Abstract
一种适合糖尿病人食用的白藜芦醇压片糖果,其特征在于:以片重500mg计算,按照质量百分比原料包括:木糖醇30‑65%、水溶性膳食纤维10‑30%、天然食品提取物30‑55%、麦芽糊精0.5‑2.5%、维生素C0.5‑2.5%,微晶纤维素0.5‑3.5%、硬脂酸镁0.5‑3.5%,其中白藜芦醇含量10~50mg/片。其制备方法:按所述质量百分比准确称取各原料备用;将天然食品提取物按比例依次加入搅拌;混合物料;将混合均匀的物料,进行压片成型;包装。根据本项发明方法制备的压片糖果酸甜适口,且属于无蔗糖型保健食品,是集绿色、营养、保健于一体的特色食品,不仅适用于普通亚健康人群食用,也适用糖尿病患者食用。
Description
(一)技术领域:
本发明涉及一种白藜芦醇压片糖果及其制备方法,适合糖尿病人食用,属于抗氧化保健食品加工技术领域。
(二)背景技术:
《自然》杂志发表哈佛大学辛克莱教授的研究报告指出:白藜芦醇可能是研发抗衰老药物及抗癌药物的关键。白藜芦醇(Resveratrol)属非黄酮类多酚化合物,是重要的植物抗毒素,抑制癌细胞、降血脂、防治心脑血管疾病、抗氧化、延缓衰老等作用明显,是继紫杉醇之后新型的绿色抗癌药物,也是典型的第三代保健食品原料。
白藜芦醇为天然植物中广泛存在的一种抗逆物质,葡萄中含量很高。白藜芦醇作为一种天然的抗氧化剂,可降低血液粘稠度,抑制血小板凝结和血管舒张,保持血液畅通,可预防癌症的发生及发展,具有抗动脉粥样硬化和冠心病,缺血性心脏病,高血脂的防治作用。抑制肿瘤的作用还具有雌激素样作用,可用于治疗乳腺癌等疾病。20世纪90年代以来,我国科技工作者对白藜芦醇的研究不断深入,并揭示其药理作用:抑制血小板非正常凝聚,预防心肌硬塞、脑栓塞,对缺氧心脏有保护作用,对烧伤或失血性休克引起的心输出量下降有效恢复,并能够扩张动脉血管及改善微循环。1998年美国艾尔·敏德尔编撰《抗衰老圣典》时,将白藜芦醇列为“100种最热门有效抗衰老物质”之一。
配方中的原花青素(OPC)也是有效成份之一,OPC具有强烈的抗氧化作用,其抗氧化能力是维生素C和维生素E的20~50倍,是高效的自由基清除剂。OPC能抑制人体内脂类的过氧化作用,改善微血管的通透性,有利于胶原蛋白的生成,使皮肤有弹性,减少皱纹,延缓人体皮肤衰老,养颜美容。而且,原花青素能阻隔紫外线,增加抗辐射能力,防止过敏、关节炎、白内障、癌症等和自由基有关的疾病,增强免疫力。
木糖醇作为天然甜味剂,其甜度可达到蔗糖的1.2倍,可以将木糖醇作为糖尿病人的甜味剂、营养补充剂和辅助治疗使用。木糖醇是人体糖类代谢的中间体,在体内缺少胰岛素影响糖代谢情况下,无须胰岛素促进,木糖醇吸收利用率高,促进肝糖元合成,提供细胞营养和能量,不引起血糖值升高,消除糖尿病人服用后的三多症状(多食、多饮、多尿),是最适合糖尿病患者食用的营养性的食糖代替品。将木糖醇应用于压片糖果中,不仅能够保持压片糖果的风味,符合SB/T10347-2008压片糖果标准要求,适合糖尿病患者食用,可缓解糖尿病症状,有利于稳定血糖值。
目前市场上抗氧化和增强机体免疫力的各类食品很多,以天然植物中的白藜芦醇为原料制成的食品也不少。但是,市场上尚缺乏高效抗氧化、抗紫外辐射和增强免疫力的食品,由于现有的白藜芦醇产品、饮品、粉剂等均存在食用、存储和携带不方便、人体吸收利用度不高的、口感不好、升高血糖等问题。因此,克服现有产品存在的弊端,开发一种高效抗氧化、增强免疫力的、携带方便的、食用方便的、人体吸收利用高、口感好、广泛适合糖尿病人食用的产品。
(三)发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种适合糖尿病人食用的白藜芦醇压片糖果及其制备方法,它能够解决现有技术的不足,是一种高效抗氧化、提高免疫力的白藜芦醇压片糖果食品,和一种储存方便、食用方便的、携带方便的、人体吸收利用度高、口感好、广泛适合糖尿病人食用的压片糖果制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种适合糖尿病人食用的白藜芦醇压片糖果,其特征在于:以片重500mg计算,按照质量百分比原料包括:木糖醇30-65%、水溶性膳食纤维10-30%、天然食品提取物30-55%、麦芽糊精0.5-2.5%、维生素C0.5-2.5%,微晶纤维素0.5-3.5%、硬脂酸镁0.5-3.5%,其中白藜芦醇含量10~50mg/片。
所述天然食品提取物为国家新颁布的药食同源和新资源食品,包括但不限于以下至少三种混合:苹果、蓝莓、葡萄、柑橘、蔓越莓、绿茶、山楂、枸杞、花生、葛根、生姜、桑椹、番茄、红枣、菊花、乌梅、咖喱、山药、猕猴桃等。
作为优选,本发明的原料组成及各成分的质量百分比为:以片重500mg计算,木糖醇45%、水溶性膳食纤维10%、天然食品提取物40%(葡萄、苹果、葛根、山药按质量比5:3:2:1比例搅拌混匀)、麦芽糊精1.7%、维生素C1.8%,微晶纤维素0.5%、硬脂酸镁1%,其中白藜芦醇含量20mg/片。
本发明还提供了一种适合糖尿病人食用的白藜芦醇压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于它包括以下步骤:
(1)按所述质量百分比准确称取各原料,原料分别粉碎,过80目筛备用;
(2)将天然食品提取物按比例依次加入搅拌,待全部加入后继续搅拌10-15min,混匀备用;
(3)将(2)预混预热15分钟,使得物料温度达到40度以上,开始喷纯化水,进行制粒,烘干,烘干室物料物料温度控制在60度,水分控制在5%以下,进行自然冷却,得到混合物1;
(4)将木糖醇、水溶性膳食纤维、维生素C、麦芽糊精均匀混合,得到混合物2;
(5)将硬脂酸镁、微晶纤维素均匀混合,得到混合物3;
(6)将混合物1、混合物2和混合物3按照等量递增的方法进行总混45分钟,并通过取样化验是否均匀,若均匀,则进行下一步骤操作;
(7)将混合均匀的物料,进行压片成型;
(8)对压片进行包衣,制备结束后,按照SB/T10347-2008压片糖果标准进行取样检验,检验合格,进行包装;
(9)分装,设定封口温度为148℃~149℃,使制成的袋边缘对齐、平整、压痕均匀,不漏气。然后贴标签、检验、外包装、入库。
与现有技术相比,本发明涉及的白藜芦醇压片糖果及其制备方法具有以下优点:
(1)本发明所用天然食品提取物为国家新颁布的药食同源和新资源食品:蓝莓、柑橘、蔓越莓、绿茶、葡萄、苹果、山楂、枸杞、花生、葛根、生姜、桑椹、番茄、红枣、菊花、乌梅、咖喱、山药、猕猴桃等。通过科学配伍,充分发挥各原料间的互补协调作用,服用能抗氧化抗疲劳抗辐射,提高免疫力,降低“三高”。
(2)本发明将制成的白藜芦醇压片糖果为市场提供一种储存方便、食用方便的、携带方便的、人体吸收利用度高、口感好、广泛适合糖尿病人食用的新型保健食品,在压片糖果制作过程中,温度未超过60度,对其中有效成分没有造成破坏。
(3)本项发明所述的原料中以木糖醇是人体糖类代谢的中间体,在体内缺少胰岛素影响糖代谢情况下,无须胰岛素促进,木糖醇吸收利用率高,促进肝糖元合成,提供细胞营养和能量,不引起血糖值升高,消除糖尿病人服用后的三多症状(多食、多饮、多尿),是最适合糖尿病患者食用的营养性的食糖代替品。将木糖醇应用于压片糖果中,不仅能够保持压片糖果的风味,符合SB/T10347-2008压片糖果标准要求,适合糖尿病患者食用,可以缓解糖尿病症状,有利于稳定血糖值。
根据本项发明方法制备的压片糖果酸甜适口,且属于无蔗糖型保健食品,是集绿色、营养、保健于一体的特色食品,不仅适用于普通亚健康人群食用,也适用糖尿病患者食用。
(四)具体实施方式:
实施例1:
以片重500mg计算,木糖醇45%、水溶性膳食纤维10%、天然食品提取物40%(葡萄、苹果、葛根、山药按5:3:2:1比例搅拌混匀)、麦芽糊精1.7%、维生素C1.8%,微晶纤维素0.5%、硬脂酸镁1%,其中白藜芦醇含量20mg/片。
具体步骤如下:
(1)按所述质量百分比准确称取各原料,原料分别粉碎,过80目筛备用;
(2)将天然食品提取物按比例依次加入搅拌,待全部加入后继续搅拌10-15min,混匀备用;
(3)将(2)预混预热15分钟,使得物料温度达到40度以上,开始喷纯化水,进行制粒,烘干,烘干室物料物料温度控制在60~70度之间,水分控制在5%以下,进行自然冷却,得到混合物1;
(4)将木糖醇、水溶性膳食纤维、维生素C、麦芽糊精均匀混合,得到混合物2;

(6)将混合物1、混合物2和混合物3按照等量递增的方法进行总混45分钟,并通过取样化验是否均匀,若均匀,则进行下一步骤操作;
(7)将混合均匀的物料,进行压片成型;
(8)对压片进行包衣,制备结束后,按照SB/T10347-2008压片糖果标准进行取样检验,检验合格,进行包装。
(9)分装,设定封口温度为148℃~149℃,使制成的袋边缘对齐、平整、压痕均匀,不漏气。然后贴标签、检验、外包装、入库。
实施例2:
以片重500mg计算,木糖醇40%、水溶性膳食纤维5%、天然食品提取物50%(枸杞、葡萄、蓝莓、菊花、山药按2:4:2:1:1比例搅拌混匀)、麦芽糊精0.8%、维生素C1.2%,微晶纤维素1.5%、硬脂酸镁1.5%,其中白藜芦醇含量25mg/片。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
以片重500mg计算,木糖醇30%、水溶性膳食纤维15%、天然食品提取物50%(葛根、枸杞、葡萄、蓝莓、山药按2:1:4:2:1比例搅拌混匀)、麦芽糊精1.3%、维生素C0.7%,微晶纤维素1.2%、硬脂酸镁1.8%,其中白藜芦醇含量30mg/片。
制备方法同实施1。
产品质量标准
按照SB/T10347-2008,GB 5009.3-2003,GB/T 5009.8-2003,GB/T 5009.11-2003,GB/T 4789.24-2003方法测定产品中各项指标。
Claims (8)
1.一种适合糖尿病人食用的白藜芦醇压片糖果,其特征在于:以片重500mg计算,按照质量百分比原料包括:木糖醇30-65%、水溶性膳食纤维10-30%、天然食品提取物30-55%、麦芽糊精0.5-2.5%、维生素C0.5-2.5%,微晶纤维素0.5-3.5%、硬脂酸镁0.5-3.5%,其中白藜芦醇含量10~50mg/片。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种适合糖尿病人食用的白藜芦醇压片糖果,其特征在于:所述天然食品提取物为国家新颁布的药食同源和新资源食品,包括但不限于以下至少三种混合:苹果、蓝莓、葡萄、柑橘、蔓越莓、绿茶、山楂、枸杞、花生、葛根、生姜、桑椹、番茄、红枣、菊花、乌梅、咖喱、山药、猕猴桃。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种适合糖尿病人食用的白藜芦醇压片糖果,其特征在于:以片重500mg计算,木糖醇45%、水溶性膳食纤维10%、天然食品提取物40%(葡萄、苹果、葛根、山药按质量比5:3:2:1比例搅拌混匀)、麦芽糊精1.7%、维生素C1.8%,微晶纤维素0.5%、硬脂酸镁1%,其中白藜芦醇含量20mg/片。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种适合糖尿病人食用的白藜芦醇压片糖果,其特征在于:以片重500mg计算,木糖醇40%、水溶性膳食纤维5%、天然食品提取物50%(枸杞、葡萄、蓝莓、菊花、山药按2:4:2:1:1比例搅拌混匀)、麦芽糊精0.8%、维生素C1.2%,微晶纤维素1.5%、硬脂酸镁1.5%,其中白藜芦醇含量25mg/片。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种适合糖尿病人食用的白藜芦醇压片糖果,其特征在于:以片重500mg计算,木糖醇30%、水溶性膳食纤维15%、天然食品提取物50%(葛根、枸杞、葡萄、蓝莓、山药按2:1:4:2:1比例搅拌混匀)、麦芽糊精1.3%、维生素C0.7%,微晶纤维素1.2%、硬脂酸镁1.8%,其中白藜芦醇含量30mg/片。
6.一种适合糖尿病人食用的白藜芦醇压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于它包括以下步骤:
(1)按所述质量百分比准确称取各原料,原料分别粉碎,过80目筛备用;
(2)将天然食品提取物按比例依次加入搅拌,待全部加入后继续搅拌10-15min,混匀备用;
(3)将(2)预混预热15分钟,使得物料温度达到40度以上,开始喷纯化水,进行制粒,烘干,烘干室物料物料温度控制在60度,水分控制在5%以下,进行自然冷却,得到混合物1;

7.根据权利要求6所述一种适合糖尿病人食用的白藜芦醇压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于对步骤(7)制成的压片进行包衣,制成压片糖果;制备结束后,按照SB/T10347-2008压片糖果标准进行取样检验,检验合格,进行包装。
8.根据权利要求7所述一种适合糖尿病人食用的白藜芦醇压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于对制成的压片糖果进行分装,设定封口温度为148℃~149℃,使制成的袋边缘对齐、平整、压痕均匀,不漏气;然后贴标签、检验、外包装、入库。
