Abstract
本发明公开了一种涤/氨三明治抗菌面料及其染整方法,它是由上面料层、下面料层以及连接层通过纬编双面机台织造而成,连接层为20D‑70D的涤纶MOLO纱,上面料层由30D‑50D的普通涤纶纱与20D的氨纶交织而成,下面料层由30D‑50D的异型截面涤纶纱、30D‑50D的铜纤维抗菌纱以及20D的氨纶交织而成。染整方法包括预定型、染色、成品定型以及在预定型之前直接过缩炼机,除油配方如下:2~6g/L高效除油剂、1~3g/L烧碱、1~3g/L氨纶除油剂。本发明的涤/氨三明治抗菌面料不但具有保暖、快干、抗菌功能,而且回弹性良好、手感丰厚、舒适,染整过程中可以有效避免折痕的产生,各项牢度优良。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织印染技术领域,具体涉及一种涤/氨三明治抗菌面料及其染整方法。
背景技术
三明治面料由上、中、下三个面组成。表面通常为网孔设计,中间一层为连接表面与底面的MOLO纱,底面通常为密织的平版面,俗称“三明治”。面料底下有层密网,使得表面的网不至于变形太大,加强了面料的牢度及色彩度。网状效果使得面料更有现代感和运动感网状效果。它采用高分子合成纤维由精密机台一次性编织而成,经久耐用,属于经编针织布里面的精品。
但是这种常见的经编三明治面料的表面网孔较大、蓬松感较差、回弹力也不理想,而且表面容易集灰、正反面经常会反丝,不适宜作为服装面料。
另外,现有的三明治面料在生产过程中由于中间的MOLO纱经常出现不规则的倒伏,从而影响织物蓬松的手感,且MOLO纱倒伏处布面形成暗影,影响布面品质;而对于涤/氨三明治面料还存在氨纶易熔断的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种涤/氨三明治抗菌面料及其染整方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种涤/氨三明治抗菌面料,它是由上面料层、下面料层以及连接层通过纬编双面机台织造而成。
所述连接层为20D-70D的涤纶MOLO纱。
涤纶MOLO纱太细会影响面料的保型性及回弹性,涤纶MOLO纱太粗则会影响面料的手感。
所述上面料层由30D-50D的普通涤纶纱与20D的氨纶交织而成。
所述下面料层由30D-50D的异型截面涤纶纱、30D-50D的铜纤维抗菌纱以及20D的氨纶交织而成。
所述涤/氨三明治抗菌面料中,涤纶MOLO纱的用量为20~30wt%;上面料层中的30D-50D的普通涤纶纱的用量为30~40wt%;下面料层中的30D-50D的异型截面涤纶纱的用量为12~20wt%,30D-50D的铜纤维抗菌纱的用量为12~20wt%;上面料层和下面料层中的20D的氨纶的用量均为4~8wt%。
所述异型截面涤纶纱为C型截面、Y型截面或者+型截面。
所述铜纤维抗菌纱为铜纳米化后植入涤纶聚酯纤维所得的抗菌纱,又称涤纶铜离子抗菌纤维。
所述涤/氨三明治抗菌面料的厚度≥3mm,优选为4~10mm。
上述涤/氨三明治抗菌面料的染整方法,包括预定型、染色以及成品定型。
为了解决涤纶MOLO纱倒伏问题,首先,在坯布运输、储存过程中,每匹坯布之间不得交叉叠压,需采用立柱式放置;然后在预定型之前(也即松布之后)直接过缩炼机,使面料预先除油并充分消除卷曲张力,使涤纶MOLO纱松弛、收缩,避免涤纶MOLO纱倒伏问题;最后缩炼下机时,一布车堆放不超过4匹,且需要立刻进行预定型,以防止压印及水印。
为了进一步解决氨纶熔断问题,缩炼机除油配方如下:2~6g/L高效除油剂、1~3g/L烧碱、1~3g/L氨纶除油剂。
所述预定型的温度为190~205℃,时间为1~2.5min。
所述染色的温度为120~150℃,时间为45~90min。
所述成品定型的温度为130~160℃,时间为1~2.5min。
本发明具有的积极效果:
(1)本发明的涤/氨三明治抗菌面料的下面料层中采用异型截面涤纶纱,使得面料的贴肤面具有吸湿速干功能,能够将人体体表产生的湿气通过异型截面沟槽导出体外,从而使人体肌肤保持干爽。
(2)本发明的涤/氨三明治抗菌面料的下面料层中采用铜纤维抗菌纱,使得面料具有持续、高效的抗菌、抑菌效果,水洗100次后的抑菌率仍高达98%。
(3)本发明采用涤纶MOLO纱替代传统的棉MOLO纱,从而使面料具有优异的回弹性。
(4)本发明将上面料层和下面料层的用纱细度控制在50D以下,并将面料厚度控制在3~10mm,从而使得面料手感舒适又不乏身骨。
(5)本发明通过在预定型前进行缩炼机除油等技术手段有效解决了MOLO纱倒伏造成的蓬松感差、暗影等问题,同时通过除油配方中加入氨纶专用除油剂,还解决了预定型时氨纶易熔断的问题。
(6)本发明的涤/氨三明治抗菌面料不但具有保暖、快干、抗菌功能,而且回弹性良好、手感丰厚、舒适,染整过程中可以有效避免折痕的产生,各项牢度优良。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本实施例的涤/氨三明治抗菌面料由上面料层、下面料层以及连接层通过纬编双面机台织造而成。
上面料层由50D的普通涤纶纱与20D的氨纶交织而成。
连接层为30D的涤纶MOLO纱(也即普通涤纶纱)。
下面料层由50D的Y型截面涤纶纱、50D的铜纤维抗菌纱【来源于浙江银瑜新材料股份有限公司】以及20D的氨纶交织而成。
本实施例的涤/氨三明治抗菌面料的厚度为7mm。
本实施例的涤/氨三明治抗菌面料中:上面料层中的50D的普通涤纶纱的用量为31.90wt%,20D的氨纶的用量为5wt%;涤纶MOLO纱的用量为26.2wt%;下面料层中的50D的Y型截面涤纶纱的用量为15.95wt%,50D的铜纤维抗菌纱的用量为15.95wt%,20D的氨纶的用量为5wt%。
上述纬编双面机台的织造三角配置表见表1。

本实施例的涤/氨三明治抗菌面料的染整方法,具有以下步骤:
①首先,在坯布运输、储存过程中,每匹坯布之间不得交叉叠压,需采用立柱式放置;然后在松布之后直接过缩炼机,使面料预先除油并充分消除卷曲张力,使涤纶MOLO纱松弛、收缩,避免涤纶MOLO纱倒伏问题;最后缩炼下机时,一布车堆放不超过4匹,且需要立刻进行预定型,以防止压印及水印。
缩炼机除油配方如下:4g/L高效除油剂HT-ECO、2g/L烧碱、2g/L氨纶除油剂ST-1050。
上述高效除油剂HT-ECO来源于江苏德旺化工工业有限公司。
上述氨纶除油剂ST-1050来源于江阴市诗图化工有限公司。
②预定型;温度为195℃,时间为2min。
预定型时需要注意调节机台张力。
③染色;先加入三种助剂并运行均匀,然后匀速加入分散染料,加料时间控制在10min,最后用冰醋酸调节pH,关键时段控制升温速率(先以3℃/min的升温速率升温至80℃,再以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至100℃,最后以2℃/min的升温速率升温至130℃),并在130℃保温60min。
染色结束后,依次进行酸性还原清洗(95℃×20min)、碱性还原洗(85℃×20min)、水洗以及调酸。
需要注意的是:染深色系要选择高牢度染料,染机以大喷嘴、大浴比为佳。染色过程中应注意织物绳状折叠位置是否随织物运转一直变化,若不变化,易造成染色折痕,则需坯定后先订边,再染色。
具体染色工艺见图1。

④成品定型;温度为130℃,时间为1.5min。
成品定型时需要保持布面平整,避免大缩码。
成品下机后立刻验布包装,避免长时间重压造成布面叠印。

1.一种涤/氨三明治抗菌面料,其特征在于:它是由上面料层、下面料层以及连接层通过纬编双面机台织造而成;
所述连接层为20D-70D的涤纶MOLO纱;
所述上面料层由30D-50D的普通涤纶纱与20D的氨纶交织而成;
所述下面料层由30D-50D的异型截面涤纶纱、30D-50D的铜纤维抗菌纱以及20D的氨纶交织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涤/氨三明治抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述涤/氨三明治抗菌面料中,涤纶MOLO纱的用量为20~30wt%;上面料层中的30D-50D的普通涤纶纱的用量为30~40wt%;下面料层中的30D-50D的异型截面涤纶纱的用量为12~20wt%,30D-50D的铜纤维抗菌纱的用量为12~20wt%;上面料层和下面料层中的20D的氨纶的用量均为4~8wt%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的涤/氨三明治抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述异型截面涤纶纱为C型截面、Y型截面或者+型截面。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的涤/氨三明治抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述涤/氨三明治抗菌面料的厚度为4~10mm。
5.一种权利要求1至4之一所述的涤/氨三明治抗菌面料的染整方法,包括预定型、染色以及成品定型;其特征在于:在预定型之前还包括缩炼机除油。
6.根据权利要求5所述的涤/氨三明治抗菌面料的染整方法,其特征在于:所述缩炼机除油配方如下:2~6g/L高效除油剂、1~3g/L烧碱、1~3g/L氨纶除油剂。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的涤/氨三明治抗菌面料的染整方法,其特征在于:还包括在缩炼机除油之前,在坯布运输、储存过程中,每匹坯布之间不得交叉叠压,需采用立柱式放置;以及缩炼机除油之后,一布车堆放不超过4匹,且需要立刻进行预定型。
8.根据权利要求5至7之一所述的涤/氨三明治抗菌面料的染整方法,其特征在于:所述预定型的温度为190~205℃,时间为1~2.5min。
9.根据权利要求5至7之一所述的涤/氨三明治抗菌面料的染整方法,其特征在于:所述染色的温度为120~150℃,时间为45~90min。
10.根据权利要求5至7之一所述的涤/氨三明治抗菌面料的染整方法,其特征在于:所述成品定型的温度为130~160℃,时间为1~2.5min。
