本发明涉及一种具有高比表面积的白云石类材料、其制造方法及其品质管理方法,尤其涉及一种由于比表面积较高而具备最大限度地发挥重金属等的吸附性能的性能的具有高比表面积的白云石类材料、其制造方法及其品质管理方法。
背景技术
作为用作废水处理及土壤中的重金属等不溶物质的药材,已知有硫酸钠、氯化铁、硫酸亚铁、氧化镁、钛盐、铈盐、螯合剂、水滑石、施氏矿物等,这些药材存在不溶效果较低,或难以应对复合污染,或成本较高,或难以稳定地保存等问题。
鉴于这些问题,作为不溶物质提出有被称作半烧成白云石、临时烧成白云石或部分分解白云石等的白云石类吸附材料,公开有例如以下的白云石材料。

在日本特开2010-214254号公报(专利文献3)中公开有一种包含对白云石进行半烧成而得到的半烧成白云石的重金属溶出抑制材料,所述重金属溶出抑制材料的特征在于,所述半烧成在使白云石中的碳酸镁脱羧且不使白云石中的碳酸钙脱羧的碳酸气体分压被指定的烧成条件下进行,且所述半烧成白云石包含氧化镁及碳酸钙。
在日本特开2008-80223号公报(专利文献4)中公开有一种以600℃至880℃对白云石进行加热处理,且其未分解二氧化碳成分为1.5重量%至47重量%的氟化物离子捕捉材料。
然而,现有的上述白云石材料中,与烧成后的白云石相关的规定成为未分解二氧化碳成分含量和游离氧化钙、镁等的间接指标,当作为起始原料的白云石矿石中的白云石相显著减少时,有时无法满足游离氧化镁含有量,并且若原料不同则会导致未分解二氧化碳成分含量变化,产生无法应用作为起始原料的白云石矿石的情况。
而且,专利文献3中,对于白云石的烧成,以成为指定范围的碳酸气体分压的方式进行调整并实施,因此需要使用特殊的烧成炉,存在设备投资及生产成本上升的问题。
另一方面,白云石通过烧成来完成由以下式表示的热分解,且具有重金属等的吸附性能。
CaMg(CO3)2→MgO+CaCO3+CO2……(1)
通过对白云石进行烧成,在半烧成白云石中,白云石相(CaMg(CO3)2相)、MgO相、CaCO3相共存,根据这些结晶相的含有比例,相对于各种重金属等的不溶性能、吸附性能、溶出抑制性能不同。
并且,作为原料的白云石矿石通常以白云石相和碳酸钙相这2相混合物的状态生产,白云石相的含有率根据每一产地而大不相同,因此,存在适当的烧成条件根据每一原料而不同的问题。
而且,为了有效地吸附重金属等,需要考虑几个因素,而白云石类材料所具有的比表面积也是其中之一。因此,期待能够有效地提高白云石类材料的比表面积从而有效地吸附重金属等。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
本发明的目的在于解决上述课题,并提供一种具有高比表面积的白云石类材料,所述白云石类材料为不受作为原料的白云石矿石的产地造成的成分的不同和温度等烧成条件的设定等的影响而具有高比表面积的半烧成白云石。
并且,本发明的另一目的在于提供一种具有高比表面积的白云石类材料的制造方法,该方法用于得到不受作为原料的白云石矿石的产地造成的成分的不同和温度等烧成条件的设定等的影响而使原料白云石的比表面积变高的白云石类材料。
并且,本发明的另一目的在于提供一种对白云石类材料的高比表面积品质进行管理的方法,该方法以不受作为原料的白云石矿石的产地造成的成分的不同和温度等烧成条件的设定等的影响而使该白云石的比表面积变高的方式对白云石的品质进行管理。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明中,发现在白云石烧成物中残留的白云石相的含量和通过烧成而变化的比表面积之间存在密切的关系,并以指定的衍射方法分析并确定白云石烧成物中的白云石相的残留量,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明的具有高比表面积的白云石类材料的特征在于,所述白云石类材料为半烧成白云石,且利用基于粉末X射线衍射的里特维德法分析的白云石烧成物中的残留CaMg(CO3)2相的含量为0.4≤x≤35.4(质量%)。
优选具有高比表面积的白云石类材料的特征在于,上述本发明的具有高比表面积的白云石类材料还含有硫酸亚铁。
并且,本发明的具有高比表面积的白云石类材料的制造方法的特征在于,对于白云石,以利用基于粉末X射线衍射的里特维德法分析的白云石烧成物中的残留CaMg(CO3)2相的含量成为0.4≤x≤35.4(质量%)的方式进行烧成。
优选具有高比表面积的白云石类材料的制造方法的特征在于,在上述本发明的具有高比表面积的白云石类材料的制造方法中,以残留CaMg(CO3)2相的含量成为0.4≤x≤35.4(质量%)的方式对白云石进行烧成之后,进一步配合硫酸亚铁。
本发明的具有高比表面积的白云石类材料的品质管理方法的特征在于,以利用基于粉末X射线衍射的里特维德法分析的白云石烧成物中的残留CaMg(CO3)2相的含量成为0.4≤x≤35.4(质量%)的方式对白云石进行烧成来调整CaMg(CO3)2相的残留量。
发明的效果
本发明中,发现白云石所具有的比表面积和白云石烧成物中的残留白云石相的含量之间存在密切的关系,由此本发明的具有高比表面积的白云石类材料不依赖于作为原料的白云石矿石的产地造成的成分的不同和烧成温度等的烧成条件的调整等,通过指定半烧成白云石中的残留白云石相的含量,能够具有较高的比表面积,从而能够有效地发挥白云石所具有的重金属等吸附性能。
并且,以白云石能够具有较高的比表面积的方式,使将白云石材料的比表面积维持为较高的品质的管理简单化。
并且,本发明的具有高比表面积的白云石类材料的制造方法不需要特殊的装置等而能够适当地制造本发明的具有高比表面积的半烧成白云石即白云石类材料。
本发明的具有高比表面积的白云石类材料能够有效地去除土壤和废水中所含的重金属等。
在此,作为能够吸附去除的重金属等,意指重金属、卤素或半金属,作为重金属,能够举出例如铬、铅、镉等中的1种或2种以上的重金属,并且作为卤素,能够举出氯、氟等,作为半金属,能够举出砷、硼等,但并不限定于这些重金属、卤素或半金属。

具体实施方式
通过以下优选例对本发明进行说明,但本发明并不限定于这些优选例。
本发明的白云石类材料为半烧成白云石,且利用基于粉末X射线衍射的里特维德法分析的白云石烧成物中的残留CaMg(CO3)2相的含量为0.4≤x≤35.4(质量%),由此与白云石原料的产地无关地,成为具有高比表面积的材料。
本发明中,烧成白云石中的残留白云石相的含量和比表面积之间存在相关关系,由此对白云石烧成物中所含的白云石相即CaMg(CO3)2相进行定量,并设为上述指定范围内的残留量,从而与作为原料的白云石矿石的产地造成的成分的不同和烧成温度等烧成条件的调整等无关地,白云石具有较高的比表面积,且重金属等吸附性能优异。
作为在本发明中使用的原料白云石,能够使用任意的原料白云石,且与产地和原料白云石的成分无关。
白云石采用石灰石CaCO3和菱镁矿MgCO3的摩尔比为1:1的复盐结构,Ca2+离子和Mg2 +离子夹着CO3 2-基交替层叠,通常指碳酸镁的比例为10~45质量%的白云石。白云石在国内大量存在,使用具有高比表面积的白云石的重金属等吸附材料从成本和环境负载的方面来看是有利的。
白云石通过进行烧成,显示出以CaMg(CO3)2→MgO+CaCO3+CO2……(1)表示的分解反应。可以认为通过基于白云石的烧成的上述热分解,白云石的比表面积增加,能够吸附重金属等。
本发明中,通过基于粉末X射线衍射的里特维德法来分析对白云石进行了烧成的半烧成白云石中的白云石相(CaMg(CO3)2相)的残留量,若为残留CaMg(CO3)2相的含量成为0.4≤x≤35.4(质量%)的半烧成白云石,优选若为1.8≤x≤17.4(质量%)的半烧成白云石,则能够具有较高的比表面积。
残留CaMg(CO3)2相的含量小于0.4质量%时和多于35.4质量%时,所得到的白云石的比表面积变小。
基于粉末X射线衍射的里特维德法与TG-DSC法不同,由于能够准确地分析半烧成白云石中所含的CaMg(CO3)2相、CaCO3相、MgO相的量,因此能够使对白云石烧成物中的残留白云石相(CaMg(CO3)2相)进行准确的定量成为可能。
本发明中,优选能够进一步含有亚铁化合物,作为亚铁化合物,能够举出氯化亚铁和硫酸亚铁。
相对于上述残留CaMg(CO3)2相的含量为0.4≤x≤35.4(质量%)的半烧成白云石,所述亚铁化合物的配合量以质量比计为5:5~9:1,优选为9:1。
通过含有亚铁化合物,也能够不影响白云石烧成物的比表面积而维持高比表面积,且作为重金属等吸附材料而使用上述半烧成白云石类材料时,通过所添加的二价铁的还原作用,能够更有效地使重金属等不溶,并能够从污染废水和污染土壤中去除重金属等。
并且,本发明的白云石类材料的制造方法中,能够通过对于白云石以利用基于粉末X射线衍射的里特维德法分析的白云石烧成物中的残留CaMg(CO3)2相的含量成为0.4≤x≤35.4(质量%)的方式进行烧成来具备高比表面积,由此能够制造具有高比表面积的白云石类材料。
对白云石进行烧成的温度无特别限定,通常能够以对白云石进行烧成来制造半烧成白云石的温度例如650~1000℃来进行烧成。若以残留CaMg(CO3)2相的含量成为0.4≤x≤35.4(质量%)的方式进行烧成,则烧成时间也不受限制。
在对白云石进行烧成的过程中,选定残留CaMg(CO3)2相的含量成为0.4≤x≤35.4(质量%)的时间的半烧成白云石,由此能够得到本发明的具有高比表面积的白云石类材料。
并且,以白云石烧成物的利用基于粉末X射线衍射的里特维德法的白云石烧成物中的残留CaMg(CO3)2相的含量成为0.4≤x≤35.4(质量%)的方式进行调整,由此能够以使白云石具有较高的比表面积的方式轻松地进行其品质管理。
通过使上述本发明的具有高比表面积的白云石类材料与污染土壤和污染废水接触,能够吸附去除污染土壤和污染废水中所含的重金属等,且能够作为重金属等吸附材料来使用。
为了吸附重金属等,能够适用任意的公知的方法,例如能够举出本发明的白云石类材料与土壤进行混合、或投入到废水中进行搅拌的方法。并且,例如在投入到污染废水中时,能够在此之后配合凝集剂等,并通过固液分离法来进行回收。
实施例
通过以下实施例及比较例对本发明进行说明。
将产地A~E的不同的6种各白云石在大气中以800℃烧成10~120分钟,在此其间,获取从烧成开始起每10分钟的各白云石烧成物。对于各白云石烧成物,以下述条件的粉末X射线衍射里特维德法来分析各白云石烧成物中的残留白云石相(CaMg(CO3)2相)的含量。
将其结果分别示于下述表1~表5及图1~图5、图6~图10(产地A示于表1、图1和图6,产地B示于表2、图2和图7,产地C示于表3、图3和图8,产地D示于表4、图4和图9,产地E示于表5、图5和图10)。

另外,以下述方法测定比表面积、细孔容积及细孔半径。
·氮气吸附法
预处理方法:以120℃进行8小时真空脱气。
测定方法:利用定容法来测定基于氮气的吸脱附等温线。
吸附温度:77K 吸附物质截面积:0.162nm2
吸附物质:氮气 平衡等待时间:150sec※1
饱和蒸气压力:实际测量

另外,氮气BET法是指通过作为吸附分子使氮气吸脱附于吸附材料来测定吸附等温线,并对于所测定的数据根据由下述式(1)表示的BET法进行分析的方法,根据该方法能够计算比表面积和细孔容积等。
具体地,通过氮气BET法计算比表面积的值时,首先,作为吸附分子使氮气吸脱附于吸附材料来求出吸附等温线。并且,根据所得到的吸附等温线,且根据下述式(1)或对式(1)进行变形的下述式(1’)计算[p/{Va(p0-p)}],并相对于平衡相对压力(p/p0)进行绘制。并且,将该绘图看作直线,并根据最小二乘法,计算倾斜度s(=[(C-1)/(C·Vm)])及切片i(=[1/(C·Vm)])。并且,由所求出的倾斜度s及切片i且根据下述式(2-1)、下述式(2-2)计算Vm及C。而且,由Vm且根据下述式(3)计算比表面积a sBET,由此能够求出比表面积。

通过氮气BET法计算细孔容积Vp时,例如,对所求出的吸附等温线的吸附数据进行直线插值,并求出以细孔容积计算相对压力进行设定的相对压力下的吸附量V。由该吸附量V且根据下述式(4)能够计算细孔容积Vp。另外,将基于氮气BET法的细孔容积在以下简称为“细孔容积”。

其中,在上述式中,V表示相对压力下的吸附量,Mg表示氮气的分子量,ρg表示氮气的密度。
中孔的孔径例如能够根据BJH法,由相对于其孔径的细孔容积变化率作为细孔的分布来计算。BJH法是作为细孔分布分析法而广泛使用的方法。根据BJH法进行细孔分布分析时,首先,通过作为吸附分子而使氮气吸脱附于吸附材料来求出脱附等温线。并且,根据所求出的脱附等温线,求出吸附分子从细孔被吸附分子(例如氮气)填满的状态开始阶段性地吸脱附时的吸附层的厚度、及此时产生的孔的内径(核半径的2倍),并根据下述式(5)计算细孔半径rp,且根据下述式(6)计算细孔容积。并且,由细孔半径和细孔容积绘制相对于细孔直径(2rp)的细孔容积变化率(d Vp/drp),由此获得细孔分布曲线。此外,该细孔分布曲线中,取得峰值的细孔半径作为峰值细孔半径。

在利用下述表11所示的各试剂来制备的分别含有5mg/l的砷(As)、氟(F)、铅(Pb)的100ml各溶液中,分别添加配合1g的白云石烧成物,并摇晃4小时来均匀地混合。

之后,进行固液分离,根据该各溶液中残留的上述砷、氟及铅的残留量,通过以下的表12所示的方法计算出该溶液中的砷的吸附去除率和所述砷、氟及铅的平均去除率。
另外,关于铅,在mg/l级的分析中利用ICP发射光谱分析法,且在μg/l级的分析中利用电加热原子吸收光谱法来计算。
并且对于滤液的pH及氧化-还原电位(ORP),利用HORIBA,Ltd.制造的台式pH仪:F-73(pH电极:9615S-10D,ORP电极:9300-10D)进行测定。

并且,根据上述表,将表示产地的不同造成的白云石类材料的比表面积与白云石相残留量之间的关系的图示于图11。
根据上述表及图,可知通过将在半烧成白云石中残留的白云石相(CaMg(CO3)2相)的含量设为0.4≤x≤35.4(质量%)来实现高比表面积。并且,与比表面积不同地,通过测定细孔容积,可知细孔通过烧成而形成,还可知成为了多孔质。
这种本发明的具有高比表面积的白云石类材料能够有效地吸附重金属等。
并且,制备出利用上述表11所示的试剂进行制备的、含有5mg/l及100mg/l的砷(As)的100ml溶液。并制备出以下两种溶液:在上述溶液中添加在表1中的半烧成白云石中残留的白云石相(CaMg(CO3)2相)的含量为2.6质量%的1g半烧成白云石,并摇晃4小时来均匀混合的溶液;及添加0.9g所述半烧成白云石和0.1g硫酸亚铁并摇晃4小时来均匀混合的溶液。之后将各溶液进行固液分离,并以上述表12所示的方法测定滤液中的残留砷量,并且计算出各自的砷吸附去除率(%)。将其结果示于表18。
并且,对于滤液的pH及氧化-还原电位(ORP),利用HORIBA,Ltd.制造的台式pH仪:F-73(pH电极:9615S-10D,ORP电极:9300-10D)进行测定。将其结果也示于表18。

根据上述表18,可知若在本发明的具有高比表面积的白云石类材料即残留白云石相(CaMg(CO3)2相)的含量为0.4≤x≤35.4(质量%)的半烧成白云石中进一步配合硫酸亚铁,则可更加提高重金属等的吸附去除率。
产业上的可利用性
本发明中,与产地和原料白云石的成分无关地,能够轻松地得到具有高比表面积的白云石类材料,因此能够有效地适用于吸附去除废水中和土壤中所含的有害重金属等,例如,能够有效地适用于含有由隧道和水库等的挖掘工程和建设工程等而大量产生的重金属等的污染土壤的处理、或工场等的含有重金属等的废水的处理。
Claims (6)
1.一种具有高比表面积的白云石类材料,其特征在于,
所述白云石类材料为半烧成白云石,且利用基于粉末X射线衍射的里特维德法分析的白云石烧成物中的残留CaMg(CO3)2相的含量为0.4质量%≤x≤35.4质量%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有高比表面积的白云石类材料,其特征在于,
所述白云石类材料还含有硫酸亚铁。
3.一种具有高比表面积的白云石类材料的制造方法,其特征在于,
对于白云石,以利用基于粉末X射线衍射的里特维德法分析的白云石烧成物中的残留CaMg(CO3)2相的含量成为0.4质量%≤x≤35.4质量%的方式进行烧成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有高比表面积的白云石类材料的制造方法,其特征在于,
以残留CaMg(CO3)2相的含量成为0.4质量%≤x≤35.4质量%的方式对白云石进行烧成之后,进一步配合硫酸亚铁。
5.一种具有高比表面积的白云石类材料的品质管理方法,其特征在于,
以利用基于粉末X射线衍射的里特维德法分析的白云石烧成物中的残留CaMg(CO3)2相的含量成为0.4质量%≤x≤35.4质量%的方式对白云石进行烧成来调整CaMg(CO3)2相的残留量。
6.一种重金属、卤素或半金属的吸附方法,其特征在于,
所述方法使用权利要求1或2所述的具有高比表面积的白云石类材料。
