本发明公开了一种排毒减肥降脂糖及其生产工艺,该排毒减肥降脂糖由以下按照质量百分比的原料包括:玛咖粉10%~20%、魔芋粉10%~30%、芦荟粉10%~20%、葡萄籽提取物5%~10%、山楂提取物5%~15%、木耳提取物5%~15%、辅料0~40%;辅料包括L-阿拉伯糖、硬脂酸镁、木糖醇、香精。将原料粉碎、过筛;将玛咖粉、魔芋粉、芦荟粉、L-阿拉伯糖加水混合后制成湿颗粒,经干燥、整粒后与硬脂酸镁、木糖醇、香精、葡萄籽提取物、山楂提取物、木耳提取物混合均匀,压片、选拣即得成品。本发明中各组分协同增效,具有排毒通便、减肥降脂功能,是高脂血症、便秘、肥胖患者的绿色保健食品。

技术领域
本发明涉及糖果领域,具体是一种排毒减肥降脂糖及其生产工艺。
背景技术
糖果,是以白砂糖、淀粉糖浆(或其他食糖)或允许使用的甜味剂为主要原料,按一定生产工艺要求加工制成的固态或半固态甜味食品,糖果是在日常生活中深受人们喜爱的一种零食,同时也是逢年过节馈赠亲朋好友时深受欢迎的一种礼物。糖果可分为硬质糖果、硬质夹心糖果、乳脂糖果、凝胶糖果、抛光糖果、胶基糖果、充气糖果和压片糖果等。其中压片糖果是经过造粒、黏合、压制成型的糖果。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,市场上出现的糖果品种繁多,但目前市场上的糖果入口甜腻、功效单一,只做为一般零食食用,具有保健效果又方便随时食用的糖果品种较少,不能满足不同市场和人群的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适于高脂血症、便秘、肥胖患者的排毒减肥降脂糖及其生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种排毒减肥降脂糖,由以下按照质量百分比的原料包括:玛咖粉10%~20%、魔芋粉10%~30%、芦荟粉10%~20%、葡萄籽提取物5%~10%、山楂提取物5%~15%、木耳提取物5%~15%、辅料0~40%;辅料包括L-阿拉伯糖、硬脂酸镁、木糖醇、香精。

所述排毒减肥降脂糖的生产工艺,由以下步骤组成:
(1)原料选取:按质量百分比称量玛咖粉、魔芋粉、芦荟粉、葡萄籽提取物、山楂提取物、木耳提取物、辅料分别粉碎后100~120目筛,备用;
(2)软材的制备:将玛咖粉、魔芋粉、芦荟粉、芦荟粉、L-阿拉伯糖放入混合机中,加入水混合均匀,制成软材;
(3)制粒:将所得的软材加入装有16目筛网的颗粒机中制成湿颗粒;
(4)干燥:将所制得的湿颗粒放入温度低于60℃的烘烤箱内,干烘至含水量为4%~6%,得干燥颗粒;
(5)整粒:将干燥颗粒放入装有14目筛网的颗粒机进行整粒;
(6)混合:将整粒后的干燥颗粒、步骤(1)中过筛后的硬脂酸镁、木糖醇、香精、葡萄籽提取物、山楂提取物、山楂提取物和木耳提取物放入混合机中,混合均匀,得混合物料;
(7)压片:将混合物辽置于压片机中压制成片,得保健片;
(8)选拣:包装、选拣,去除裂片、松片、表面有瑕疵的不合格片,然后进行装瓶、封装,即得成品。
本发明中各原料的作用:
(1)玛咖:不仅具有增强体力、增强耐力以及抵抗疲劳,同时又因含有可溶性膳食纤维,有润肠排毒、解决便秘等功效。此外,玛咖还含丰富的锌、铁、钙、钛、铷、钾、钠、铜、锰、镁、锶、磷、碘等矿物质,并含有维生素C、B族维生素、维生素A、维生素E、脂肪含量不高,但其中多为不饱和脂肪酸,亚油酸和亚麻酸的含量达一半以上。
(2)芦荟:经现代研究证明,其含有蒽醌类物质(其中绝大部分属于大黄素型蒽醌),对格兰阳性菌有较强的抑制作用,并可杀灭毒菌及病毒,另外,芦荟被称为维生素、氨基酸和矿物质的宝库,可补充人体所需的这些物质。芦荟可以全面调节人体免疫力(即抵抗力),使一些慢性病不治自愈,促进细胞再生,使受伤和硬化的人体组织恢复健康、促进血液循环,排出体内毒素。
(3)魔芋:含有丰富的纤维素和微量元素,脂肪和热量都很低,是营养减肥食品。摸魔芋的可溶性膳食纤维,在肠胃中会吸水变得膨胀起来,从而增加饱腹感,还会在肠胃中变为胶质状态,阻止脂肪的吸收,从而有效的防治便秘等。魔芋含有十六中氨基酸、十种矿物质微量元素和丰富的食物纤维,对防治糖尿病、高血压病有特效;魔芋具有低热、低脂、低糖的特性,可预防和治疗结肠癌、乳腺癌、肥胖症、多种肠胃消化系统的常见慢性疾病。
(4)葡萄籽提取物:是纯天然物质,是迄今发现的植物来源的最高效的抗氧化物之一,体内试验和体外实验表明,葡萄籽提取物的抗氧化效果,是维生素C和维生素E的十多倍。超强的抗氧化效率具有清除自由基、提高人体免疫力的强力效果。原花青素是葡萄籽提取物中的主要活性成分,经研究,其可降低脂肪酶活性,从而防止体外脂肪的分解吸收,并可促进脂肪氧化,从而达到减肥的目的。
(5)山楂提取物:是从山楂中提取来的一种富含山楂黄酮、牡荆素、鼠李糖苷、金丝桃苷的物质、能开胃消食,对消食化积作用更好,同时也是活血降脂的良药,是脉动硬化、消化不良和缺少胃酸患者的理想食品。
(6)木耳提取物:富含丰富的木耳多糖,由L-岩藻糖、L-阿拉伯糖、D-木糖、D-甘露糖、D-葡萄糖和葡萄糖醛酸等组成,可以清理人体心血管系统和胃肠道系统的代谢物,调节内分泌系统,增强人体内环境的稳定能力,其含有丰富的胶质,对人体消化系统有良好的清润作用,具有清食管,西场、润肺、减少血液凝块、缓和冠状动脉粥样硬化、降低血栓的作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明选药食同源的玛咖粉、魔芋粉、芦荟粉、葡萄籽提取物、山楂提取物和木耳提取物为主要原料,辅以保健食品中允许添加的辅料设备。各组分协同增效,具有排毒通便、减肥降脂功能,是高脂血症、便秘、肥胖患者的绿色保健食品。

所述排毒减肥降脂糖的生产工艺,由以下步骤组成:
(1)原料选取:按质量分数称量玛咖粉、魔芋粉、芦荟粉、葡萄籽提取物、山楂提取物、木耳提取物、辅料分别粉碎后100~120目筛,备用。
(2)软材的制备:将玛咖粉、魔芋粉、芦荟粉、芦荟粉、L-阿拉伯糖放入混合机中,加入适量的水混合均匀,制成软材。
(3)制粒:将所得的软材加入装有16目筛网的颗粒机中制成湿颗粒。
(4)干燥:将所制得的湿颗粒放入温度低于60℃的烘烤箱内,干烘至含水量为5%,得干燥颗粒。
(5)整粒:将干燥颗粒放入装有14目筛网的颗粒机进行整粒。
(6)混合:将整粒后的干燥颗粒、步骤(1)中过筛后的硬脂酸镁、木糖醇、香精、葡萄籽提取物、山楂提取物、山楂提取物和木耳提取物放入混合机中,混合均匀,得混合物料。
(7)压片:将混合物辽置于压片机中压制成片,得保健片。
(8)选拣:包装选拣,去除裂片、松片、表面有瑕疵的不合格折,然后进行装瓶、封装,即得成品。
以上各组分协同增效,不但能够润肠、排毒、彻底清除宿便和结肠多余的油脂,而且分解体内多余的脂肪团,加强胃肠消化功能,束身纤体,减轻肝脏压力,排除体内多余胆固醇,调节血脂。

(1)原料选取:按质量百分比称量玛咖粉、魔芋粉、芦荟粉、葡萄籽提取物、山楂提取物、木耳提取物、辅料分别粉碎后100~120目筛,备用;
