Abstract

스트레이너는 유체누출 가능성없이 용이하게 탈착가능한 필터를 가진다.
이것은 보어를 구획형성하고 입구와 출구 그리고 원형구멍과 이원형 구멍의 에지를 따라 서로 대향하여 제공된 절결부로 형성된 끝플레이트로 형성된 하우징을 가진다.
폐쇄부재는 하우징의 보어에 회전가능하게 장착되고 입구와 출구를 서로 연통시킬 수 있는 통로와 필터장착구멍으로 형성된다.
필터는 필터장착구멍에 탈착가능하게 삽입된다.
이 필터는 돌출부로 형성된 노브와 플랜지를 가지고 있다.
원형구멍의 에지는 돌출부와 플랜지 사이에 끼워진다.
노브를 회전시킴으로써, 폐쇄부재는 입구와 출구 양자를 폐쇄시키는 위치로 회전될 수 있다.
이 상태에서 노브를 잡아당김으로써, 필터는 청소 또는 교체를 위해 필터장착 구멍밖으로 당겨질 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 보어를 구획형성하는 주변벽을 가지고 있고 유체입구와 출구 그리고 원형구멍과 상기 원형구멍의 에지를 따라 서로에 직경상으로 대향하여 형성된 한쌍의 절결부로 형형된 끝플레이트로 이루어진 하우징, 상기 입구와 상기 출구를 서로 연통시키는 통로로 형성되고 상기 하우징의 상기 보어에 회전가능하게 장착된 폐쇄부재, 상기 통로를 가로지르고 상기 폐쇄부재의 하나의 끝에서 개구를 가지고 있는 필터장착구멍, 상기 필터장착구멍에 탈착가능하게 삽입되는 필터이면서 상기 절결부를 관통할 수 있는 플랜지를 가지고 있는 필터, 상기 필터가 상기 보어에 있을 때 상기 하우징의 상기 원형구멍을 통하여 바깥방향으로 돌출하고 상기 하우징의 상기 끝플레이트의 두께보다 약간 큰 거리로 상기 플랜지로부터 이격된 돌출부를 가지고 있는 노브, 그리고 상기 입구와 상기 출구가 상기 폐쇄부재에 형성된 상기 통로를 통하여 서로 연통하게 되는 제1위치와 그리고 상기 입구와 상기 출구가 상기 폐쇄부재에 의해 서로로부터 차단되는 제2위치 사이의 범위내에서만 상기 폐쇄부재의 회전을 허용하는 수단으로 구성되고, 상기 필터의 상기 플랜지는 상기 폐쇄부재가 상기 제2위치에 있을때 상기 절결부와 일치되도록 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트레이너.
