本发明公开了一种黄瓜奶昔饮料及其制备方法,该种黄瓜奶昔饮料,每100份饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:黄瓜15~30份、奶昔粉8~16份、枣花蜜4~6份、调和剂2~5份、维生素C1.2~1.6份、稳定剂1~1.5份、柠檬酸0.6~1份、淀粉酶0.2~0.6份、聚葡萄糖水溶性膳食纤维0.2~0.4份、余量为水。本发明具有配料合理、口味甘甜、对人体有益、开胃健脾等优点。

本发明涉及饮料的制备方法,尤其涉及一种黄瓜奶昔饮料的制备方法。
背景技术
黄瓜具有养生、医疗等作用,可以作为食补的重要原料,黄瓜具有清心、润肺、降火、生津的功效,而且还可以美容养颜,对皮肤黝黑者的作用尤为明显,无论生食或熟食对人体都有不同的好处,所以黄瓜深受很多女性欢迎。
发明内容
为了充分利用上述板栗优点,本发明的目的是提供一种黄瓜奶昔饮料的制备方法。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种黄瓜奶昔饮料及其制备方法,该种黄瓜奶昔饮料,每100份饮料由以下重量份的原料组成:黄瓜15~30份、奶昔粉8~16份、枣花蜜4~6份、调和剂2~5份、维生素C1.2~1.6份、稳定剂1~1.5份、柠檬酸0.6~1份、淀粉酶0.2~0.6份、聚葡萄糖水溶性膳食纤维0.2~0.4份、余量为水。

(3)将奶昔粉放入容器中,加水充分搅拌混匀后加热,使奶昔粉充分溶解,静置得到奶昔液;
(3)将混合浆液与奶昔液混合,加入枣花蜜、调和剂、维生素、稳定剂、柠檬酸、聚葡萄糖水溶性膳食纤维拌匀;
(5)瓶装、灭菌,制得黄瓜奶昔饮料。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有材料选用合理、口味甘甜、对人体有益、开胃健脾等优点。
