Abstract
本发明公开了一种防化服面料,包括:保护层、隔热层、抗静电层和里料层,所述保护层与所述隔热层相连接;所述隔热层与所述抗静电层相连接;所述抗静电层与所述里料层相连接,所述里料层为复合棉布,所述复合棉布按重量百分比由10%~30%氨纶纤维和70%~90%的棉布混纺而成;所述保护层表面设有反光膜,所述反光膜由硫酸钡粉末、钛白粉、珍珠粉。成膜助剂和有机溶剂组成。通过上述方式,本发明一种防化服面料是由抵抗病菌沾染的材料制成,最表面还铺有一层不沾液体的物质,使得血液药水等液体不易沾身。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及服装领域,尤其涉及一种防化服面料。
背景技术
防化服是为保护自身免遭化学危险品或腐蚀性物质的侵害而设计的防护服装,用以抵御或者降低来自有毒蒸气、气体、微粒、化学飞溅、沉浸或接触有毒材料等带来的伤害。
目前市场上广泛使用的防化服,根据材质的不同,可主要分为三类:一是橡胶类防化服,采用天然橡胶或者改性橡胶材料,机械强度高,有弹性,可修补,但是其防化能力有限且成本也比较高;第二类是复合材料类防化服,采用多种高分子材料复合而成,可以实现较宽范围的防护,此类防化服成本低,防化能力强,性价比高,耐候性好,但其无弹性,且不可修补,使用次数有限;第三类是塑料材料类防化服,常见有PVC(聚氯乙烯)防化服和PE(聚乙烯)防化服,此类防化服成本较低,机械强度高,但材质较硬,不耐折叠,且通常仅用于酸碱类防护,不适用于气密型的高等防化服。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有防化能力强,性价比高,耐候性好,有弹性弹性,且可修补的防化服面料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种防化服面料,包括:保护层、隔热层、抗静电层和里料层,所述保护层与所述隔热层相连接;
所述隔热层与所述抗静电层相连接;
所述抗静电层与所述里料层相连接,所述里料层为复合棉布,所述复合棉布按重量百分比由10%~30%氨纶纤维和70%~90%的棉布混纺而成;
所述保护层表面设有反光膜,所述反光膜由硫酸钡粉末、钛白粉、珍珠粉、成膜助剂和有机溶剂组成,所述反光膜内各物质含量为:硫酸钡粉末40~50wt%、钛白粉10~15wt%、珍珠粉10~15wt%、成膜助剂15~20wt%,其余为有机溶剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述保护层材料为TychemBR。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗静电层材料为聚氨酯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防化服面料的厚度为0.45mm~0.55mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种防化服面料是一种具有防化能力强,性价比高,耐候性好,有弹性弹性,且可修补的防化服面料。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:一种防化服面料,包括:保护层1、隔热层2、抗静电层3和里料层4,所述保护层1与所述隔热层2相连接,所述保护层1材料TychemBR,TychemBR能够防有毒的腐蚀性气体、液体和一些固体化学物质,多种危险化学品经过接触TychemBR材料长达8小时之后,并未发现明显的渗透,具有非常耐用、防撕裂等功能,TychemBR材料为橙黄色,在黑暗处的可视性很好,在禁忌情况下更安全,在烟雾的环境下,更加容易被看到。
所述隔热层2与所述抗静电层3相连接,所述抗静电层3材料为聚氨酯,聚氨酯无污染,无毒无味,并且具有良好的抗静电功能。
所述抗静电层3与所述里料层4相连接,所述里料层4为复合棉布,所述复合棉布按重量百分比由10%~30%氨纶纤维和70%~90%的棉布混纺而成,复合棉布具有轻松保暖,柔和贴身,吸湿性和透气性好等优点,而且具有良好的延展性。
所述保护层1表面黏贴有反光膜5,所述反光膜5由硫酸钡粉末、钛白粉、珍珠粉、成膜助剂和有机溶剂组成,所述反光膜5内各物质含量为:硫酸钡粉末40~50wt%、钛白粉10~15wt%、珍珠粉10~15wt%、成膜助剂15~20wt%,其余为有机溶剂。
所述反光膜5使得工作人员在漆黑的环境下更加容易被发现,使其安全性更加好
下面对本发明的一种防化服面料的工作原理进行详细介绍。
制作时首先将TychemBR保护层1与隔热层2相连接,然后将所述隔热层2与所述聚氨酯抗静电层3相连接,最后将聚氨酯抗静电层3和里料层4通过缝纫的方式连接在一起,最后在TychemBR保护层1表面黏贴一层反光膜5。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种防化服面料是一种具有防化能力强,性价比高,耐候性好,有弹性弹性,且可修补的防化服面料。

1.一种防化服面料,其特征在于,包括:保护层、隔热层、抗静电层和里料层,所述保护层与所述隔热层相连接;
所述隔热层与所述抗静电层相连接;
所述抗静电层与所述里料层相连接,所述里料层为复合棉布,所述复合棉布按重量百分比由10%~30%氨纶纤维和70%~90%的棉布混纺而成;
所述保护层表面设有反光膜,所述反光膜由硫酸钡粉末、钛白粉、珍珠粉、成膜助剂和有机溶剂组成,所述反光膜内各物质含量为:硫酸钡粉末40~50wt%、钛白粉10~15wt%、珍珠粉10~15wt%、成膜助剂15~20wt%,其余为有机溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防化服面料,其特征在于:所述保护层材料为TychemBR。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防化服面料,其特征在于:所述抗静电层材料为聚氨酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防化服面料,其特征在于:所述防化服面料的厚度为0.45mm~0.55mm。
