本发明涉及一种欧式壁灯。
背景技术
现有的LED灯,其发光体产生的热量在狭小空间无法实现强制对流散热,故此现有LED灯的散热效果相对较差,从而严重影响LED灯的使用寿命,现有的LED灯其灯泡一般采用玻璃或者亚克力之类的材料制作,其抗冲击能力相对较差,在运输或使用过程中容易损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种配比合理,散热效果好使用寿命长,灯泡抗冲击能力强的LED灯。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种欧式壁灯,包括有用于固定在墙体上的固定座,在所述固定座上设有至少一个灯臂,在所述灯臂上设有灯头座,在灯头座上设有LED光源,在所述灯头座上设有灯罩,其特征在于:所述LED光源包括有灯头,在所述灯头上方设有散热体,在所述散热体内设有空腔,在所述空腔内设有驱动元件,在所述散热体上设有能使空腔与外界大气连通的散热孔,在所述散热体上端设有铝基板,在所述铝基板上设有LED组件,在所述铝基板外壁上设有散热涂层,在所述散热体上端连接有灯泡,所述灯泡由耐冲击的聚碳酸酯材料制成,所述的耐冲击的聚碳酸酯材料通过以下方法制备:
步骤A、预制体的制备:按重量份计,取脂肪酸钙20-30份,加热至150-170℃,然后加入氧化硅粉体20-30份、玻璃纤维0.5-1份,搅拌均匀,冷却后,得到改性粉体;再将改性粉体与聚乙烯10-20份在混合机中初混,再加入乙撑双硬脂酰胺5-10份、氯化聚乙烯5-10份,升温后混合均匀,冷却至室温,得到预制体;
步骤B、将步骤A中的预制体和聚碳酸酯40-60份、丁二醇双丙烯酸酯3-5份、抗氧剂0.5-1份、硅烷偶联剂0.5-1份、润滑剂0.5-1份,混合均匀,得到混合物;
步骤C、将混合物送入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,即可。
如上所述的一种欧式壁灯,其特征在于所述的散热涂层按重量份包括以下组分:

将1000重量份的聚碳酸酯二醇加入带搅拌器的容器中,升温到100-120℃,减压蒸馏0.5-1小时,降温至75-85℃,加入300重量份2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯,真空脱水0.5-1小时,通入氮气,加入450重量份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,70-90℃下反应2-3小时,加入80-120重量份的丙酮,降温至25-40℃,加入90-100重量份的三乙胺中和反应10-20分钟,加入30-50重量份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,在60-65℃下反应0.5小时,加入100重量份丁酮和156重量份1,4-丁二醇,反应1-2小时,加入800-900重量份去离子水和70-80重量份三氟乙酸,搅拌分散均匀,即可。
如上所述的一种欧式壁灯,其特征在于所述散热涂层还包括有0.5-1重量份的三氧化二铝,0.1-1重量份的氧化锆,所述的固化剂为异氰酸酯。
如上所述的一种欧式壁灯,其特征在于在所述散热体2上端设有卡槽7,在所述铝基板3外侧设有卡块8,所述卡块8设置在所述卡槽7内。
如上所述的一种欧式壁灯,其特征在于在所述散热体2上端外侧设有连接槽,在所述灯泡下端内侧设有卡接块,所述卡接块卡设在所述连接槽内,在所述灯泡6下端内侧设有能将铝基板3固定在散热体2上的压接部11。
如上所述的一种欧式壁灯,其特征在于在所述散热体2外壁上设有若干散热片。
如上所述的一种欧式壁灯,其特征在于所述的LED组件包括有PCB板,在所述PCB板上设有LED芯片。

综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
本发明中散热涂层的散热效果好,可以使得LED组件发出的热量能在狭小空间中大大提高热交换效率,改善运行环境。有效延长LED灯的使用寿命。
本发明中碳纳米管化学性能稳定,有很强的稳定性,耐腐蚀性,能够保护被涂物,增加其使用寿命。
本发明中聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯乳胶膜具有优良的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,具有优异的水解稳定性。
本发明LED灯结构简单,安装方便,散热效果好,使用寿命长。

本发明耐冲击的聚碳酸酯的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

第3步、将混合物送入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,即可,双螺杆挤出机挤出温度一区温度190℃、二区温度200℃、三区温度220℃、四区温度210℃、五区温度230℃,螺杆转速为180rpm。
实施例2
本发明耐冲击的聚碳酸酯的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
第1步、预制体的制备:取脂肪酸钙30Kg,加热至170℃,然后加入氧化硅粉体30Kg、玻璃纤维1Kg,搅拌均匀,冷却后,得到改性粉体;再将改性粉体与聚乙烯20Kg在混合机中初混,再加入乙撑双硬脂酰胺10Kg、氯化聚乙烯10Kg,升温后混合均匀,冷却至室温,得到预制体,所述的玻璃纤维的长度是10~500微米;
第2步、将预制体、聚碳酸酯60Kg、丁二醇双丙烯酸酯5Kg、抗氧剂1Kg、硅烷偶联剂KH-570 1Kg、润滑剂1Kg,混合均匀,得到混合物;所述的抗氧剂是抗氧剂1010;
第3步、将混合物送入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,即可,双螺杆挤出机挤出温度一区温度190℃、二区温度200℃、三区温度220℃、四区温度210℃、五区温度230℃,螺杆转速为180rpm。
实施例3
本发明耐冲击的聚碳酸酯的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
第1步、预制体的制备:取脂肪酸钙25Kg,加热至160℃,然后加入氧化硅粉体25Kg、玻璃纤维0.8Kg,搅拌均匀,冷却后,得到改性粉体;再将改性粉体与聚乙烯15Kg在混合机中初混,再加入乙撑双硬脂酰胺8Kg、氯化聚乙烯7Kg,升温后混合均匀,冷却至室温,得到预制体,所述的玻璃纤维的长度是10~500微米;
第2步、将预制体、聚碳酸酯50Kg、丁二醇双丙烯酸酯4Kg、抗氧剂0.6Kg、硅烷偶联剂KH-570 0.8Kg、润滑剂0.6Kg,混合均匀,得到混合物;所述的抗氧剂是抗氧剂1010;
第3步、将混合物送入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,即可,双螺杆挤出机挤出温度一区温度195℃、二区温度205℃、三区温度225℃、四区温度220℃、五区温度235℃,螺杆转速为200rpm。
对照例1
与实施例3的区别在于:未进行预制体的制备,玻璃纤维在第2步中加入。
第1步、将聚碳酸酯50Kg、丁二醇双丙烯酸酯4Kg、抗氧剂0.6Kg、硅烷偶联剂KH-5700.8Kg、润滑剂0.6Kg、玻璃纤维15Kg,混合均匀,得到混合物;所述的抗氧剂是抗氧剂1010,所述的玻璃纤维的长度是10~500微米;
第2步、将混合物送入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,即可,双螺杆挤出机挤出温度一区温度195℃、二区温度205℃、三区温度225℃、四区温度220℃、五区温度235℃,螺杆转速为200rpm。
对照例2
与实施例3的区别在于:玻璃纤维在第2步中加入。
第1步、预制体的制备:取脂肪酸钙25Kg,加热至160℃,然后加入氧化硅粉体25Kg,搅拌均匀,冷却后,得到改性粉体;再将改性粉体与聚乙烯15Kg在混合机中初混,再加入乙撑双硬脂酰胺8Kg、氯化聚乙烯7Kg,升温后混合均匀,冷却至室温,得到预制体;

与实施例3的区别在于:第1步中未加入氯化聚乙烯。
耐冲击的聚碳酸酯的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

性能试验 表1
从表1中可以看出,本发明所提供的聚碳酸酯具有良好的机械强度。通过实施例与对照例1对比可以看出,通过引入预制体可以显著地改善拉伸强度;通过实施例和对照例2可以看出,通过将玻璃纤维制备于预制体中可以较好地改善聚酯的耐缺口冲击强度。通过实施例和对照例3可以看出,通过在预制体中引入氯化聚乙烯可以提高热变形温度。
实施例4
本发明散热涂层,按重量份包括以下组分:
其中所述聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯通过以下方法制备:
将1000重量份的聚碳酸酯二醇加入带搅拌器的容器中,升温到100℃,减压蒸馏0.5小时,降温至75℃,加入300重量份2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯,真空脱水0.5小时,通入氮气,加入450重量份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,70℃下反应2-3小时,加入80重量份的丙酮,降温至25℃,加入90重量份的三乙胺中和反应10分钟,加入30重量份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,在60-65℃下反应0.5小时,加入100重量份丁酮和156重量份1,4-丁二醇,反应1-2小时,加入800重量份去离子水和70重量份三氟乙酸,搅拌分散均匀,即可。
所述水性碳纳米管散热涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将碳纳米管加入适量体积比为3∶1的浓H2SO4和浓HNO3的混酸中,60℃酸化1h,反应后清洗至中性并真空干燥;
B、将步骤A中的碳纳米管和分散剂TNWDIS加入丙烯酸中超声分散20分钟,形成分散体系Ⅰ;
C、将聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯,环氧树脂改性丙烯酸树脂,聚碳酸酯、碳化硅,加热至60℃,900r/min搅拌0.5小时,得分散体系Ⅱ;
D、将步骤B中的分散体系Ⅰ和步骤C中的分散体系Ⅱ混合搅拌均匀,然后研磨至30μm,然后加入固化剂超声分散均匀即可。

将1000重量份的聚碳酸酯二醇加入带搅拌器的容器中,升温到120℃,减压蒸馏0.5-1小时,降温至85℃,加入300重量份2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯,真空脱水1小时,通入氮气,加入450重量份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,90℃下反应3小时,加入120重量份的丙酮,降温至40℃,加入100重量份的三乙胺中和反应20分钟,加入50重量份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,在60-65℃下反应0.5小时,加入100重量份丁酮和156重量份1,4-丁二醇,反应1-2小时,加入900重量份去离子水和80重量份三氟乙酸,搅拌分散均匀,即可。
所述水性碳纳米管散热涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

所述水性碳纳米管散热涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将碳纳米管加入适量体积比为3∶1的浓H2SO4和浓HNO3的混酸中,60℃酸化2h,反应后清洗至中性并真空干燥;

A、将碳纳米管加入适量体积比为3∶1的浓H2SO4和浓HNO3的混酸中,60℃酸化2h,反应后清洗至中性并真空干燥;
B、将步骤A中的碳纳米管和分散剂TNWDIS加入丙烯酸中超声分散30分钟,形成分散体系Ⅰ;
C、将聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯,环氧树脂改性丙烯酸树脂,聚碳酸酯、碳化硅,加热至65℃,900-1200r/min搅拌1小时,得分散体系Ⅱ;
D、将步骤B中的分散体系Ⅰ和步骤C中的分散体系Ⅱ混合搅拌均匀,然后研磨至30μm,然后加入固化剂超声分散均匀即可。
实施例9
本发明散热涂层,按重量份包括以下组分:

所述水性碳纳米管散热涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将碳纳米管加入适量体积比为3∶1的浓H2SO4和浓HNO3的混酸中,60℃酸化4h,反应后清洗至中性并真空干燥;
B、将步骤A中的碳纳米管和分散剂TNWDIS加入丙烯酸中超声分散60分钟,形成分散体系Ⅰ;
C、将聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯,环氧树脂改性丙烯酸树脂,聚碳酸酯、碳化硅,加热至75℃,900-1200r/min搅拌2小时,得分散体系Ⅱ;
D、将步骤B中的分散体系Ⅰ和步骤C中的分散体系Ⅱ混合搅拌均匀,然后研磨至50μm,然后加入固化剂超声分散均匀即可。
通过以下试验进一步验证本发明散热涂料的散热性能:
取8块铝基板分别标注,板1、板2、板3、板4、板5、板6、板7、板8;其中板1未涂散热涂料,板2-8表面分别依次涂本发明实施例4-10中的散热涂料,固化后对其性能进行检测;将板1至板8放置于加热板上,依次调整温度50℃、80℃、100℃、150℃、200℃、250℃,300℃,每次调温后,平衡60分钟再继续加热至下一温度,利用测温仪记录温度,结果如表2所示,室温25℃。

从表2中可以清楚表明涂有本发明散热涂料的铝基板温度均远低于未涂散热涂层的铝基板,说明本发明散热涂层具有良好的散热效果。

1.一种欧式壁灯,包括有用于固定在墙体上的固定座(100),在所述固定座(100)上设有至少一个灯臂(101),在所述灯臂(101)上设有灯头座(102),在灯头座(102)上设有LED光源(103),在所述灯头座(102)上设有灯罩(104),其特征在于:所述LED光源(103)包括有灯头(1),在所述灯头(1)上方设有散热体(2),在所述散热体(2)内设有空腔(12),在所述空腔(12)内设有驱动元件,在所述散热体(2)上设有能使空腔(12)与外界大气连通的散热孔(13),在所述散热体(2)上端设有铝基板(3),在所述铝基板(3)上设有LED组件(4),在所述铝基板(3)外壁上设有散热涂层(5),在所述散热体(2)上端连接有灯泡(6),所述灯泡(6)由耐冲击的聚碳酸酯材料制成,所述的耐冲击的聚碳酸酯材料通过以下方法制备:
步骤A、预制体的制备:按重量份计,取脂肪酸钙20-30份,加热至150-170℃,然后加入氧化硅粉体20-30份、玻璃纤维0.5-1份,搅拌均匀,冷却后,得到改性粉体;再将改性粉体与聚乙烯10-20份在混合机中初混,再加入乙撑双硬脂酰胺5-10份、氯化聚乙烯5-10份,升温后混合均匀,冷却至室温,得到预制体;
步骤B、将步骤A中的预制体和聚碳酸酯40-60份、丁二醇双丙烯酸酯3-5份、抗氧剂0.5-1份、硅烷偶联剂0.5-1份、润滑剂0.5-1份,混合均匀,得到混合物;
步骤C、将混合物送入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,即可;
所述的散热涂层(5)按重量份包括以下组分:
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种欧式壁灯,其特征在于所述聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯通过以下方法制备:
将1000重量份的聚碳酸酯二醇加入带搅拌器的容器中,升温到100-120℃,减压蒸馏0.5-1小时,降温至75-85℃,加入300重量份2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯,真空脱水0.5-1小时,通入氮气,加入450重量份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,70-90℃下反应2-3小时,加入80-120重量份的丙酮,降温至25-40℃,加入90-100重量份的三乙胺中和反应10-20分钟,加入30-50重量份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,在60-65℃下反应0.5小时,加入100重量份丁酮和156重量份1,4-丁二醇,反应1-2小时,加入800-900重量份去离子水和70-80重量份三氟乙酸,搅拌分散均匀,即可。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种欧式壁灯,其特征在于所述散热涂层还包括有0.5-1重量份的三氧化二铝,0.1-1重量份的氧化锆,所述的固化剂为异氰酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种欧式壁灯,其特征在于在所述散热体(2)上端设有卡槽(7),在所述铝基板(3)外侧设有卡块(8),所述卡块(8)设置在所述卡槽(7)内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种欧式壁灯,其特征在于在所述散热体(2)上端外侧设有连接槽(21),在所述灯泡(6)下端内侧设有卡接块(61),所述卡接块(61)卡设在所述连接槽(21)内,在所述灯泡(6)下端内侧设有能将铝基板(3)固定在散热体(2)上的压接部(62)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种欧式壁灯,其特征在于在所述散热体(2)外壁上设有若干散热片。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种欧式壁灯,其特征在于所述的LED组件(4)包括有PCB板,在所述PCB板上设有LED芯片。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种欧式壁灯,其特征在于在所述灯头座(102)上设有支撑架(105),所述灯罩(104)设置在所述支撑架(105)上。
