技术领域
本发明涉及面料针织领域,尤其涉及一种交错波纹弹性针织面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的不断发展以及生活水平的逐渐提高,消费者对于针织服装的消费观念产生了很大的变化,除保暖、透气、舒适等性能要求外,也追求质感强烈、肌理明显、弹性丰富的面料。
涤纶再生短纤维主要是以回收的废弃聚酯为原料,经处理加工纺丝制成,实现了PET产品的循环使用;纯棉面料有诸多优点,如透气性好、柔软等,但易起皱不易护理、弹性较差,与其他纤维混纺后性能得到改善的同时,也保留棉纤维原有的优点;弹性氨纶不仅弹性高,强度也很好,弹性氨纶使面料染色、整理之后织物紧致,且具有很好的拉伸回复性。在常规性能和织物结构基础上,添加弹性氨纶为原料,通过原料和织物结构的创新设计,开发出具有交错波纹结构的弹性针织面料。
发明内容
为了解决常规织物不能同时保证质感强烈、肌理明显、弹性丰富的问题,本发明提供一种交错波纹弹性针织面料及其制备方法。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明第一个方面是提供了一种交错波纹弹性针织面料,面料采用再生涤纶、弹性氨纶和涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺的混纺纱交织的特殊双面结构;所述双面结构一面为交错波纹立体结构,另一面为平整光滑的线性直条结构;所述交织一路为再生涤纶纱与弹性氨纶的添纱组织;一路为涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺的混纺纱,涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维的重量百分配制比例为50-60:40-50。
进一步地,所述交错波纹立体结构由波纹条和隔条交错构成。
进一步优选地,所述涤纶再生短纤维与所述棉纤维的重量百分配制比例为 55:45。
本发明第二个方面是提供一种交错波纹弹性针织面料的制备方法,包括步骤:
(1)涤纶再生短纤维制备:将PET聚酯回收料螺杆式喂入挤压机中,过滤、均聚、增压后,熔体通过熔体管道注入纺丝组件中纺丝,得到涤纶再生短纤维;
(2)涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺:将所述涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺;
(3)纱支搭配:通过分析,选取合理的再生涤纶纱,弹性氨纶纱,涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺的混纺纱;
(4)面料织造:将面料织造成一面为交错波纹立体、另一面为平整光滑的线性直条的双面结构;
(5)预定型:采用轧水处理湿热预定型,工艺为150-170℃、车速20-30m/min、超喂10-30%、纬向拉伸0-8%;
(6)染色前处理:制备染液Ⅰ,由纯碱1-3g/L、Span-Rt净洗剂1-6g/L、JFC 渗透剂0.1-1g/L混合而成,按照浴比1:30,在温度90-110℃下处理30min,热水洗、冷水洗;
(7)染色:制备染液Ⅱ,由SE中温型分散染料0.5-6%(o.w.f)、SD分散型阳离子染料0.5-6%(o.w.f)、ZJ-RH12均匀剂0.5-6%(o.w.f)混合而成,调节PH为 4.5-5,按照浴比1:25,在50-60℃将复合面料入染,以1℃/min速度升温至90-110 ℃,保温10min,再升温至120-130℃,再保温60min,水洗,还原清洗。
(8)染棉:将经过步骤(7)染色后的织物置于溢流染色机内,将活性染料、元明粉、纯碱依次加入溢流染色机内染色;
(9)将步骤(8)处理后的织物依次经皂洗、水洗、烘干、后整理、定型即得。
进一步地,步骤(1)过滤过程中恒定的压力为8.0Mpa,过滤时采用一级滤网为25微米、二级滤网为20微米的两级过滤。
进一步地,步骤(1)中纺丝时的温度为270-280℃,纺丝速度2800-3000m/min,冷却吹风的风速为0.5m/s,风温为26℃,相对湿度为80-90%。
进一步地,步骤(6)中染液Ⅰ,由纯碱2g/L、Span-Rt净洗剂2-4g/L、JFC 渗透剂0.5-1g/L混合而成。
进一步地,步骤(7)中制备染液Ⅱ,由SE中温型分散染料1.5-3%(o.w.f)、 SD分散型阳离子染料1.5-3%(o.w.f)、ZJ-RH12均匀剂1.5-3%(o.w.f)混合而成。
进一步地,步骤(8)中所述棉染的条件为温度50-70℃、时间30-50min。
进一步地,步骤(9)中所述定型的温度为150-160℃。

本发明的交错波纹弹性针织面料,天然纤维与再生合成纤维搭配,既环保又改善棉纤维的性能,面料舒适环保;弹性氨纶的合理使用,使面料染色,整理之后织物紧致,且具有很好的拉伸回复性;双面面料一面呈现交错波纹的立体效果、一面呈现平整光滑的线性直条效果,面料质感强烈、肌理明显;且其制备方法采用多段染色,保证面料均匀充分染色,在染色前利用预定型工艺使织物适度收缩、降低织物内部应力,然后通过选用适当的染色过程,避免因面料收缩差异而导致染色不均的问题。

实施例1
一种交错波纹弹性针织面料,面料采用再生涤纶、弹性氨纶和涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺的混纺纱交织的特殊双面结构;所述双面结构一面为交错波纹立体结构,另一面为平整光滑的线性直条结构,所述交错波纹立体结构由波纹条和隔条交错构成;所述交织一路为再生涤纶纱与弹性氨纶的添纱组织;一路为涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺的混纺纱,涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维的重量百分配制比例为60:40。
本实施例交错波纹弹性针织面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)涤纶再生短纤维制备:将PET聚酯回收料螺杆式喂入挤压机中,在恒定压力8.0Mpa采用25微米一级滤网和20微米两级滤网过滤、均聚、增压后,熔体通过熔体管道注入纺丝组件中,在温度280℃、冷却吹风的风速为0.5m/s、风温为26℃、相对湿度为90%条件下,以3000m/min的速度纺丝;
(2)涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺:将所述涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺;
(3)纱支搭配:通过分析,选取合理的再生涤纶纱,弹性氨纶纱,涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺的混纺纱;
(4)面料织造:将面料织造成一面为交错波纹立体、另一面为平整光滑的线性直条的双面结构;
(5)预定型:采用轧水处理湿热预定型,工艺为150℃、车速25m/min、超喂10%、纬向拉伸4%;
(6)染色前处理:制备染液Ⅰ,由纯碱3g/L、Span-Rt净洗剂6g/L、JFC 渗透剂1g/L混合而成,按照浴比1:30,在温度110℃下处理30min,热水洗、冷水洗;
(7)染色:制备染液Ⅱ,由SE中温型分散染料6%(o.w.f)、SD分散型阳离子染料6%(o.w.f)、ZJ-RH12均匀剂6%(o.w.f)混合而成,调节PH为4.5-5,按照浴比1:25,在60℃将复合面料入染,以1℃/min速度升温至110℃,保温 10min,再升温至130℃,再保温60min,水洗,还原清洗;
(8)染棉工艺:将经过步骤(7)染色后的织物置于溢流染色机内,将活性染料、元明粉、纯碱依次加入溢流染色机内,温度50℃,时间30min;
(9)皂洗、水洗、烘干、后整理、160℃条件下定型即得。
实施例2
一种交错波纹弹性针织面料,面料采用再生涤纶、弹性氨纶和涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺的混纺纱交织的特殊双面结构;所述双面结构一面为交错波纹立体结构,另一面为平整光滑的线性直条结构,所述交错波纹立体结构由波纹条和隔条交错构成;所述交织一路为再生涤纶纱与弹性氨纶的添纱组织;一路为涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺的混纺纱,涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维的重量百分配制比例为50:50。

(3)纱支搭配:通过分析,选取合理的再生涤纶纱,弹性氨纶纱,涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺的混纺纱;
(4)面料织造:将面料织造成一面为交错波纹立体、另一面为平整光滑的线性直条的双面结构;
(5)预定型:采用轧水处理湿热预定型,工艺为160℃、车速25m/min、超喂20%、纬向拉伸6%;
(6)染色前处理:制备染液Ⅰ,由纯碱1g/L、Span-Rt净洗剂1g/L、JFC 渗透剂0.1g/L混合而成,按照浴比1:30,在温度90℃下处理30min,热水洗、冷水洗;
(7)染色:制备染液Ⅱ,由SE中温型分散染料0.5%(o.w.f)、SD分散型阳离子染料0.5%(o.w.f)、ZJ-RH12均匀剂0.5%(o.w.f)混合而成,调节PH为4.5-5,按照浴比1:25,在50℃将复合面料入染,以1℃/min速度升温至90℃,保温 10min,再升温至120℃,再保温60min,水洗,还原清洗;
(8)染棉工艺:将经过步骤(7)染色后的织物置于溢流染色机内,将活性染料、元明粉、纯碱依次加入溢流染色机内,温度70℃,时间50min;
(9)皂洗、水洗、烘干、后整理、150℃条件下定型即得。
实施例3

(7)染色:制备染液Ⅱ,由SE中温型分散染料1.5%(o.w.f)、SD分散型阳离子染料1.5%(o.w.f)、ZJ-RH12均匀剂1.5%(o.w.f)混合而成,调节PH为4.5-5,按照浴比1:25,在50℃将复合面料入染,以1℃/min速度升温至100℃,保温 10min,再升温至125℃,再保温60min,水洗,还原清洗;
(8)染棉工艺:将经过步骤(7)染色后的织物置于溢流染色机内,将活性染料、元明粉、纯碱依次加入溢流染色机内,温度70℃,时间50min;
(9)皂洗、水洗、烘干、后整理、155℃条件下定型即得。

Claims (10)

1.一种交错波纹弹性针织面料,其特征在于,面料采用再生涤纶、弹性氨纶和涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺的混纺纱交织的特殊双面结构;所述双面结构一面为交错波纹立体结构,另一面为平整光滑的线性直条结构;所述交织一路为再生涤纶纱与弹性氨纶的添纱组织、一路为涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺的混纺纱,涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维的重量百分配制比例为50-60:40-50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的交错波纹弹性针织面料,其特征在于,所述交错波纹立体结构由波纹条和隔条交错构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的交错波纹弹性针织面料,其特征在于,所述涤纶再生短纤维与所述棉纤维的重量百分配制比例为55:45。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述的交错波纹弹性针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(1)涤纶再生短纤维制备:将PET聚酯回收料螺杆式喂入挤压机中,过滤、均聚、增压后,熔体通过熔体管道注入纺丝组件中纺丝,得到涤纶再生短纤维;
(2)涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺:将所述涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺;
(3)纱支搭配:通过分析,选取合理的再生涤纶纱、弹性氨纶纱、涤纶再生短纤维与棉纤维混纺的混纺纱;
(4)面料织造:将面料织造成一面为交错波纹立体、另一面为平整光滑的线性直条的双面结构;
(5)预定型:采用轧水处理湿热预定型,工艺为150-170℃、车速20-30m/min、超喂10-30%、纬向拉伸0-8%;
(6)染色前处理:制备染液Ⅰ,由纯碱1-3g/L、Span-Rt净洗剂1-6g/L、JFC渗透剂0.1-1g/L混合而成,按照浴比1:30,在温度90-110℃下处理30min,热水洗、冷水洗;
(7)染色:制备染液Ⅱ,由SE中温型分散染料0.5-6%(o.w.f)、SD分散型阳离子染料0.5-6%(o.w.f)、ZJ-RH12均匀剂0.5-6%(o.w.f)混合而成,调节PH为4.5-5,按照浴比1:25,在50-60℃将复合面料入染,以1℃/min速度升温至90-110℃,保温10min,再升温至120-130℃,再保温60min,水洗,还原清洗。
(8)染棉:将经过步骤(7)染色后的织物置于溢流染色机内,将活性染料、元明粉、纯碱依次加入溢流染色机内染色;
(9)将步骤(8)处理后的织物依次经皂洗、水洗、烘干、后整理、定型即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的交错波纹弹性针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)过滤过程中恒定的压力为8.0Mpa,过滤时采用一级滤网为25微米、二级滤网为20微米的两级过滤。
6.根据权利要求4所述的交错波纹弹性针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中纺丝时的温度为270-280℃,纺丝速度为2800-3000m/min,冷却吹风的风速为0.5m/s,风温为26℃,相对湿度为80-90%。
7.根据权利要求4所述的交错波纹弹性针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)中染液Ⅰ,由纯碱2g/L、Span-Rt净洗剂2-4g/L、JF渗透剂0.5-1g/L混合而成。
8.根据权利要求4所述的交错波纹弹性针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(7)中制备染液Ⅱ,由SE中温型分散染料1.5-3%(o.w.f)、SD分散型阳离子染料1.5-3%(o.w.f)、ZJ-RH12均匀剂1.5-3%(o.w.f)混合而成。
9.根据权利要求4所述的交错波纹弹性针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(8)中所述棉染的条件为温度50-70℃、时间30-50min。
10.根据权利要求4所述的交错波纹弹性针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(9)中所述定型的温度为150-160℃。
