背景技术
280-400nm波长的光辐射可使表皮层黝黑。也已知280-320 nm波长的辐射(称为UV-B辐射)引起红斑和皮肤晒伤,抑制皮肤黝黑。已知320-400nm波长的辐射(称为UV-A辐射)能导致皮肤黝黑, 但也能引起皮肤损伤,特别是能导致长期暴露于阳光下的敏感皮肤损伤。
提高皮肤防晒保护水平所需要的一个方面是考虑在皮肤直接防护外加其它的措施。例如,考虑通过衣物覆盖皮肤的保护来避免直接暴露于阳光下。开发具有抗紫外功能的防晒面料,一直是近年来的热点。然而,夏季暴晒的同时,气温高,如何既能有效防晒又能吸湿透气,是人们追求的目标。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种荧光防晒面料,其特征在于,所述荧光防晒面料按双层织物设计,外层和中间连接集圈采用涤纶,内层采用呈异形截面且具有吸湿排汗功能的涤纶,进行织造获得坯布。

将纳米二氧化钛、竹炭粉、纳米陶土、植物油按照重量比1:1:1:1的比例在球磨机中混合研磨,然后将研磨后的物料在炭化炉中以1~2℃/分钟升温至220~250℃高温处理20分钟,然后将其与亲水性聚酯切片按照1:5~8的重量比加入到高速混合搅拌机中,转速为1000~2000转/分钟,搅拌混合均匀后,升温至190℃,提高转速至3000~4000转/分钟,继续搅拌20分钟,然后停止加热并继续搅拌至混合均匀,然后冷却出料,用真空转鼓干燥机干燥充分干燥12~15小时;
然后将聚酯切片与上述充分干燥得到的物料按照95:5的重量比,双螺杆纺丝机熔融纺丝,其中双螺杆一区、二区、三区、四区、五区、六区和七区的纺丝温度分别为160~175℃、165~185℃、165~185℃、165~190℃、165~190℃、180~200℃和180~200℃,熔体温度为180~200℃、喷丝组件温度为150~165℃,熔体从喷丝板喷出后,经过侧吹风冷却凝固成丝条,其中喷丝板的喷丝孔为十字型;

将2~3克/升分散荧光黄、1~2克/升水杨酸异丙酯、1~2克/升木质素磺酸钠配成染液,将织物加入染液中,浴比1:10,以1~2℃/min的升温速度升温至120~130℃,保温30~40min;
降温还原清洗,在处理液中依次加入包括2~3克/升连二亚硫酸钠、3~4克/升碳酸钠和1~2克/升脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚,温度为80℃,处理15分钟。

本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明人发现将纳米二氧化钛、竹炭粉、纳米陶土、植物油球磨之后在220~250℃高温处理,物料中各组分的粒径下降,然而却不会增加其团聚作用,增加物料之间的相容性,使其不需要化学改性即可添加到纺丝熔体中;
2、上述物料的添加并不会影响其吸湿排汗功能;
3、进一步荧光增白、荧光染色,赋予面料独特的色泽,提高了附加值;
4、染色后的降温还原清洗使荧光染料发色更加饱满;
5、定型整理中增加了吸湿排汗、柔软整理剂,一步赋予织物多个功能,且相互之间不会影响,节约了工序。

按双层织物设计,外层和中间连接集圈采用涤纶,内层采用呈异形截面且具有吸湿排汗功能的涤纶,进行织造获得坯布。将坯布进行增白整理:整理液包括0.2克/升荧光增白剂OB-1, 0.2克/升荧光增白剂VBL, 2克/升分散蓝染料,浴比1:5,在125℃,处理40分钟,降温水洗出布;将3克/升分散荧光黄、2克/升水杨酸异丙酯、2克/升木质素磺酸钠配成染液,将织物加入染液中,浴比1:10,以1~2℃/min的升温速度升温至130℃,保温40min;降温还原清洗,在处理液中依次加入包括3克/升连二亚硫酸钠、4克/升碳酸钠和2克/升脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚,温度为80℃,处理15分钟。将染色后织物进行红外线干燥,然后将织物进行定型整理,整理液包括亲水性硅油T718 6克/升、氨基硅油柔软剂20克/升,吸湿排汗剂PSR 1.4克/升和中和酸AC 0.14克/升,在温度175℃、布速25m/min。
紫外透射率及紫外防护系数(Ultraviolet Protection Factor)测试 UPF依据AS/NZS 4399-96标准,使用美国Labsphere公司生产UV-1000F 紫外透射率分析仪测得,结果见表1。

Claims (3)

1.一种荧光防晒面料的生产方法,其特征在于,按双层织物设计,外层和中间连接集圈采用涤纶,内层采用呈异形截面且具有吸湿排汗功能的涤纶,进行织造获得坯布。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的荧光防晒面料,其特征在于,其制造方法为将染色后织物进行红外线干燥,然后将织物进行定型整理,整理液包括亲水性硅油T718 4~6克/升、氨基硅油柔软剂18~20克/升,吸湿排汗剂PSR 1.0~1.4克/升和中和酸AC 0.10~0.14克/升,在温度165~175℃、布速15~25m/min。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的荧光防晒面料,其特征在于,其制造方法为将坯布进行增白整理:整理液包括0.1~0.2克/升荧光增白剂OB-1,0.1~0.2克/升荧光增白剂VBL,1~2克/升分散蓝染料,浴比1:5,在120~125℃,处理30~40分钟,降温水洗出布;
将2~3克/升分散荧光黄、1~2克/升水杨酸异丙酯、1~2克/升木质素磺酸钠配成染液,将织物加入染液中,浴比1:10,以1~2℃/min的升温速度升温至120~130℃,保温30~40min;
降温还原清洗,在处理液中依次加入包括2~3克/升连二亚硫酸钠、3~4克/升碳酸钠和1~2克/升脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚,温度为80℃,处理15分钟。
