本发明公开了一种雪梨饮料及其制备方法,该种雪梨饮料,每100份饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:雪梨20~30份、蔗糖8~16份、调和剂2~5份、维生素C1.2~1.6份、维生素E1.2~1.6份、稳定剂1~1.5份、乙二胺四乙酸0.6~1份、淀粉酶0.2~0.6份、水溶性膳食纤维0.2~0.4份、余量为水。本发明具有配料合理、口味甘甜、对人体有益、开胃健脾等优点。

本发明涉及饮料的制备方法,尤其涉及一种雪梨饮料的制备方法。
背景技术
雪梨具有养生、医疗等作用,可以作为食补的重要原料,雪梨具有清心、润肺、降火、生津的功效,而且还可以美容养颜,对皮肤黝黑者的作用尤为明显,无论生食或熟食对人体都有不同的好处,所以雪梨深受很多女性欢迎。
发明内容
为了充分利用上述板栗优点,本发明的目的是提供一种雪梨饮料的制备方法。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种雪梨饮料及其制备方法,该种雪梨饮料,每100份饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:雪梨20~30份、蔗糖8~16份、调和剂2~5份、维生素C1.2~1.6份、维生素E1.2~1.6份、稳定剂1~1.5份、乙二胺四乙酸0.6~1份、淀粉酶0.2~0.6份、水溶性膳食纤维0.2~0.4份、余量为水。
上述的一种雪梨饮料及其制备方法,该种雪梨饮料,每100份饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:雪梨20~28份、蔗糖8~14份、调和剂2~4份、维生素C1.2~1.4份、维生素E1.2~1.4份、稳定剂1~1.3份、乙二胺四乙酸0.6~0.8份、淀粉酶0.2~0.4份、水溶性膳食纤维0.2~0.3份、余量为水。
上述的一种雪梨饮料及其制备方法,该种雪梨饮料,每100份饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:雪梨25份、蔗糖12份、调和剂4份、维生素C1.4份、维生素E1.4份、稳定剂1.3份、乙二胺四乙酸0.8份、淀粉酶0.4份、水溶性膳食纤维0.3份、余量为水。
上述的一种雪梨饮料及其制备方法,它包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将雪梨洗净去皮,放入研磨器中研磨,与水按1:1混合打浆;
(2)将混合浆液放入60℃的恒温室,加入蔗糖、调和剂、维生素C、维生素E、稳定剂、乙二胺四乙酸、淀粉酶、水溶性膳食纤维,充分搅拌后静置15~30分钟;
(3)待混合浆液冷却至30~40℃时,放入均质机均质,均质压力为15~35Mpa;
(4)瓶装、灭菌,制得雪梨饮料。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有材料选用合理、口味甘甜、对人体有益、开胃健脾等优点。
