Abstract

一种带有在不发生流体泄漏时易于折卸的过滤器的滤器。它包括有限定腔的及带有流体入口和出口和形成有圆形孔及沿着圆形孔的边缘形成的相互相对的开口的端板的壳。一关闭元件可旋转地安装在壳的腔内并且形成一通过它入口和出口可以相互连通的通道和一过滤器安装孔。一过滤器可拆卸地插入过滤器安装孔。它有一凸缘和一由突起部形成的旋钮。圆形孔的边缘夹在突起部和凸缘之间。通过转动旋钮,可将关闭元件转到关闭入口和出口二者的位置。为了清洗或替换,通过拉动处于该状态的旋钮,可以把过滤器从过滤器安装孔中拉出。

Description

滤器
本发明涉及一种安装在液体流动通道内的用于过滤流过该通道的液体的滤器。
一种自动照像显影机通过使感光材料通过充满各种各样的像显影、漂白、定影、稳定溶液这样的处理溶液的处理槽使它们显影。通过启动连接到供应管的泵使再充满槽经供应管连接到它们相应的处理槽,以便将它们充满。
通常在连接到每个供应管的入口的管道内设置一滤器以便在把处理溶液输入到处理槽之前把它过滤。
当这样一种滤器的过滤器被堵塞时,过滤效果下降。于是,必须定期通过把过滤器从滤器壳拆卸下来拆卸和清洗过滤器或用新的过滤器代替它。
这样的一般的滤器被安装于其连接到泵的入口部分的供应管内。为了拆卸这样的一种滤器的过滤器,整个的滤器必须在拆开供应管后自泵拆卸。
如果把管与保持在管内的处理溶液分开,管内的溶液会溢出污染环境。于是,在拆开管前,必须放出保持在管内的任何处理溶液或用弹簧夹或任可其它的关闭装置关闭管。这样,拆卸需要清洗或替换的过滤器是非常麻烦的。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种使其过滤器的清洗或替换更容易的滤器。
按照本发明,提供了一种滤器,它包括有限定腔的及带有流体入口和出口的圆周壁和带有圆形孔及一对沿着圆形孔的边缘形成的完全相互相对的开口的端板的壳,可旋转地安装在壳的腔内的并且由通过它入口和出口相互连通的通道形成的关闭元件,过滤器安装孔贯穿通道并且在关闭元件的一端有一开口,一可拆地插入过滤器安装孔的过滤器,过滤器有一可以穿过开口的凸缘和当过滤器在腔内时向外伸过壳的圆形孔的旋钮,旋钮有一由稍微大于壳的端板的厚度的距离与凸缘隔开的突起部,和仅在入口和出口通过形成在关闭元件上的通道相互连通的第一位置和入口和出口由关闭元件相互关闭的第二位置之间的范围内允许关闭元件转动的装置,过滤器的凸缘这样地定位以便当关闭元件在第二位置时与开口成一直线。
通过转动旋钮,能够转动关闭元件以有选择地打开和关闭形成在壳上的入口和出口。当入口和出口关闭元件关闭时,过滤器的凸缘与开口成一直线。于是,为了清洗或替换通过拉动旋钮可以拆卸过滤器,而防止管内流体泄漏。
本发明的其它的特征和目的,通过下面的参照附图的叙述,会变得显而易见,附图中:

图7是其上入口和出口被关闭元件关闭的滤器的剖视图。
现在参照附图叙述本发明的实施例。
图1表示用在用于把感光材料显影的自动显影机的处理溶液再装满装置。处理槽1通过供应管3与再装满槽2连接。通过开动设置在供应管3上的泵4,把再装满槽2内的处理溶液输入处理槽1。
根据本发明的滤器10设置在连接到泵4入口的管段3a上。
图2到6表示滤器10的细部。它包括一个带有圆柱状腔12的壳11和在腔的相对的侧面上与腔12相通的入口13和出口14。
腔12在壳11的一端有一拧入盖15的开口。
壳11有一由圆形孔17形成的端板16。开口18沿着孔17的边缘形成(图4),完全相互相对。圆弧形状的肋19形成在端板16的外表面(图6)。
关闭元件20安装在壳11的腔12内。关闭元件20有一通过它入口13与出口14连通的通道21,并且,一扁平的矩形过滤器被嵌入贯穿通道21并在一端开放的孔22中。
凸缘安放凹槽23形成在关闭元件20的一端。
过滤器24用其安放在凹槽23内的凸缘25插入孔22中以便把其衬垫25a夹在凸缘25和凹槽23的底部之间。凸缘25必须这样小以使它能通过开口18。设置在凸缘25外侧的旋钮26向外伸过壳11的圆形孔17。
通过握住并且转动向外伸出的旋钮26,可以转动关闭元件20。旋钮26有一由等于壳11的端板16的厚度的距离与凸缘25隔开的突起部27(图3)。突起部27可以邻接肋19的两端。当突起部27邻接肋19的一端时,关闭元件20的通道21这样定位以使入口13与出口14通过通道21互通。
当突起部27邻接肋19的另一端时,入口13和出口14由关闭元件20相互关闭。在这个状态,过滤器24的凸缘25与开口18相对定位。
图3表示入口13和出口14通过通道21相互连通的状态。在这个状态,圆形孔17的边缘夹在过滤器24的凸缘25和突起部27之间。于是过滤器24不能从壳出来。
在入口13和出口14相互连通的情况下由启动图1中所示的泵4,再装满槽2内的处理溶液会流过供应管3。通过流经过滤器24,处理溶液被过滤。于是经过过滤的处理溶液被输入处理槽1中。
当过滤器24被堵塞并且过滤效果下降时,当泵不工作时拆卸过滤器以清洗它或用新的过滤器替换它。
过滤器24可以由转动旋钮26直到它的突起部27邻接肋19的另一端来拆卸。
当突起部27邻近肋19的另一端时,壳11的入口13和出口14由关闭元件20相互关闭。由于在这个状态凸缘25与开口18成一直线,过滤器24可以从腔22中拉出。
清洗过的过滤器24或新的过滤器24通过圆形孔17插入腔22直到过滤器24的凸缘25放置在槽23内。然后,转动旋钮26直到旋钮26的突起部27邻接肋19的一端。
当突起部27邻接肋19的一端时,关闭元件20内的通道21移动到它与入口13和出口14都连通的位置。即,入口13和出口相互连通。在这个状态,如在图3中所示圆形孔17的边缘配置在凸缘25和突起部27之间,以便过滤器24可以保持在腔22内。
在该实施例中,凸缘放置槽23形成在关闭元件20的一端。但是代替这个槽23,在关闭元件20的端部和壳11的端板16的内表面之间可以提供一相当于凸缘25的厚度的尺寸的间隔。
根据本发明的滤器不仅可以用于如在该实施例中的处理溶液再装满装置,而且还可用于其它的装置和目的。
使用本装置,不需要拆开连接入口或出口的管就可以拆卸为了清洗或替换的过滤器,同时防止管中流体的泄漏。
通过把圆形孔的边缘夹在凸缘和突起物之间,可以阻止过滤器从壳出来。

Claims (1)

1.一种滤器,它包括有限定腔的及带有流体入口和出口的圆周壁和带有圆形孔及一对沿着上述的圆形孔的边缘形成的完全相互相对的开口的端板的壳,可旋转地安装在上述的壳的上述的腔内的并且由通过它上述的入口和上述的出口相互连通的通道形成的关闭元件,过滤器安装孔贯穿上述的通道并且在上述的关闭元件的一端有一开口,一可拆地插入上述的过滤器安装孔的过滤器,上述的过滤器有一可以穿过上述的开口的凸缘和当上述的过滤器在上述的腔内时向外伸过上述的壳的上述的圆形孔的旋钮,上述的旋钮有一由稍微大于上述的壳的上述的端板的厚度的距离与上述的凸缘隔开的突起部,和一仅在上述的入口和上述的出口通过形成在上述的关闭元件上的上述的通道相互连通的第一位置和上述的入口和上述的出口由上述的关闭元件相互关闭的第二位置之间的范围内允许上述的关闭元件转动的装置,上述的过滤器的上述的凸缘这样地定位以便当上述的关闭元件在上述的第二位置时与上述的开口成一直线。
