本发明属于保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种具有减肥功能的果蔬酵素粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
肥胖一直是长期困扰现代人的热点问题,目前世界上无论是发达国家还是发展中国家,肥胖率正以惊人的速度增长。肥胖不仅影响形体美,而且还会给人们带来许多其他的并发症,严重影响到了人们的身心健康。现代医学证明,肥胖症可引发高血压、冠心病、心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、高脂血症、脂肪肝等疾病。
减肥的根本在于去除或消耗体内多余的脂肪,市场上现有的减肥产品大多数是去除体内多余的水分,并没有起到真正的减肥作用,一般的减肥方法是通过节食和腹泻两种途径来实现,节食是使人体不能获得正常代谢所需的营养成分,腹泻是使所摄入的营养物质不被吸收,这两种方式都会造成营养不良,损害身体健康,而且容易反弹。
中医认为胖人多热,瘦人多寒,基于这一观点,几乎所有的减肥产品都是寒性的,以腹泻为主,降低肥胖者的食欲。寒性体质的人因为血液循环不好,所以容易手脚冰凉,却偏偏不爱多做运动,又怕冷,唯有用食物让自己身体增加热量,往往就是这个恶性循环导致肥胖。不论是热性体质还是寒性体质的肥胖者,长期的腹泻都会导致营养不良,肠道功能紊乱以及其他内分泌系统的失调,特别是寒性体质的肥胖者,因为寒性肥胖的人需要能减肥又能补身的方法,所以以腹泻的方式试图达到减肥的目的是不科学的,同时还会对身体造成损害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有减肥功能的果蔬酵素粉及其制备方法,利用纯天然的水果蔬菜通过发酵产生酵素,针对果蔬本身凉、中、温性的特点,对不同体质人群进行分类,该酵素粉味道可口,营养丰富,饮用后不仅能起到减肥瘦身的作用,而且能为人体提供丰富的营养。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种具有减肥功能的果蔬酵素粉,针对热性体质的肥胖者,由以下重量份的原料制成:香蕉200-250份,西瓜450-550份,梨390-420份,菠萝200-300份,苹果180-220份,甜瓜80-120份,火龙果190-210份,桑葚290-310份,芹菜200-300份,莴笋100-200份,白萝卜190-210份,冬瓜180-220份,黄瓜300-450份,白菜150-250份,苦瓜160-240份,L-阿拉伯糖1.5-2.5份,低聚木糖1.0-2.0份,魔芋精粉0.3-0.8份,燕麦粉0.5-1.4份。
一种具有减肥功能的果蔬酵素粉,针对寒性或温性体质的肥胖者,由以下重量份的原料制成:樱桃200-300份,山楂90-110份,木瓜400-450份,杏190-210份,荔枝300-400份,龙眼250-320份,大枣200-300份,大蒜100-200份,辣椒20-80份,韭菜80-150份,菠菜200-250份,芦笋400-450份,L-阿拉伯糖1.5-2.5份,低聚木糖1.0-2.0份,魔芋精粉0.3-0.8份,燕麦粉0.5-1.4份。
上述具有减肥功能的果蔬酵素粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)冲洗原料中的果蔬;
(2)表层消毒(臭氧表层消毒);
(3)消毒过的水果蔬菜,进行切碎处理;
(4)将切碎后的果蔬与冰糖混合后,压滤收集果蔬汁;
(5)将收集到的果蔬汁置于发酵罐中发酵;
(6)将发酵后的上清液干燥后粉碎成粉末;
(7)将粉末加入L-阿拉伯糖,低聚木糖,魔芋精粉,燕麦粉混匀后分装即得。
具体步骤如下:
选取个体饱满品质优良的水果蔬菜流水冲净泥沙后,用纯净水进一步洗涤,用臭氧表层消毒,消毒过的水果蔬菜于60~70℃热风干燥箱中干燥表层水,然后进行切碎处理(水果切成3~5mm厚度薄片,青菜切成2cm长菜段),切碎后的果蔬,按照果蔬与冰糖的质量比为1:0.1~10的比例加入冰糖粉,充分拌匀,压滤收集果蔬汁,将收集的果蔬汁置于发酵罐中,接种发酵菌进行发酵,接种量为果蔬汁总量的1%~10%,罐压保持为0.02MPa,保持搅拌和通气,通气量1:0.5~1,转速为20r/min,30±2℃发酵5~10天,然后停止搅拌和通气,继续保持罐温,保存180天后,取上清液在50℃温度进行快速干燥,然后粉碎成粉状的果蔬酵素粉。然后加入L-阿拉伯糖,低聚木糖,魔芋精粉,燕麦粉混匀后分装即得。

本发明的减肥果蔬酵素粉,配方中各原料的药理和药效如下:

制备方法为:选取个体饱满且健康的水果蔬菜流水冲净泥沙后,用纯净水进一步洗涤,用臭氧表层消毒,消毒过的水果、蔬菜于65℃热风干燥箱中干燥表层水,然后进行切碎处理(水果切成3~5mm厚度薄片,青菜切成2cm长菜段),切碎后的果蔬,按照果蔬与冰糖的质量比为1:1的比例加入冰糖粉,充分拌匀,压滤收集果蔬汁,将收集的果蔬汁置于发酵罐中,接种特制菌种进行发酵,接种量为果蔬汁总量的1%,罐压保持为0.02MPa,保持搅拌和通气,通气量1:0.5,转速为20r/min,30±2℃发酵7天,然后停止搅拌和通气,继续保持罐温,保存180天后,取上清液在50℃温度进行快速干燥,然后粉碎成粉状的果蔬酵素粉。然后加入魔芋精粉、燕麦粉混匀后分装,10g/袋。

制备方法为:选取个体饱满且健康的水果蔬菜流水冲净泥沙后,用纯净水进一步洗涤,用臭氧表层消毒,消毒过的水果、蔬菜于60℃热风干燥箱中干燥表层水,然后进行切碎处理(水果切成3mm厚度薄片,青菜切成2cm长菜段),切碎后的果蔬,按照果蔬与冰糖的质量比为1:0.1的比例加入冰糖粉,充分拌匀,压滤收集果蔬汁,将收集的果蔬汁置于发酵罐中,接种特制菌种进行发酵,接种量为果蔬汁总量的1%,罐压保持为0.02MPa,保持搅拌和通气,通气量1:0.5,转速为20r/min,30±2℃发酵7天,然后停止搅拌和通气,继续保持罐温,保存180天后,取上清液在50℃温度进行快速干燥,然后粉碎成粉状的果蔬酵素粉。然后加入魔芋精粉、燕麦粉、L-阿拉伯糖、低聚木糖混匀后分装,10g/袋。
本发明所用发酵菌是南京生合生物科技有限公司购买的ABK乳酸菌复合益生菌。菌种组成嗜酸乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌。
实施例6
一种具有减肥功能的果蔬酵素粉,针对热性体质的肥胖者,其为凉性的:樱桃300g,山楂110g,木瓜450g,杏210g,荔枝400g,龙眼320g,大枣300g,大蒜200g,辣椒80g,韭菜150g,菠菜250g,芦笋450g,L-阿拉伯糖2.5g,低聚木糖2.0g,魔芋精粉0.8g,燕麦粉1.4g。

临床资料
病例资料:临床应用80例,年龄20~45岁,女性48例,男性32例,平均年龄35岁。治疗前一周患者均停用各种减肥药。根据世界卫生组织制定的正常人体重指数标准,正常人的体重指数(BMI)=体重(Kg)/身高(m)2,BMI的范围为18.5—23.9,小于18.5为体重过低,大于24为体重过高。
治疗方法:每天晚餐前冲服实施例中的袋装果蔬酵素粉,每日一次,每次一剂(实施例中给出的剂量即为一剂的量),两周为一疗程。
疗效评价
显效:体重下降10~20斤。
有效:有效为体重下降3~10斤。
无效:体重几乎无变化。
治疗结果:80例肥胖者,女性48例,男性32例,平均年龄35岁,服用两个疗程后,显效50例,有效25例,无效5例,显效率62.5%,总有效率93.8%。
典型病例
病例1:林某,男,32岁,BMI32,体质为痰湿型,销售部经理,由于工作原因,经常陪客户应酬,啤酒肚越来越大,脂肪都集中在腹部,走路气喘吁吁,还有胸闷痰多的症状,给生活带来很多不便,服用实施例1的果蔬酵素粉一个月后,啤酒肚没有了,体重降了20多斤。
病例2:叶某某,女,30岁,BMI28,体质为气虚型,生宝宝两年了,体重却始终降不下来,还伴有气短懒言,整天无精打采,整个人白胖。服用实施例3的果蔬酵素粉一个月后,人变开朗了,爱运动了,脸色也变好了,坚持服用两个月,成功瘦身10斤。
病例3:杨某,女,50岁,BMI30,体质为湿热型,退休在家,不爱运动,胖乎乎,浑身堆积大量脂肪,急躁易怒,服用实施例1的果蔬酵素粉一个月后,腰细了,皮肤也变得有光泽了,体重减了15斤。
上述虽然结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但并非对本发明保护范围的限制,所属领域技术人员应该明白,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。
Claims (1)
1.一种具有减肥功能的果蔬酵素粉,其特征是:针对热性体质的肥胖者,由以下重量份的原料制成 :香蕉 200-250 份,西瓜 450-550 份,梨 390-420 份,菠萝 200-300 份,苹果180-220 份,甜瓜 80-120 份,火龙果 190-210 份,桑葚 290-310 份,芹菜 200-300份,莴笋100-200 份,白萝卜 190-210 份,冬瓜 180-220 份,黄瓜 300-450 份,白菜 150-250 份,苦瓜160-240 份,L- 阿拉伯糖 1.5-2.5 份,低聚木糖 1.0-2.0 份,魔芋精粉0.3-0.8 份,燕麦粉0.5-1.4 份;
针对寒性或温性体质的肥胖者,由以下重量份的原料制成:樱桃 200-300 份,山楂90-110 份,木瓜 400-450 份,杏 190-210 份,荔枝 300-400 份,龙眼 250-320 份,大枣200-300 份,大蒜 100-200 份,辣椒 20-80 份,韭菜80-150 份,菠菜 200-250 份,芦笋400-450 份,L- 阿拉伯糖 1.5-2.5 份,低聚木糖1.0-2.0份,魔芋精粉 0.3-0.8 份,燕麦粉 0.5-1.4 份;

选取个体饱满品质优良的水果蔬菜流水冲净泥沙后,用纯净水进一步洗涤,用臭氧表层消毒,消毒过的水果蔬菜于60~70℃热风干燥箱中干燥表层水,然后进行切碎处理,其中水果切成3~5mm 厚度薄片,青菜切成2cm 长菜段,切碎后的果蔬,按照果蔬与冰糖的质量比为1 :0.1 ~ 10 的比例加入冰糖粉,充分拌匀,压滤收集果蔬汁,将收集的果蔬汁置于发酵罐中,接种发酵菌进行发酵,接种量为果蔬汁总量的1%~ 10%,罐压保持为0.02MPa,保持搅拌和通气,通气量1 :0.5 ~ 1,转速为20r/min,30±2℃发酵5 ~ 10 天,然后停止搅拌和通气,继续保持罐温,保存180 天后,取上清液在50℃温度进行快速干燥,然后粉碎成粉状的果蔬酵素粉;然后加入L- 阿拉伯糖,低聚木糖,魔芋精粉,燕麦粉混匀后分装即得;
