背景技术
现代人的通病是运动少,活动量小,长期对着手机电脑等电子屏幕,所以很多人存在视力下降、免疫力低下、小肚子大、肥胖、便秘、血糖高、长期疲劳等亚健康状态。如此,人们更重视保健,现有的饮料多是解渴或缓解暂时的低糖或低钠的状态;含的糖份较高,容易引起血糖的升高,更不适合长期饮用。
为此,设计一种酵素L-阿拉伯糖水苏糖复合饮料浓浆,解决以上问题。

酵素溶液49-68%;
L-阿拉伯糖8-16%;
木糖醇2-5%;
蛹虫草子实体粉5-8%;
雨生红球藻8-12%;
水苏糖9-10%;
进一步,所述木糖醇浓度为63-68%。
一种酵素L-阿拉伯糖水苏糖复合饮料浓浆的制作方法:包括的步骤:
第一步:水果清洗打皮去核后切块备用,按红糖(或蜂蜜):水果:果汁=1:3:10的比例,把水和红糖(或蜂蜜)加入到发酵罐搅拌后再放水果,之后将盖子拧紧,发酵罐要留下一定的空间给它发酵;发酵的第一个月要每天要摇摇发酵罐并打开盖子,让气体流出,最后经过至少3-6个月发酵,将发酵罐中的液体过滤得到酵素溶液,备用;
第二步:按照所述一种酵素L-阿拉伯糖水苏糖复合饮料浓浆的配方备好原料;
第三步:将酵素溶液、L-阿拉伯糖、木糖醇、蛹虫草子实体粉、雨生红球藻、水苏糖进行调配均质,搅拌,吸附过滤后,高温95℃除菌5s,再经过UHT超高温瞬时灭菌,进行无菌灌装。
最优的,发酵罐要留下一定的空间发酵罐体积的1/4~1/3。

桑葚已是中国皇帝御用的补品。因桑树特殊的生长环境使桑果具有天然生长,无任何污染的特点,所以桑葚又被称为“民间圣果”。现代研究证实,桑葚果实中含有丰富的活性蛋白、维生素、氨基酸、胡萝卜素、矿物质、白藜芦醇、花青素等成份,营养是苹果的5~6倍,是葡萄的4倍,具有多种功效,被医学界誉为“21世纪的最佳保健果品”。常吃桑葚能显著提高人体免疫力,具有延缓衰老,美容养颜的功效。
含脂肪酸具有分解脂肪、降低血脂,防止血管硬化等作用;含有乌发素,能使头发变的黑而亮泽;有改善皮肤(包括头皮)血液供应,营养肌肤,使皮肤白嫩及乌发等作用,并能延缓衰老;具有免疫促进作用,可以防癌抗癌;主入肝肾,善滋阴养血、生津润燥,适于肝肾阴血不足及津亏消渴,肠燥等症;可以明目,缓解眼睛疲劳干涩的症状。
主要体现在以下几个方面:
可增强免疫器官的重量;能增强非特异免疫功能;对体液免疫有增加作用;对T细胞介导的免疫功能有显著的促进作用;对细胞突变具有预防作用;具有抗乙型肝炎病毒的作用和抗AIDS的作用。
(1)防止血管硬化桑椹中含有脂肪酸,主要由亚油酸。硬脂酸及油酸组成,具有分解脂肪,降低血脂,防止血管硬化等作用。
(2)健脾胃,助消化桑椹中含有鞣酸、脂肪酸、苹果酸等营养物质,能帮助脂肪、蛋白质及淀粉的消化,故有健脾胃助消化之功,可用于治疗因消化不良而导致的腹泻。

(1)抑制代谢与吸收:
L-阿拉伯糖最具代表性的生理作用是有选择性的影响小肠中的蔗糖酮,从而抑制蔗糖的吸收,据报道,在蔗糖中添加3.5%的L-阿拉伯糖,可以抑制60-70%的蔗糖的吸收,同时也使血糖至少升高约50%左右;
(2)抑制血糖、脂肪;
L-阿拉伯糖作为一种低热量的糖、抑制因摄入蔗糖而导致的血糖升高,因此可以抑制肥胖,预防并治疗与高血糖相关的疾病;
(3)预防便秘;
L-阿拉伯糖可有效促进双歧杆菌的生长,L-阿拉伯糖本身是难以被消化道吸收的,在体内得不到利用的那部分可以从尿中排出。
木糖醇的作用:
(1)改善肝:
木糖醇能促进肝糖原的和恒,血糖不会上升,对肝脏患者有改善肝功能和抗脂肪肝的作用,治疗乙型迁延性肝炎,乙型慢性肝炎及肝硬化有明显疗效,是肝炎并发症病人的理想辅助药物;
(2)减肥
木糖醇为人体提供能量,合成糖元,减少脂肪和肝组织中的蛋白质的消耗,使肝脏收到保护和修复,减少人体内有害酮体的产生;蛹虫草子实体粉的作用:
虫草素具有多方面作用:免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗真菌;增加脾脏重量、加快肝脏核酸和蛋白质更新速度,抗缺氧、增加心肌营养血流量及降低血清胆固醇和B酯蛋白,刺激糖酵解导致ATP合成增加,增强肝脏功能和肌肉中CPK的活性,对由于激素失调引起的性功能损伤有修复作用,能明显增加冠脉血流量,降低冠脉、脑及外围血管阻力。
虫草多糖是一类高分子复合物,在蛹虫草中含量为4~10%,是蛹虫草中含量最高的主要药理活性物质。它的抗癌活性和免疫活性已引起人们的极大兴趣。从1977年开始,日本和中国的科研人员开始对虫草多糖开展研究,已从天然冬虫夏草以及人工培育的虫草真菌中分别分离纯化出了多种多糖组份,并对其理化性质和药理活性进行了详细研究。
大量研究表明,虫草多糖有着多种生物活性功能,被医学界和药物学界认为是当前世界上非常好的免疫促进剂之一,具有广泛的药理作用:提高免疫功能、抗肿瘤作用、抗衰老作用、降血糖、降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化作用、抗放作用以及作为镇痛药源、保护肾脏的作用、抗病毒、保肝、抗辐射、耐缺氧、镇静等作用。
虫草酸:虫草酸为D-甘露醇,具有抗自由基、抗氧化,利尿脱水、镇咳、祛痰和平喘的作用。甘露醇已成为人工培养蛹虫草的质量控制指标之一。
腺苷:腺苷具有镇静、扩张血管、改善心脑血液循环、促进造血、防止心律失常、抑制神经递质释放和调节腺苷酸环化酶活性功能等生理活性。
超氧化物歧化酶:超氧化物歧化酶(简称SOD)是一种生物活性蛋白质,这种酶具有清除新陈代谢中产生的超氧阴离子自由基的能力,又是超氧阴离子的底物诱导酶,其功能是保护细胞免遭有氧代谢物的损伤,在维护机体活性氧代谢的平衡中起重要作用,表现出的作用为抗癌、防衰、减毒等。
麦角甾醇:麦角甾醇又称麦角固醇,是脂溶性维生素D2的前体,甾醇是真菌细胞膜的重要组分,是真菌的特征醇,在虫草中含量相对恒定,通常作为质量控制指标之一。
硒:蛹虫草富含硒,硒被称为微量元素中的抗癌之王,是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—PX)的必需组分,GSH-PX可引起人体不断产生可致癌自由基的破坏。

雨生红球藻的作用:
雨生红球藻:黑团藻目,红球藻科,被公认为自然界中生产天然虾青素的最好生物,雨生红球藻对虾青素的积累速率和生产总量较其他绿藻高,而且雨生红球藻所含虾青素及其酯类的配比(约70%的单脂,25%的双脂及5%的单体)与水产养殖动物自身配比极为相似,雨生红球藻中虾青素的抗氧化活性是β-胡萝卜素的10倍,葡萄籽的17倍,硫辛酸的75倍,叶黄素的200倍,维生素E的1000倍。
雨生红秋藻:卫生部2010年第17号公告批准的“新能源食品”。水苏糖的作用:
水苏糖是天然存在的一种四糖,是一种可以显著促进双歧杆菌等有益菌增殖的功能性低聚糖。纯品为白色粉末,味稍甜,甜度为蔗糖的22%,味道纯正,无任何不良口感或异味。其分子结构:“半乳糖-半乳糖-葡萄糖-果糖”。
水苏糖对人体胃肠道内的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌等有益菌群有着极明显的增殖作用,能迅速改善人体消化道内环境,调节微生态菌群平衡。它能促进形成有益菌在消化道内的优势菌地位,抑制产气产酸梭状芽孢杆菌等腐败菌的生产,另外产生大量生理活性物质,调节肠道pH值、灭杀致病菌,阻遏腐败产物生成,抑制内源致癌物的产生和吸收,并且分解衍生出多重免疫功能因子。俗称:有益菌的食物。
益生菌是对人和动物有益的细菌,在肠道里,维持菌落平衡,有双向调节作用:帮助消除拉肚子,杜绝便秘。而水苏糖就是对益生菌有好处的物质,益生菌以这些物质为食,人体是不会消化水苏糖的,益生元会到达肠道,喂养益生菌,有利于益生菌的生长。两种物质本质是不同的,但最终结果都会起到双向调节的作用,作用度不同,搭配服用效果极佳。

5.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种酵素L-阿拉伯糖水苏糖复合饮料浓浆的制作方法,第一步中,发酵环境为15-25℃,阳光不直射。
6.一种酵素L-阿拉伯糖水苏糖复合饮料浓浆的使用方法,其特征在于,将一种酵素L-阿拉伯糖水苏糖复合饮料浓浆稀释2-6倍后再引用,且不适合婴幼儿、儿童以及过敏者。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种酵素L-阿拉伯糖水苏糖复合饮料浓浆的使用方法,其特征在于,每日最大的食用量不高于150ml/人。
