到料液成熟。
②根据料液的得量加入质量分数5%的硅酸钠溶液,反应10分钟,测pH值为10.0反应30min。
③最后用稀硫酸快速调pH,并通入1分钟空气,直到pH值稳定为7.0反应30min。经过氧化反应,整个反应温度在90℃。
(2)高温煅烧部分
将干燥好的粉体,经过粉粹,放入高温煅烧炉中,温度升到1000℃,恒温2小时出料,出料的氧化铁黑为耐高温性氧化铁黑,经过超细打粉进行包装。
实施例3
如图1所示,耐高温性氧化铁黑的制备方法,该制备方法为氧化合成和高温煅烧两个阶段,具体步骤如下:
(1)氧化合成反应部分
①混合:将硫酸亚铁100kg和铁泥下脚料100kg,投放反应桶中,开启搅拌混合均匀,加入氯化锰60kg,升温至70℃,加入30%液碱调节pH值为10,氧化生成氧化铁黑,直到料液成熟。
②根据料液的得量加入质量分数5%的硅酸钠溶液,反应10分钟,测pH值为10.0反应30min。
③最后用稀硫酸快速调pH,并通入1分钟空气,直到pH值稳定为8.0反应30min。经过氧化反应,整个反应温度在70℃。
(2)高温煅烧部分
将干燥好的粉体,经过粉碎,放入高温煅烧炉中,温度升到1100℃,恒温2小时出料,出料的氧化铁黑为高耐温性氧化铁黑,经过超细打粉进行包装。

注:氧化铁黑中四氧化三铁含量转换成三氧化二铁来表示。

Claims (9)
1.一种氧化铁黑颜料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硫酸亚铁原料与锰盐混合,再加入碱性溶液调pH为10-11,加热反应,直到料液反应成熟;所述硫酸亚铁原料为铁红、铁黄、铁泥和钛白粉的下脚料中的任意一种或几种与硫酸亚铁的混合物,所述下脚料的含量不超过50%;
(2)向步骤(1)的料液中加入硅酸盐溶液,保持温度在70-90℃,pH值为9-11,反应30-60min;调节pH值为6~8,再保温反应30-60min;
(3)步骤(2)反应结束后的产物经漂洗、干燥、粉碎后,再进行高温煅烧获得氧化铁黑颜料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述高温煅烧的温度为700℃-1200℃,煅烧时间为1.5-2小时。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述颜料中的铁元素和锰元素以及硅元素的摩尔比为(1.5-5.0):1:0.3。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述颜料中的铁元素和锰元素的摩尔比为2:1。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述颜料中二氧化硅含量为3%-5%。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中第一次反应结束后用稀硫酸快速调pH,并通入1-5分钟空气,直到pH值稳定为6~8,再保温反应30-60min。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述锰盐为硫酸锰或氯化锰;所述硅酸盐为硅酸钠;所述碱性溶液为质量浓度为30%的液碱。
8.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述搅拌速度为100-200rpm。
9.权利要求1~8任一项所述方法制备的氧化铁黑颜料。
