Abstract
本发明公开了一种防透视浅色全棉高支色织面料的制造方法,该制造方法在色织面料的定型步骤中将色织面料浸轧在含有纳米二氧化钛和珍珠粉的防透视整理液中,而后培烘再浸轧在吸湿快干整理剂中,最后再进行热轧光工艺。利用该制造方法可以制造出防透视性能好的浅色全棉色织面料,同时具有极好的抗紫外效果,使得夏季服装穿着更轻薄、更舒适、更安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料的制造方法,特别是指一种防透视浅色全棉高支色织面料的制造方法。
背景技术
人们对于纺织品功能个性化和复合化要求的不断提高,防透视光学功能纺织品具有巨大的潜在市场。目前这类防透视纺织品多为化纤及其混纺织物,通过在纺丝液中添加无机粒子来增强对光的反射、散射或吸收。而赋予全棉织物防透视效果的研究极少,棉纤维作为自然界中丰富的可再生纤维素资源,它的可再生性、生物可降解性一直受到人们的重视,同时具有良好的吸湿性,穿着舒适,手感柔软,染色性能好,是最常用的服用面料之一,但是浅色棉织物,尤其是夏季白色织物,由于较轻薄,因此透明度高,且吸湿后不易散失,造成透视现象明显,,给人们带来了困扰。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种防透视浅色全棉高支色织面料的制造方法,利用该制造方法可以制造出防透视性能好的的浅色全棉色织面料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种防透视浅色全棉高支色织面料的制造方法,该制造方法在色织面料的定型步骤中将色织面料浸轧在含有纳米二氧化钛和珍珠粉的防透视整理液中,而后培烘再浸轧在吸湿快干整理剂中,最后再进行热轧光工艺。
作为一种优选的方案,所述防透视整理液采用溶胶-凝胶技术配置而成,将纳米二氧化钛、珍珠粉通过搅拌及超声波处理的方式分散到载体中,纳米二氧化钛的添加量为0.2-0.5%owf、珍珠粉的添加量为0.2-0.5%owf。
作为一种优选的方案,所述载体由改性硅油、乳化剂、分散剂组成。
作为一种优选的方案,所述超声波的强度为20-50kHz。
作为一种优选的方案,所述的培烘步骤包括在80℃预烘1.5-2min后再在130℃培烘2.5-3min。
作为一种优选的方案,所述热轧光工艺中色织面料的车速:35-55米/分,温度为150-170℃,压力8-10kg。
采用了上述技术方案后,本发明的效果是:1.该制造方法在色织面料定型步骤中将面料浸轧在含有纳米二氧化钛和珍珠粉的防透视整理液中,经过焙烘后使色织面料附着了纳米二氧化钛和珍珠粉,具有一定的防透视效果;2.再将面料浸轧在吸湿快干整理剂中赋予了色织面料吸湿快干效果,减少了织物吸湿后白度下降,防透视效果下降的现象;3.最后对面料进行热轧光,提高织物光泽,通过增强反射作用来达到改善防透视效果的目的。该方法结合上述三个方面使浅色全面高支色织面料具有非常好的防透视效果,同时具有极好的抗紫外效果,使得夏季服装穿着更轻薄、更舒适、更安全。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
实施例一
一种防透视浅色全棉高支色织面料的制造方法,该制造方法在色织面料的定型步骤中将色织面料浸轧在含有纳米二氧化钛和珍珠粉的防透视整理液中,而后培烘再浸轧在吸湿快干整理剂中,最后再进行热轧光工艺。
其中,所述防透视整理液采用溶胶-凝胶技术配置而成,将纳米二氧化钛、珍珠粉通过搅拌及超声波处理的方式分散到载体中,纳米二氧化钛的添加量为0.2%owf、珍珠粉的添加量为0.5%owf。所述载体由改性硅油、乳化剂、分散剂组成。利用高速搅拌并结合超声波处理的方式,使纳米二氧化钛和珍珠粉均匀的分散到载体中,避免颗粒聚集,使色织面料的浸轧效果更好。其中,所述超声波的强度为20-50kHz。
上述的所述的培烘步骤包括在80℃预烘1.5min后再在130℃培烘3min。其车速控制在20m/min。所述热轧光工艺中色织面料的车速:35米/分,温度为150℃,压力8kg。
实施例二
该实施例与实施例一的方法基本相同,只是参数上做了调整,其中纳米二氧化钛的添加量为0.5%owf、珍珠粉的添加量为0.2%owf。
所述的培烘步骤包括在80℃预烘2min后再在130℃培烘2.5min。
所述热轧光工艺中色织面料的车速:55米/分,温度为170℃,压力10kg。
实施例三
该实施例与实施例一的方法基本相同,只是参数上做了调整,其中纳米二氧化钛的添加量为0.4%owf、珍珠粉的添加量为0.4%owf。
所述的培烘步骤包括在80℃预烘2min后再在130℃培烘3min。
作为一种优选的方案,所述热轧光工艺中色织面料的车速:45米/分,温度为160℃,压力9kg。
经过上述三个实施例制作得到的色织面料经过检测后其性能结果如下:
1、透明度<10%
2、30次水洗后透明度<20%
3、快干性>30%
4、吸湿性<5s
5、UPF值>50

1.一种防透视浅色全棉高支色织面料的制造方法,该制造方法在色织面料的定型步骤中将色织面料浸轧在含有纳米二氧化钛和珍珠粉的防透视整理液中,而后培烘再浸轧在吸湿快干整理剂中,最后再进行热轧光工艺。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防透视浅色全棉高支色织面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述防透视整理液采用溶胶-凝胶技术配置而成,将纳米二氧化钛、珍珠粉通过搅拌及超声波处理的方式分散到载体中,纳米二氧化钛的添加量为0.2-0.5%owf、珍珠粉的添加量为0.2-0.5%owf。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种防透视浅色全棉高支色织面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述载体由改性硅油、乳化剂、分散剂组成。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种防透视浅色全棉高支色织面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述超声波的强度为20-50kHz。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种防透视浅色全棉高支色织面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的培烘步骤包括在80℃预烘1.5-2min后再在130℃培烘2.5-3min。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种防透视浅色全棉高支色织面料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述热轧光工艺中色织面料的车速:35-55米/分,温度为150-170℃,压力8-10kg。
