Abstract

Claims (38)

  1. 그를 통해 유체 도관(a fluid conduit)을 가지며, 상기 도관은 밸브 오리피스를 갖는 밸브 하우징; 밸브부재가 상기 밸브 오리피스를 통해 유체의 흐름을 차단하는 제1위치 및 상기 밸브 부재가 상기 밸브 오리피스를 통해 유체의 흐름을 차단하지 않는 제2위치로부터 축을 따라 변위가능한 상기 밸브 본체내의 밸브 부재; 상기 밸브 부재를 상기 제1위치를 향하여 바이어스하기 위한 바이어스 수단을 포함하고, 상기 바이어스 수단은 베이스 단부 및 팁 단부를 갖는 적어도 하나의 탄성 유연 핑거(resilient flexible finger)를 포함하고, 상기 베이스 단부는 상기 밸브 하우징 및 상기 밸브 부재 중 하나에 고정되며, 상기 팁 단부는 상기 밸브 부재 및 상기 밸브 하우징의 다른 하나와 접촉하도록 위치하고 상기 밸브 부재는 상기 제1위치에서 상기 제2위치를 향하여 변위된 때 편향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동폐쇄 분배 밸브(self-closing dispensing valve).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이어스 수단은 상기 밸브 부재 및 상기 밸브 하우징 중 하나상에 캠 표면(camming surface); 베이스 단부 및 팁 단부를 갖는 적어도 하나의 탄성 유연 핑거로서, 상기 베이스 단부는 상기 밸브 부재 및 상기 밸브 하우징의 다른 하나에 고정되며, 상기 핑거는 상기 축과 거의 평행하게 연장되는 탄성 유연 핑거를 포함하고, 상기 팁 단부는 상기 캠 표면과 접촉하도록 위치하고, 상기 밸브 부재가 상기 제1위치에서 상기 제2위치로 변위될 때 상기 축과 교차하여 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산 밸브.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 하우징은 상기 축에 관하여 대칭인 대략적으로 원통형벽을 갖는 배출구 부분을 포함하고, 상기 밸브, 오리피스는 상기 배출구 부분의 상기 원통형 벽에 개구(aperfure)인 원추 것을 특징으로 하는 분산 밸브.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 캠 표면은 상기 축에 대하여 대략적으로 대칭인 원추 표면인 것을 특징으로 하는 분산 밸브.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상상기 분산 밸브는 상기 축에 관하여 대칭적으로 위치한 적어도 한쌍의 상기 핑거를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산 밸브.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 부재가 상기 제1위치로부터 상기 제2위치로 변위될 때 상기 캠 표면은 상기 축을 향하여 상기 핑거를 편향시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산 밸브.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 부재가 상기 제1위치로부터 상기 제2위치로 변위될 때 상기 캠 표면은 상기 축을 향하여 상기 핑거를 편향시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산 밸브.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 분산 밸브는 한쌍 이상의 상기 탄성 핑거를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산밸브.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 분산 밸브는 3쌍의 상기 탄성 핑거를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산 밸브.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 캠 표면은 상기 밸브 부재상에 있고, 상기 핑거는 상기 밸브 하우징상에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산 밸브.
  11. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 캠 표면은 상기 밸브 부재상에 있고, 상기 핑거는 상기 밸브 하우징상에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산밸브.
  12. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 부재는 상기 제1위치에 있을 때 상기 개구를 차단하고, 상기 제2위치에 있을 때 상기 개구를 차단하지 않는 표면을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산 밸브.
  13. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 하우징, 상기 밸브 부재 및 상기 탄성 핑거는 합성수지로 주형된 것을 특징으로 하는 분산 밸브.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 합성 수지는 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 분산 밸브.
  15. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 하우징은 밸브 본체 및 캡을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 핑거는 상기 캡에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 핑거는 상기 캡과 전체로 주행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 본체, 캡, 탄성 핑거 및 밸브 부재는 합성수지로 주형된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 합성 수지는 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  20. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 하우징은 상기 축에 거의 수직인 정면벽을 가지며, 상기 오리피스는 상기 정면벽에 개구인 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 캠 표면은 상기 축에 대하여 거의 대칭인 원추 표면인 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 분배 밸브는 상기 축에 관하여 대칭으로 위치한 적어도 한쌍의 상기 핑거를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  23. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 부재가 상기 제1위치로부터 상기 제2위치로 변위할 때 상기 캠 표면은 상기 축을 향하여 상기 핑거를 평향시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  24. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 부재가 상기 제1위치로부터 상기 제2위치로 변위할 때 상기 캠 표면은 상기 축을 향하여 상기 핑거를 평향시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  25. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 분배 밸브는 한쌍 이상의 상기 탄성 핑거를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  26. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 분배 밸브는 3쌍의 탄성 핑거를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  27. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 캠 표면은 상기 밸브 부재상에 있고, 상기 핑거는 상기 밸브하우징상에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  28. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 캠 표면은 상기 밸브 부재상에 있고, 상기 핑거는 상기 밸브하우징상에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  29. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 부재는 상기 제1위치에 있을 때는 상기 개구를 차단하는 표면을 제공하고, 상기 제2위치에 있을 때는 상기 개구를 차단하지 않는 표면을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  30. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 하우징, 상기 밸브 부재 및 상기 탄성 핑거는 합성수지로 주형된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  31. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 하우징은 밸브 본체 및 캡을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  32. 제31항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 핑거는 상기 캡에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.

  36. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이어스 수단은 베이스 단부 및 팁 단부를 갖는 적어도 하나의 탄성 유연 핑거로서, 상기 베이스 단부는 상기 밸브 부재 및 상기 밸브 하우징의 다른 하나에 고정되고 상기 핑거는 상기 축과 거의 교차하여 연장되는 탄성 유연 핑거를 포함하고, 상기 팁 단부는 상기 밸브 하우징 및 상기 밸브 부재의 다른 하나와 접촉하도록 위치되고 상기 밸브 부재가 상기 제1위치에서 상기 제2위치로 변위될 때 축방향으로 변위되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  37. 제36항에 있어서, 상기 분배 밸브는 상기 축에 관하여 대칭으로 위치된 적어도 한쌍의 상기 핑거를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
  38. 제36항에 있어서, 상기 분배 밸브는 한쌍 이상의 상기 탄성 핑거를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분배 밸브.
